This is the BEST place, hands down, to train in Pensacola. Whether youre single, married, or have a family, theres definitely a place for you and you will learn. We are a family here at Deep Water Martial Arts and we take care of each other. There are also locations in Crestview and Fort Walton Beach. The Instructors are well trained and have amazing backgrounds. Dont settle for second rate training when youre life may depend on it. Train for life with the best.

The owner of this place grabbed him by the collar, very much upsetting my young son. My son was responding to the instructor with yes/nos as appropriate, however the owner demanded to be called sir in this instance and when my son wouldnt, grabbed his shirt collar. Cannot recommend for children.

Tactical pistol class with the crew at Deepwater/YNG Shoots is a must-do for any gun owner. I can not believe how much I did not know, and feel 100% comfortable with my pistol after taking this course. Before, I was apprehensive about concealed carry thinking I am only going to get myself in trouble. Not any more. I randomly was looking for a Filipino martial arts place and this one popped up after a quick search. Some of the classes they offer are jujitsu, kali, and krav maga. The instructors were cool and welcoming. If youre looking for a place that teaches several different styles of martial arts here in Pensacola, then this is the place to go. You can drop by and just watch or join a class right away. Come check it out and see for yourself!

Scotts professionalism and character create a very transparent atmosphere suitable for all ages and genders. Crav maga is what I needed to feel more confident as a father and husband in this world today.

DeepWater and its team of coaches are top-notch. I cannot ask for training better than this. Real-life skills that matter with no showboating or flashy stuff. Ive boxed with the Marine Corps, ranked 1kyu Shotokan, and TKD but the Krav classes are very challenging and the real world applications are spot on. I recommend Coach Scott, his team, and DeepWater and Im glad I found this training center. They work with you and answer questions before you leave so you dont have any doubts.
