There is this Asian hair stylist that just to worked at this salon that knew exactly how to handle and cut my daughter’s hair. Anyone knows how I find her again?

Never in my life have I had the greatest hair cut. Lauren Burst is the absolute best. I am so picky about my hair and have to have it cut a certain way the way my hair is and she won it. She was so incredible and helped me out so much. She conversation with me about everything I was interested in instead of being a robot like other people. She was super sweet. Shes absolutely incredible and Im sending everyone I know, her way!!

Had some haircuts in the past at this site which was ok although they are overpriced. This time got a haircut that was absolutely horrible. Seemed as though stylist had never cut a guys hair. You expect them to understand what u want after u explain it and have some type of artisan style to what they do. One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received for nearly 30 dollars.

I haven’t had a haircut in three years. Micheal was absolutely wonderful. He listened, evaluated the best cut for framing my face, and cleaned up my split ends without taking off too much length. He gently cut layers and bangs around a recent injury I had to my forehead. I can’t wait to go back.

I literally just got the best haircut I have ever had in my whole life. The stylist was so amazing, he took his time getting my hair exactly how I wanted. I wish I could give them more stars. Absolutely amazing.

Cindi is my hairstylist. She is very energetic and loves her job. She listens and cares about the health of my hair. She doesn’t get in a hurry and has just all over great work ethic!

I have always had a wonderful experience here! I have had probably five different stylists over the years, and all have done a fantastic job of giving me exactly what I want for my hair. This most recent visit, Kimberly was my stylist, and I absolutely adored her! She was very kind, genuine, and welcoming. I have never gone back to a specific stylist before, but I definitely will ask for Kimberly for my next visit! :-)

Callie did a perfect job on my medium length angled bob. She took her time and made sure it was done right. We took a lot of length off and it looks great! The staff is friendly and they have good deals on products.

My physically disabled husband simply asked for change for a dollar, The lady behind the counter was sweet and went to ask: the hair stylist with the long brown hair on the other hand was extremely rude to him.Thankfully the store next door to him helped him: thats the difference between an act of kindness and over privileged bourgeois jerks.I get my hair done every month: this location will never get my business after that

After many poor experiences with other salons I was very happy with the services that were provided to me at the Regis salon. Michelle was my hair stylist and I will go out of my way to see her again. She was very knowledgeable and a great listener when it came to what I expected from my hair color and cut. The price was what I was expecting and the service I was provided exceeded that. Very happy customer, and I will return when I am ready to have something else done!

Calling us my stylist and did a great job. That says a lot because my cut is unique and its very hard for me to find someone with her talent.

Jason is a miracle worker, and Lauren is awesome too. They were able to turn my frizzy mess into something modern and cool. Honestly, I was surprised because I came in there with hair so bad that I was wearing wigs and headscarves, but I came out there with minimized damage and structured hair. Always make sure to tell your stylist about previous damage. They cant read your mind, so let them know about the chemical processes youve done.

I walked in with a haircut from somewhere that cut my hair uneven, used improper tools and just really ruined my hair. Tara, was an amazing hair dresser. She turned it into something super cute and walked me through every step. I recommend her to anyone. She knows exactly what she is doing. Its a decent price for what you get.

I went to a barber shop to have my hair done, where the man completely butchered my hair. I went to Regis, where I was blessed enough to meet Troy. He took on the challenge and cut my hair into a perfect pixie. He is a fantastic professional and I will be going back because of him.

Waited for 10 minutes at the front desk. I made eye contact with several different employees multiple times. There were 6 employees working and not one came up to greet me. A guy walked in, (he had an appointment) a worker immediately greeted him, confirmed his appointment and seated him. She looked at me then walked away. Terrible customer service. I have no idea what their issue was. Maybe they didn’t want to wait on me. Maybe they didn’t want my money. Maybe they thought if they ignored me I’d go away. What ever the case was I surely left and took my money elsewhere. If they don’t take walk-ins they should make it known. Great way to lose business. And I may look 12 but I’m a 24 year old woman. Good job Regis employees 👍🏽

I adore this hair salon. They treat me like family here and my hair is fabulous when they are done.

Went here one time and never again. Mistake was made on their part, didn’t want them to touch my hair for a fix and wanted my money back. Manager was not customer oriented and rude.

My son got his hair colored from Julie at Regis salon. He went in having dark to medium brown hair and wanted to go lighter brown/Carmel and after trying 3 times he came out looking like an Easter egg that had been dyed by a two year old at Easter.

Excellent. Decent prices, amazing staff. I recommend this salon every time I get a compliment on my hair.

I walked into this salon after leaving Master Cuts with the worst haircut I have ever received in my life. I walked in crying my eyes out after a stylist took a 1 guard to the back of my hair. I was so distraught. Gali, was more than happy to help me. She took care of me ASAP. She calmed me. Got to say she is a magic worker! She took a very choppy, uneven haircut to everything I ever wanted. I honestly didnt have a lot of hope to what would happen to my hair. I walked in feeling self conscious, not wanting people to see my hair, and walked out with a new confidence in how I looked. I could not thank her enough!!! I will be returning there again as I am highly impressed!

Hours say they are open until 6 pm. At 5:40 the lady said she was trying to get out and would not cut my sons hair. Walked back past the store and it was shut up at 5:48. They should change their hours to 5:45 or 6:15. I guess it depends on how much money they need. Definitely not on customer service! Rude and unprofessional.

I came in after another salon had botched bleaching my roots (came out orange, which is practically impossible with my hair and burned my scalp to get there) and they completely fixed the color and while doing my roots(which were at the 8 week mark). Everytime I go, my scalp never even tingles during my bleach! Every other salon I have gone to seems to have a challenge keeping bleach from doing so.

I had a GREAT experience with this salon! My stylest was Sarah and took my idea of deep purple hair with mini bangs & nailed it! I LOVE my hair and plan on returning to Sarah for my future hair touch ups! Thank you for my awesome hair! ♡

Love my haircut!! Staff is friendly!! However it is bit costly and today there were only two staff members at work and have to wait for longer period.. I rate 4 * for haircut!!

If you’re a male or have short hair, I would not recommend a haircut from this salon. They may cut women’s hair well, not really sure, as it was empty, but they ruined my simple cut.

Arrived at opening to have our 14 month olds hair trimmed (his hair is thick and long), an older blonde lady that looked as if she’d had Botox daily for the last ten years rudely asked us what we wanted from across the salon, she didn’t bother coming to the reception desk. I told her we just needed our sons hair trimmed. She told us it would be 20 minutes, which is fine but her attitude was a tad irritating. She didn’t wait for a response, just turned her back and continued talking to another stylist. Meanwhile their salon was completely empty, not one customer aside from us, between the rude tone/“greeting” and the grumpy looks we received as we waited a moment, my spouse told me he wasn’t comfortable with her cutting our child’s hair due to the attitude she had when we arrived. We took business elsewhere (Mastercuts) and they did a fantastic job, they were quick, friendly, and his hair looks great. If Botox blondie is working, don’t bother, it was evident she wasn’t a fan of her career choice or children.

I want to say first, the lady who did my hair was actually nice. I dont know if I was just misunderstood or what... I am not vain. I am the opposite, I am very self conscious about myself. Most definitely my hair. All I wanted/ask for was my greys to be covered and that I wanted dark brown. What I got was what she called copper brown... On my roots with a permanent color which by the way on me looks burnt red/orange and a deepish temporary brown on the rest of my hair.. My husband, who God bless him had already walked the mall for 2 hours without interrupting me with our 2 young kids, was treating me to getting my hair done since we were leaving for a family vacation first thing the next morning.... My issue is now that my hair is 2 toned. Looks very horrible. Looks very cheap and after $139 I feel disgusting. I am supposed to smile in family photos while on vacation now while looking like a poster child for Hades on top of my head... I want to cry and go Brittney 2006 and shave my head... Once she realized I was unhappy she said Oh I can fix it if youd like but I put what I thought would look good.. ITS MY HAIR. ALL I WANTED WAS FOR MY ENTIRE HEAD TO BE ONE COLOR.DARK.BROWN....Then she says well give it a few washes and if anything you can come back... I appreciate this. But I cant ask my husband and children to walk around another 2 hours because someone didnt get what I was saying in the first place.... I get to walk around feeling horrible while people stare at this mess on my HEAD. Maybe blowing things up here but it is my head. Had my children and husband not been with me. Had we not lived 45 mintues away I may have let you attempt to FIX IT. I do not get my hair done often. I could understand if I asked for something crazy but all I wanted was my dark brown hair. Things happen. People misunderstand each other but I feel totally ripped and am extremely upset I now have to go on vacation feeling this way... And yes I paid for it because regardless of how I feel products and time were still used. Her being the manager, I feel some type of way about this. And am just ... Very saddened by it all because I walked in there a tired looking stay at home mom who just wanted her greys covered and my hair to simply all be dyed one dark brown color...I am very open and very understanding. I cant give a 1 rating because there are some things like the service and the ladies that were nice. My hair cut was a little shorter then thought it would be and I asked for no layer except a small layer in the front because I know how my hair reacts to the extra layer for thickness does to my hair... But hey again maybe im crazy. I just know I wanted very simple and very basic...

Had both of my daughters hair cut at the same time. I sat with my youngest while the other lady trimmed my oldest daughters. My youngest daughters hair turned out ok(took a while to get it somewhat even) but my oldest omg hahahaha its comical how uneven it is. Im going to have to take her some where else and get it re done before school starts. I cant believe that lady even has a license the way she cut my oldest daughters hair 😏 leason learned definitely wont be back!

Never went in or anything, but the people working there smiled. So, even if their cosmetology skills are subpar, at least theyre not rude. Kthxbyee.

Fixed what another salon had totally botched. I am so grateful for the nice ladies in this salon. They most certainly saved the day!

I wish I could give a minus star rating. My wife made an appointment to have her hair done with the Manager. We arrived shortly after they opened and my wife waited nearly an hour for the manager to finally get to her. Apparently the unscheduled hair cut was more important than her scheduled appointment. If this were my only gripe I would have let it go. Unfortunately that was the best experience. The stylist/manager attempted to color her hair and eye brows. After getting side tracked and losing sight of my wife she finally rinsed her... 50 minutes later! This nearly fried her brows completely off and her hair turned to a wirey mush (after it dried it came out green and red and black, not brown like she requested) after completely forgetting about my wife, both with the appointment time and with the chemicals burning her scalp and brows she still had the nerve to charge me, telling me she got busy and lost track of time and would now (3 hours later) would focus on her and make it all about her... soooo... if you would like to fry your scalp and spend days literally crying and waist time and money on a stylist who is obviously too busy to satisfy her customers then by all means make an appointment if not then go anywhere else. Horrible experience and we will contact their head quartets. I personally wouldnt let that woman manage a lemonaide stand.

This is a negative review. I did not have unrealistic expectations walking in to get my haircut yesterday. My hair was already 80% close to the cut I wanted and I figured just about any decent hair stylist would get me close enough to make me happy. Well I was dead wrong thinking that Regis would provide that. Basically, the guy didnt listen to a word I said. And I was VERY clear. Ive learned from experience to make sure that everything is understood and agreed upon before the scissors ever come out of their sheath. I showed the picture to him several times (and other stylists as well!) and never got the slightest hint that he didnt understand what i wanted or that he thought it couldnt be done or that it wouldnt be an appropriate style for me (amount and quality of my hair, face type, etc.).There were 4 things I wanted:1. Even out the grossly uneven back2. Preserve the length in the front (i.e. DONT CUT IT)3. add some layers for shape and volume4. cut bangsBig deal. Something any decent hair stylist should be able to provide. I even added a bit of contingency language just to provide very rough guidelines. ASYMMETRY = GOOD. BOB = BADSo hes snipping away for a little while, then brushes me out with the hair dryer, spins me around and says, well, whaddaya think? And this was not a check in. He was finished. The back hadnt been cut at all, the front was now shorter and very even (exactly what i said NOT to do) there were no layers and NO BANGS! ***He hadnt listened to a word I said!!!*** So, I pull out the picture for a 5th or 6th time and ask why were so far from the mark, why the back hadnt been touched, why theres no bangs. He says well we can try this or that. FOR @#$%^s sake! Isnt that what we agreed on in the beginning!?? I know at this point things are not going to turn out well.Sensing my growing angst he tries to reassure me, Dont worry, youre the 4th person today thats asked for this haircut.Really? I ask out of disbelief and morbid curiosity, what were the other girls after?He replies, you know... short.OMG. Is THAT what I asked for? Are you deaf despite all the acknowledging gestures you made when I told you exactly what I wanted? OR DO YOU JUST NOT CARE?He finishes finally making the back even. And asks again, there we are. Hows it look? I point out for the last time that I still dont have bangs LIKE IN THE PICTURE! As he reaches over to aim the scissors at my front, I stop him. Hell no, youre not harming one more hair on my head. Im done. If all your capable of as a stylist is giving a cookie cutter look to all your customers despite WHAT THEY ASK FOR, you should be working at Mrs. Fields not a hair salon.
