NINA IS THE BEST NAIL TECH THERE IS.I will gladly wait for her. Worth the time and $$. Ive been to tons of nail salons, seen diff techs, no one beats her.

After seeing how many stars and the reviews I didn’t want to go do my nails there but it was convenient since I was already at Walmart. I was expecting the worst but I stead I was very pleased with the service. People that get upset give a review but the people that leave happy don’t bother smh

I got an expensive dip in this place!! $38 dollars second time and the dip chips 1 week after I made it. I came to claim and the lady was very rude she was screaming. she said it wasn’t the quality she did is normal that’s chipI’m sorry but I made dip in others places and don’t happen!! She only fix the nail that have big chip ant that’s!!! I don’t think was right... I will recommend go to another place and have your money worth

Don’t waste your time. Tony, or whatever his name is who sits on the right side and pays more attention to his phone than someone trying to ask a question, is extremely rude and blatantly talks about his customers. They have a $22 pedicure that they don’t even list on the menus and automatically start the $35 one. I had to ask for things that are typically done to clean your nails up as we went along and they still don’t feel done correctly. I’m gonna have to clean them up myself. I didn’t know I could t tip on the card and the entire time I was making a purchase in the main store they were all sitting there watching me, I assume waiting to see if I’d return with a tip. When I came back, Tony stared and gave me the dirtiest looks the entire time. Find yourself a better AND CLEANER place.

I told them to leave my nails long and oval and they did the exact opposite. Some of my nails are longer than the others and the gel set did not dry correctly with spots throughout my nails. There was a bunch of leftover gel around my nails that I asked to be removed and it never was. I wasted money and now have to get them redone and hope that they can fix the damage before prom and graduation. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

The most painful pedicure Ive ever had. The tech cut my nail to the skin which hurt and was so rough with my feet. I said ouch the whole time and he just said I was sensitive. My nails were cut crooked and the polish job was horrible. Never again!

The employees aren’t very good at customer service. The person that did my nails kept stoping and helping an employee with something on her phone ( he was not wearing gloves nor did he clean his hands after touching her phone which was probably full of bacteria and germs) on top of that he was very rough on my nails and kept using alcohol products which I told him that burned. He as well tried making me buy into that gel nails last longer than regular nail polish I said OK and got gel which costed me an extra $13 which they didn’t last longer. When I went a few weeks ago I asked for a mani which then the person that do my nails I tell them I want acrylics and they do them. Well this time when the guy gave me to an employee to do my nails she started filing my nails. I then noticed that usually this didn’t happen so I told her I want acrylics she called over the guy that first asked me what I wanted and said she wants acrylics. He then rudely yelled “no you said you wanted a manicure” I replied “I meant acrylics” he then said it was going to be a one hour wait and I left. I find it ridiculous that they have such poor customer service I’m not going to lie the acrylics weren’t to bad. Though I don’t recommend this place.

I live in the area and this is a terrible place to do your nails, terrible customer service, not too clean. Believe me, you have better options around the area, same price, better customer service and clean. I would never visit this place again.

Great service ! I love Vicky she takes her time and always helps me pick a color! Ive never left unhappy! Everyone is so nice there!

Terrible!!! I dont know why I keep on coming here! I will sincerely say some female employees here put real effort. Dont let them assign you to a guy. They do a terrible job and put no effort to do a nice job. If you really want pretty nail choose another place. This place really needs a shake! They are getting away with a great and convenient spot. This might sounds funny but they play that they dont understand English to confuse you. Never coming back.

This place filed my nails so bad that they will forever be damaged. They have no idea what they r doing. I regret ever visiting that nail salon.

If you are looking for a quick fix, then come here, but if you want to relax and be pampered, go elsewhere because they are always in a rush to sit the next customer.

I am so freakin disappointed at the service I received today. Tina did my nails and she did a really bad job at it. I am a germfobic! And I stressed the importance of how very clean/gentle, I wanted her to be when doing my nails. But what did she end up doing? The total opposite!!! She cut me in three of my finger nails. And she left a lot of the old color on my toenails. When I went home, I immediately cleaned the horrible French Manicure/Pedicure, just to find out that my nails look so dry! (Mind you...I have healthy long nails).I don’t know what she did, however, I will definitely never come here again. $45 just went down in the drain!! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service!!!

`I got my acrylics done here and it was okay service but the acrylics were horrendous! The nails were unevenly painted and filed. i do not recommend.

I went to vicky. she was extremely rough with my hands. i showed her a picture of how i wanted my nails and my nails ended up looking nothing like the picture. my nails are extremely thick and bulky. she kept going at my cuticles with her drills and made my thumbs bleed, and sliced into my ring finger with one of her drills. after telling her it hurt and she was going too close to my cuticles, she still didn’t stop, even after my fingers were bleeding. i will not go back to these people ever again.

They did a poor nail job. Another nail place made a comment about how bad my cuticles were trimmed. The nail tech kept trying to sell me all kinds of more services. There are better places then this, keep searching....

This place has terrible service. I came here for a special event I was having in a few hours and my nails were horrendous. My cuticles had nail polish all over them, my skin has nail polish all over them to and to top it off this girl Jenny wouldn’t even speak to me she was just mouthing words that I couldn’t even understand. (DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COSTS) they will completely ruin your nails. $45 wasted on this terrible nail job.

This place is horrible, they do a terrible job. The owner Stephanie is so rude!!! She doesnt talk to you she yells at you, they have a huge sign in the back that says not allow to speak Chinese and ALL they do is speak Chinese infront of you which is very rude and unprofessional, they need to hire nicer staff and do a course about nails because they suck at it!!! Polish is terrible, the acrylic is a waste of money, very disappointed and the owner Stephanie needs to learn manners

Horrible! Ruined my nails, the nail bed, my cuticles, the shape. I didn’t even tip.

Horrible!!! Nails are so thick and uneven. I asked that they redo them and they said nothing is wrong with them. Also they used 2 different reds for my toes and nails and when I asked for that to be fixed they wanted to charge for Polish change !!! I would stay far away from this place!!!!!

Worst service ever! I just came in to do a polish change on my toes and they applied the nail polish horrible! Ridiculous! They said it was $7 and ended up charging me $10

I liked the place because it is always open, clean and has a variety of nail polishes. Experienced professionals, all seem Vietnamese, speak little English but do the job carefully, some. Except for the discomfort of not putting nail polish on the edges of the nails, then it looks like it is badly finished, but the wall is their pattern. Dont expect Brazils attention from them, as there is no paparico, everything very practical and professional without conversation, which can seem rude.
