I visited this salon due to my unsatisfactory experience at another nail salon. The Receptionist Julie is very friendly and has a positive attitude!!😃 I’ve called and been to places where the front desk person is rude…smh!! I felt VERY welcomed at Infinity Nail Salon and well taken care of. Vannie did a GREAT job on my nails!! I WILL be returning!

Tried Infiity while looking for a new place to get my pedicure.Will definitely being coming back. Great experience and friendly staff. Place was clean, well lit and very nicely decorated. Massage chairs were the best Ive ever experienced.Side note: they have princess chairs for your little one to have a wonderful experience also (picture attached).

We were greeted when we walked in. The hostess made a point to learn our names and made it fun for my 74 mother as well as me, my daughter and my 4 year old granddaughter as well. They offered us drinks, water or wine and made sure we were all comfortable. The massaging chairs were also a plus.

Thu is AMAZING!! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Gives the BEST massages and is so incredibly thorough. Trust me, book your spot with her now!

Today was my BFF birthday & took her here. Her nails were uneven length and took nearly 2 hrs because nail tech had to keep getting up & checking ppl in/out at front desk. Being short staffed is one thing but uneven lengths and shapes are not ok. When nail tech was asked to fix it she immediately became upset & said thats what was requested. Who would actually do that?!?!The owner finally came up & his first response was that we could just take off the nails ourselves & go somewhere else. He made the excuse that the tech had a language barrier. But she spoke perfectly plain English up until we asked for the manager. Manager said it was clearly our fault for not being nice enough to the tech. Even if that were true, how does that actually inhibit the nail techs ability to do the job correctly?? Problem was corrected but not after much scolding and angry ranting from the manager. Will not be back!

Danny was amazing! My mom and sister also got amazing organic pedicures. The smell of the shop was clean and not the strong chemical odor like other nail salons. Wine was complimentary which was an added bonus! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Very disappointed in my experience today, made my appointment in the morning and came in to find out there was no one that could do my nails. How does that make sense? The girl working the front desk had zero customer service skills. Ive been coming to infinity for a few months now but after today I willstrictly be going to Van Nails down the street. Much better customer service and quality.

I went to get a plain, simple manicure. This is the first time I ever went there. The employees were very courteous, but the worker at the front desk seemed to be in a meh mood. She was nice though. The reason Im only leaving three stars is because of the atmosphere and there was virtually no instruction on what to do.The lady at the front told me to go to the side and wash my hands, but there was no instruction on what to do after that. Do I go to the front and wait, or do I take a seat anywhere? There was no instruction. I had to ask one of the workers if I was supposed to go back to the front (which was Yes). Also, I felt incredibly awkward being there. The atmosphere felt industrial, and the way the workspace is set up looks like a factory conveyer belt.Besides that, the service was great. I just wish there was a little more instruction. It would be nice if the people at the front desk said, Please wash your hands at the side and come back to the front. Or something similar.

Peaceful, spacious, professional, NICE, didnt feel rushed...and Elise did a GREAT job on my leg massage. Nails look great, my fave spot!

I recently moved here from Texas and has been looking for a new nail salon. I came in looking for a French tip full set. I was told that no one knew how to do acrylic, just dip. Which was confusing to me because it’s like the same thing only difference is one is colored and ones clear but I said it was fine. Even though the dip was more expensive. They look terrible and it took almost 2 hours to do. To top it off one breaks not even three days later. So I came for a fix and now no one knows how to do the dip. They wanna ask me why I didn’t just get acrylic instead of dip. When I came the first time I was told no one knew how! I waited over an hour for a simple fix on one nail. And you know how uncomfortable it is when you know someone’s talking about you. Having coworkers come look at my nails and laugh. I’m very upset. I spend a lot on my nails I just expect better customer service.

We visit my grandparents several times per year. I’m glad we found this place for pedicures today. We will make this our regular place when we come to town. Infinity Nails is beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff if friendly and the massage chairs were the best I’ve experienced at a nail salon.

I have been to this salon 10+ times but this is the second time I have made an appointment and they made me wait an hour past my appointment. Last time was in November and waited 4 months to give them a second chance today. Arrived at 10 minutes early, said they were running about 15 minutes behind. Ok, no big deal. One hour later still no service. Got up to leave and they were like we can start you now. I declined and left. Extremely disappointed this has happened 2x even with an appointment. Will not return.

P does the best job with my acrylics! I am a loyal customer! So glad I live right up the street from Infinity Nail Bar! There is a very upscale and lavish decor, friendly and knowledgeable and they do a very good job at an affordable price.

Does not honor the Navy Federal discount. The lady that did my pedi was amazing. The manicure was rushed and I was charged $50 for dipping powder (dipping powder in a diff color than the rest is considered custom and they add $5 to that). A bit more expensive than the place I normally go to (Polished Nail Bar).

Ivy is amazing!I always feel very comfortable and welcomed...The music they play is great as well! It is not music that you cant tell the words...No one wants to listen to another cultures music...I highly recommend Infinity Nails to anyone seeking, great atmosphere, great service and top notch work!

Overall experience was wonderful. The owner and his staff are always friendly and professional. They take care of each person in a friendly and professional manner. Their service is so greatly appreciated. I always get compliments on my nails after having them done.

1 star for the lovely young lady who did my nails. I was the only person in the shop when I noticed that other employees were NOT WEARING MASKS AND OR NOt covering their noses. By the time I left there were customers getting pedicures WITHOUT Masks. Come on people!! I would have loved to enjoy my service w/0 mask but I want this Covid nightmare to be over. With so many salons, Ill find a SAFER place to go or stay home.. (When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was NO manager .... wonder who the guy hanging around for hours was??

I HIGHLY recommend going here to get your nails done. The nail technicians are super sweet. They treated my 4 year old like a princess and her pedicure and manicure are just perfect. My nail tech was Ivy and she was super light on the drill. Overall this place is amazing and beautifully decorated, definitely going back with friends !

This place is amazing! My 17 year old granddaughter and I got pedicures and acrylic nails today. We could not be more pleased! This place is clean, beautifully decorated and a relaxing atmosphere. We well definitely return.

It’s hard to top my favorite place (herbal nails) but this place does a stand up job. Everything about this place is great. The people, the cleanliness, the attention to detail! It’s my new favorite for sure!

Absolutely love this place! I’m from DC but every time I’m in the area I’ll be back! They did an amazing job. Probably one of the best full set acrylics I’ve ever had, no joke.

I went for the first time tonight based on their reviews alone. All I can say is W-O-W! I went in with my Pinterest pictures just to see if they could do what I wanted. I am blown away at how detailed they were and gave me EXACTLY what I asked for and then some. Amy did my nails and she took her time and made sure I was happy with the shortness, shape, and colors. When it came to the ombre portion, she nailed it! I will continue going back to them. I felt so comfortable and relaxed. I will be taking my boyfriend and my friends here very soon.

Really enjoyed my visit. Customer service was outstanding and salon is very well maintained and relaxing. I plan on going on a regular basis from now on.

Very unimpressed with the nail job. It was splotchy and chipped after 1 day and just got worse the next day. Very pricey for how poor the quality was. Will not be returning to this location.
