My son and I love this school! After 3 years in ATA in another state, he actually asks for his classes to be longer and to learn more from the amazing and informative instructors! Im in the best shape of my life thanks to their training! They have different programs to fit my purposes: mental focus, self defense, and fitness. I love the Krav Maga self defense, the instructor makes it fun and intense. Great workout!
