The atmosphere of this place is so inviting, Master Abercrombie was always very open and worked real hard with each an every student. Not only that, he interacts with non-students (usually parents) and honestly wants them all to succeed! Im really gonna miss chatting with Master A, he was always a bubbling cauldron of info and every day I saw him, he had a smile on his face. All the children are taught respect above all. Anyone considering putting their child in a self defense class, do yourself a favor and at least let your child take one of the trial classes.

Martial Arts is a strong building block for learning the fundamentals of almost any physical activity. I started training here in 2008 and stayed with Master Abercrombie until I entered high school in 2014. The sense of balance, flexibility, and overall understanding of my body that I learned from being in this class has helped through every physical activity I’ve taken part in: from soccer to marching.The martial arts aside, Master A is very determined in teaching respect to his students. Master A has taught me a lot about how to properly conduct myself with both my equals and individuals that hold an authoritative position over me.If you are considering to put your child in a self-defense class, this is the place to do it. Taekwondo is not a flashy martial art, but it is a strong self-defensive art. Your child will benefit both physically and mentally under the care of Master A.Much thanks to Master A and all the instructors who took part in my growth.

I have seen my children and other children develop so very much here. Children gaining focus, respect for themselves and others, along with physical training.

When I was training here he constantly snapped at me for not understanding something that HE didnt teach. He pressured us to test for the next belt when he knew we werent ready. He only cared about money.

Small arena Abercrombie makes slick comments on parents and other kids and shows strong favoritism not worth it

Master Abercrombie is an excellent and patient teacher! We started coming because we wanted my 7 year old to learn taekwondo, and now the whole family goes! I would recommend anyone train with him!
