I’m very honest with all my reviews and give credit where credit is due.I loved my nail tech. She (Y, is her name on the booking website) was professional in her dedication for wanting to please me and my younger sister’s nails every time we booked... up until the last time we went.Her niece popped up and got real disrespectful towards my sister and even called her out her name. My younger sister was in tears of the anger and embarrassment that lady put her through! Which was very unprofessional!And to top it off, the nail tech didn’t reprimand her niece for being disrespectful and unprofessional. Neither did she apologize for what her niece said up until the very end, when we mentioned before leaving that we weren’t coming back again cause of that bad experience.They lost two loyal clients that day.All of that could of been avoided if only they had apologized for their behavior.The 3 stars is only for the tech’s nails & lash work.

As soon as I walked in everyone was very friendly and very willing to do anything that I wanted. They had a large selection of things to choose from, and Sarah, the lady who did my nails was very patient and kind. She showed no irritation when I changed my mind a million times either. My nails turned out awesome and the price was very good considering all the things I asked for.

I needed a mani/pedi for a wedding. I havent been to a nail salon since the start of COVID and was worried that if I went somewhere without an appointment I would not be seen, so I found a place that had an appointment schedule available. I made my appointment for a specific time, I arrived 10 minutes later and they told me to sit and wait. The place did not seem to be very clean and the person who was scheduled to see me hadnt arrived. At the time of the arrival (18 minutes after my scheduled time) she looked like she literally had just rolled out of bed. Then she started and the nail tech next to her kept checking over her work and her instruments- not sure if she was in training. I gave two stars because the pedicure was good. The manicure seed rushed, was slightly messy and 3 days later two of my (GEL) nails are now chipped, this had never happened before. I am disappointed. Will not be returning.

If you have time to waste come to this place. I made an appointment for 11:00 AM to give this place a try for the first time it is 12:17pm and Im still waiting!!! Unacceptable, horrible time management

I’m really sad that I wasting my money over there. I got acrylic nails Wed and my nails already starting to push back 3 days later like I had them in for 2 weeks. The nail tech didn’t evening take her time to push my cuticle back or cut them. My Gel polish on my toes is okay it’s just that there is too much polish on the side.

I love my nails. Y(the nail tech) does my nails and feet so perfectly, I never really have a complaint. The studio is clean & they are following COVID guidelines. The staff is easy going & their customer service is up to par. Never had a bad experience here, if there is something you don’t like they have no problem finding a solution to satisfy your needs.

The entire time i was at the place I felt extremely rushed, whether it was choosing the color or the nails itself, it was all rushed! Designs are very bad quality, and did not give me what I showed her even when she said she could do it. Will never be going there again! And prices are not good for what you get. I will be going somewhere else for nails that are worth the price. PLEASE don’t go here!!!!!!

I went to this place for the 1st time I went for a mani pedi; the reason why I was getting a pedicure is because I injured my back and I cannot do anything myself right now every color I asked for was not the right color. I ended up going with red. There was no massage or rub with pedicure. Then on to the gel mani. As Im sitting there I see the colors I asked for and was told they didnt have. When the mani was completed he only put oil on one hand and told me to wash. The mani came out nice, when I got home I noticed two toes the polish was messed up, and he forgot to paint 2 other toes!!!! Today i wake up theres half the nail polishh missing on other toes! Due to my back injury I cant fix it. Iwill NOT go back ...waste of money.

Wow! Above and beyond. The nail tech that assisted me took his time with me. I also had no wait time, he finished with a client and called me immediately. He didnt even take a break which I felt a little bad for. I had a gel full set with coffin shape and it all cost me $40. Everywhere you go that is way more expensive. I asked him to make them as thin as possible and he made sure I was comfortable with them. Now Ive never had nails this long before and I am struggling to do anything but thats my fault LOL. Will be coming back for sure!

This place is disgusting. DO NOT COME HERE. Female Owner and receptionist are rude and disrespectful. They are not sanitary at all !

First I made an appointment online for 11:00am and they called me back twice to reschedule and ended up getting a spot at 12:30. Manicure wasnt even a manicure all I basically got was a polish change. The woman didnt clean my cuticles or anything yet I was still charged for a full manicure, not to mention it has only been a week and the dip powder they use is already chipping and looks dingy (cheap poor quality). Now the pedicure was alright while it was being done although my mother got hot towels put on and I didnt which means the pedicures are done differently by each employee. The problem with the pedicure was that 2 days later I got an infection on 3 of my toes because of how they cut the nails. I would not recommend coming here to ANYONE!!!

Professional staff, felt comfortable throughout the process especially during covid and they did a great job will definitely be going back

If I could give this place 0 stars I most definitely would. I was getting my nails done and one of the male techs who were behind me doing another customers nails was arguing with my nail tech(my back was facing him). I couldnt understand what they were arguing about but by their tone and voices raising I knew it was getting heated then the male tech stops doing his clients nails, grabs the gel nail samples that are on the ring and tries chucking at my nail tech and it hit me hard right on my shoulder and side face!!!!!!! I couldnt believe what I just witnessed, I was in shock. To make it better, He did not say sorry after he continued screaming at my tech! My mom screamed at him and threaten to call that cops and thats when he said without any emotion sorry. I didnt get any discount whatsoever and my nails were horrible. The tech messed up and left a scrape mark on one of my nails and tried putting more polish on top to cover. Sorry this review is long but this place is horrible. I cant believe a man would even try to hit a women in public and show no remorse. TRULY DISGUSTING. Money is all they care about not the customers, SHAMEFUL.

Just had a mani-pedi with gel nails. Amy was amazing. She spent her time on my feet. Did a wonderful job. It was my 1st time here & I did a walk in. Almost no wait.

I have been coming here for years, prices are decent and if you need extra TLC just ask, the girls go above and beyond. Nail techs are friendly and always happy to please. Place needs a renovation but does not affect attention to client.

The worst place ever. I have been doing my nails with these people for a while and every time I come I will be the first person here and they always end up taking a whole bunch of other people that were after me and make me wait for ever to get my nails done this will be the last time I come I always spend more then 2 hours here I do not recommend

Great staff and service. Did regular arclyic coffin tips and a pedi for $50.Love my nails, nice and thin, neat and well done. In and out in 1.5 hrs.

Have been going to Nail spa for years...Family oriented, friendly, efficient, clean, reasonably priced salon!! Absolutely loveeeeee the new Pedicure massage chairs!! I dont go anywhere else!!

Great I love the gel powder and the variety of gel powder colors when I went my nails were so horrible from the previous nail salon I want to. I just went to this one and I will continue to go my nails are becoming long and healthy :) what more can u ask for I highly recommend this place and the prices are amazing!!

Happy with pedi but dont do powder gel mani. Wasted $35 (which was overpriced to begin with). Nails look horrible even after second tech tried to fix them, have to get them removed.
