Cannot get over how good my nails turned out! I was running around all day and I came in 30 minuets before they closed and they were very nice and super fast! He didnt cut corners due to closing time. One of favorites so far! Love them! $40 for ombré dip powder! Super cute!

I went in for an ombre set with a picture that I wanted everything the same except purple instead of pink. After the 3 workers sitting in the pedicure chairs got done arguing with each other about not doing any nails, someone finally came and started my nails. Then someone else came. After he glued the tips on he asked me to pick my acrylic color and sighed while I looked through them with my 3 inch tips on, struggling. 3 nails in I knew he was not going to be doing what I wanted and told him an easy fix that i would be happy with and he didnt do that either. He kept sighing like doing my nails was a problem the WHOLE time. Needless to say, I wont be back. Im very disappointed in the work I received today. Service has definitely gone down hill here at tip n toes..

I love getting my nails done here. The employees are friendly and the time wait has never been more than 5 or 10 mins. I went to get a dip done and eyebrows waxed. Thank you Jeremy and Sandy.

I went to tip and toe over the summer during a visit to Florida. It was my first time getting acrylics, and I kinda made the decision to go here pretty spontaneously. The experience felt rushed and the lady who did my nails never even asked what shape I wanted. My nails were crooked, and started lifting within a week prior to getting them. They were also the wrong color. On top of that my cousin got her toes done there and she just wanted a normal pedicure with polish. They convinced her to get gel telling her it would only be 10$ more but ended up being around 15$ more. Would not recommend this salon

My man and I were killing time after we bought a shirt at another place in the mall. As we went by this place, Bill said I should go in and get a pedicure. As I am diabetic, the lady that took care of me got me in right away and gave me the best foot massage Ive ever had paying close attention to trimming my toenails. I would visit this place again if we lived in Pensacola!!!

I got a pedicure and an acrylic overlay and it took about an hour. They also have a lot of staff so the wait isnt long.

The only thing I hate about this place is literally EVERY time I go here they cut my nails short when Im trying to grow them out. But other than that this place is great. Good prices. Good service.

This nail salon is located in Cordova mall. They have massage chairs for adults and children. A nice selection of regular nail polish as well as gel polish. This is a mostly walk in salon, so you may have a wait. The prices are average for the area. It could be a bit more cleaner.

Part of what I had done was false eye lashes ($30 plus 5 tip). Basically looked nice but slightly off from the natural curves of my eyes. They are supposed to last about two weeks. Of course, keeping eyes away from water (& oils, & make up remover, I presume). LESS than 8 hours later (after sleeping) my new lashes were all over the place. Couldnt go out in public that way for sure so took the rest of them off!! I called the store to ask for a refund on that portion of my bill since they did not last even 24 hrs let alone anything close to 2 weeks. I was refused! Apparently CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is not a priority ..... only their satisfaction. I certainly will not return & do NOT RECOMMEND this place!!

This place is amazing! Tina gave me my pedicure and she was the sweetest person ever and the pedicure was amazing. Chris did my acrylics and he did an amazing job! I got ombré nails and they turned out better than the picture I showed him! I wish I lived here cause I would come here every time I had to get my nails done. If I could give anymore stars I would! Thank you Chris and Tina so much!

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. They’re too busy converting. Tina carried on a 5 minute conversation with another employee and hurt me with the blade.As I was paying; she raised the price than what the actual board stated. So, of course I had a sour look on my face. Tina then grabbed my hand and tried explaining why. I paid more than expected. She dropped the receipt & asked me “Why don’t you pick that up for me?” My nails were still drying!She didn’t file the tips good enough. It’s so noticeable.

Staff were nice and very helpful. Compared to home I got charged $45 for acrylic nails but price here is reasonable. 10/10 would definitely recommend going here.

I get my nails done regularly, I’m new to the area so I needed to find somewhere, thought I’d give them a shot, I am so disappointed with my fill and color! I got a mermaid color which they put a black base coat an the mermaid pink over it an I could see the black on the edges and my nails were lumpy! I went back for them to fix them an they wanted to charge me! I was in a hurry so I picked a dark red color an they put the color over a color! I just wanted out of there! I’ll never go back there it was a waste of my 45$!!!

Very nice atmosphere. Could massage the calf more. Didnt paint my daughters toes all the way to the edges and has some sharp edges left on the nails. The lady who did my boyfriends toes did a great job.

They do a good job on my feet and nails but the lady that did my nails was so rough and rude. Didn’t even ask me if I wanted a Manicure just went straight to doing my nails in a rush .She made my thumb bleed.She was not at all gentle in the slightest, I will not be going back .They charge too much for pedicure and acrylic gel nails. In all I spent 76$ should be more like 50$

I stopped in last week during Mothers Day weekend after my usual nail shop couldnt work me in.. These people were wonderful and I love my nails after almost 10 years at my other shop I am switching I am gonna be a regular client there now. They were so busy and got me in a chair quickly and the man Kenny who did my nails was the best tech I have ever had and has a great personality..

They are always crowded Because they do a great job. I always go to Lee. She’s a sweet person and is accurate and knows what she’s doing. Love her .. Highly recommend this shop.

They do an amazing job on your nails. The prices are fair. I give them only 3 of 5 starts because I can use my card to pay for services rendered but cannot add a tip, even if I was will in my to pay a FEE to add a tip for my nail tech. I had to go home to get $$ and return with the tip. The mgmt should post a sign

I got acrylics done at this place and none of my nails are the same length, the polish came out with bubbles on two of my nails, one is set down crooked, and the set of nails themselves are super thick and misshapen. Three of my nails aren’t even fully coated with nail polish! As far as my experience goes, that was also bad.One of the nail techs was making fun of my nails from what I believe because he kept leaning over to look at my nails, laughing, and talking to the guy doing my nails. He didn’t talk to me the entire time, except to ask which finger was supposed to be a different color.

Visited this facility for a gel nail fill in. The posted sign listed one price but after my nails were finished I was charged a higher price. When I questioned the nail tech he was rude and hurriedly charged my card to make me leave. I do not recommend this facility.

This place is alright, quick service, fairly priced. My problem is more so with the woman that did my nails. She acted so exasperated and muttered some stuff under her breath when I took my time to decide what I wanted to do. Mind you, I dont get my nails done often. Laughed at me a lot when I marveled at how fat the acrylics looked and when I didnt know what to do during the gel process (cause again, I dont get my nails done). Spoke badly in her tongue, to her co-worker, about mi deng* and how dirty us mi deng* are, and how we dont tip good, at one point commented on my weight when I got up to wash the nail shavings off my hands. Heres a non-monetary tip: Not all Vietnamese people have ivory skin, but you should know that more than me. Its a different thing to say in private, but youre saying these things a foot away from my face. Any customer would be curious as to what youre saying, I just so happened to KNOW what you are saying. When I spoke Viet at the register, she had nothing to say, so Ive taken my complaints to here. Oh, and yeah it was Tina, her work is subpar. *If youre too lazy to Google it, mi deng = black people.

Horrible! Ive had my acrylics for less than a week and there already starting to lift off. They were very rushed, not to mention I have bubbles and lines on them. They also were so rough they cut not only my finger but my step moms too. Very nice people and affordable prices but horrible nails.

Awful. I went to get acrylics done by them a week and a half ago and I asked for oval shaped, the guy was extremely careless and some of the nails were lopsided and just looked weird. I went today to get them taken off and now my actual nails are all kinds of uneven on the surface. Ive never been to such a bad salon. Theyre all about being fast but not careful.

I would not even give them one star. I have been multiple times to give them multiple chances, but when i get my eye brows waxed they do half the job. When i get a gel mani, it lasts less than a week. This week i went back in to have them fix it (because when I do my own gel nails it lasts about 3 weeks) and they told me it was my fault. Meanwhile the whole time i was there they were rude to me. Completely a waste of money. I do NOT recommend this nail salon.

Loved it. Love my nails. Lee did my pedi and brow wax and Mei did my mani. They made sure to understand what I wanted and totally delivered. I splurged and got the volcano pedicure since I’m on vacation and it was Divine. I got the pearl and honey “flavor” which smelled fantastic. Lee did the best leg massage too - nice and deep and thorough, not mamby-pamby like most places do. I don’t typically get my nails done in mall shops, but I’m glad I did this time because my nails are done exactly like I wanted them and couldn’t be more perfect. I wish I had this place - and these girls - back home.

VERY RUDE! The lady who did my nails Got mad at me when I to fix my nails because they were uneven, smudged my polish not once, but three times because she kept hitting my nails then got mad at me when she had to fix them and refused to do what I ask for. Never going to this place again and definitely don’t recommend EVER!

My experience here was not that great at all. It is not very clean. The girls were so busy talking and passing around phones the whole time to actually do a good job. They were very rough and it was not enjoyable. My mom and I will not be back.

I came in for a fill one day after work mind you I work in the mall . First thing I asked was there a wait because I was in a rush to get home she said no I sat in my chair 15 to 20 minutes before she actually started on my nails . The lady doing my nails filled them DID NOT SHAPE OR CUT THEM DOWN LIKE I ASKED . I told her I didnt like them and I didnt have time for her to fix them . Can I come back another time ? Shes say sure and I leave . Today I come back to get them fixed to my likings and told them what happened last time I was there . I asked how much was it going to be to get them fixed and she tells me $10 . Which isnt a bad price at all . I decided to keep my money and go to the good court . Im just an unsatisfied costumer .

They dont know what theyre doing, and its not clean at all to me. maybe it is with their feet but no. not at all. I got a clear gel coat and she messed it up on one hand you cant even see the shine its like I got matte, when I didnt, and she doesnt file down the acrylic, maybe its just her, but it was horrible I will never allow her to touch my nails again, besides I was visiting, so I dont know where the good salons are, but to me it was a waste of money.

My first Pedi so I have nothing to compare to but I am relaxed, happy, and my toes look amazing!

I went in for a couples mani pedi, and it was the greatest experience. Im not too crazy about the massage chairs that massage your hiney but the staff was amazing and friendly. My mani pedi lasted for quite some time. I cant wait to go back with my boyfriend.

Definitely wouldnt recommend. Got an infection in my left index finger, had to go to the ER, and currently taking antibiotics for paronychia. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FILTHY NAIL SALON.

I went for a full set and the man cut my cuticles to the point were they bleed and he blamed me for washing my hands with hot water and left the acrylic powder around my nail bed which stuck to my skin. Wouldnt recommend

I used to travel a lot and I stopped by many salons around . I randomly have a manicure + ped at this salon and they did a fantastic job . I am a very picky person and Im fully satisfied...keep up your good job..

Quick service for the most part, but messed up on the nail design several times. However they always happily fixed the nail mistakes without a problem and my nails look great in the end. Also very affordable prices for a regular full set.

A bit cramped for space.

I am a first time visitor to Tip and toes I called them about 5 times before I arrived coming from across town getting there around 8:25 p.m. and set there till 9:05 and to be told come back tomorrow and thats not right I want something done about this

Normally this is my “go to” place but Michelle should be avoided at all costs. She has not idea how to do a pedicure. The scrub was terrible and she doesn’t understand English. No manager in site.
