If I could give a negative 10 I would! Not only did I have to go back twice to get my nails redone but the second time as you see in the pictures, it still wasn’t done right. I pointed this out to Cindy who did my nails and she said”, oh it will be fine” you’ll see what happened because she didn’t listen to me AGAIN, the polish lifted and these are GEL!! hence why I had to go back in because my nails were with bumps all around and not evenly filed. You can still see the unevenness on the nails. The other thing that happened was with my mother, the lady who did her pedicure cut her 4 times!!!! Was rude and rough unapologetic. And when she did her manicure it was as if a 5 year old polished her nails. I went to complain to the lady who seems to be in charge and she tried to fix it. Her nails were so thick I knew it would take so long for them to dry causing the nails to look even worse. Sure enough they did. My mother has several health issues and was too tired to stay so they can fix them so we left. Once we got home I was so enraged on the terrible job they did so I took my mother back to get them redone. I asked the lady “in charge” and she said she would do it. As I went to run an errand for my mother at Publix next door, she proceeds to speak in Vietnamese looking upset based on what my mother said and then she refused to do the French manicure that we had paid for originally!!! The only reason I didn’t go in there and asked for my money back was because I had to go catch a flight! Beware of this place! They are unprofessional, have people working there who don’t know what they’re doing and catch an attitude when you want the service they’re getting PAID for! This isn’t for free!! With so many nails shops in the area, this is not worth the headache nor your time!

This was my second visit here and I was a walk-in last night and Kevin did a fantastic job on my nails. My daughter and her friend were also walk-ins and they were both able to get acrylic nails. Thank you Angel Nails for superb service and pricing!

I’ve been searching for months and months for a nail salon that not only do they do good nails but you also feel welcomed, and I think I’ve found my spot! It was my first time and it went pretty good, the nail tech I believe her name is Katie she was sweet and did an amazing job on my nails, short and sweet. Going back for sure!

I went to do my nails today and ask for a mani and pedi, lady who did them repeatedly hurt my fingers and she actually stab me with her own nails while paiting mine, I paid 60$ for my nails, and the result and pain I felt was not okay for THTA price, I had paint all over, my nails were all messed up I went back and told her and she didn’t even try to here what I was saying and continued to file and cut my nails and at the end they looked the same

The Worst nail salon I have ever been to!!! I went today with my sister, and we both received the worst mani & pedi of our life. It looks like a 5 years old painted our nails. It is so bad that we didn’t know wether to laugh or cry.

So rude. I have been coming here every two weeks for over a year. Usually satisfied. This time the color on palette was not the color that dried on my nails. In one day two nails peeled. Another day another peeling nail. Went back to have it corrected and the older gentleman seemed annoyed. Said, don’t pick at them. And maybe your nails don’t hold gel polish good. People pick them off and want us to fix it. So rude. I didn’t pay to get my nails done and then pick it off. I won’t go back. There’s nail salons in every corner.

The lady on table 8 was very rude, when she finished just gave me the Bill and told me to go and pay when my nails dry out and left she didnt have the decency to wait until my nails were dry or ask if it was ok. No manners at all. Of course no tip for her and I will never return to this place.

They know not just my name, but all the regular customers names as well. I easily entrusted them to make me look pretty the day of my wedding. They are creative and fun. And by the way.. I usually go to this place but today i was very disappointed i paid 25 for a full set of acrylics i requested flowers in my 2 rung fingers came out very bad and he took off, the polish is very see through and the color had some green-ish polish on (different color) very poor job this time

This place was a nice dysfunction with offered services, all over the place. The lash lady was constantly on her tablet, dressed completely inappropriately in her Kardashian outfits...Nice owner though. Too many customers in the place during COVID.

I visited this place a little over a week ago for the first time. I was a bit skeptical about trying a new nail place which is normal. I should have recognized the first RED FLAG #1 when I entered the place and no customers were present. I informed the guy standing at the counter that I was interested in a regular manicure and he referred me to a nail tech that took care of me. I requested the bowl that you place your hands in during the manicure to be filled with hot water. When the nail tech returned with the bowl unfortunately it was filled with cold water. This was the second RED FLAG #2. I still had polish on my nails from the previous manicure that needed to be removed. The nail tech took out some tools from her drawer that looked used and started to cut my nails and shape them up. Once she finish cutting them she asked me to go wash my hands and then attempted to paint over the current polish that was still on my nails which is RED FLAG #3. I left the shop very unpleased and disappointed with the job as my nails were not completely painted and were not cut the way that I requested. A couple days later I noticed that FUNGUS started to grow under 2 of my nails. I made a doctors apt and received some medication to treat it. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AND I HOPE AFTER READING THIS REVIEW YOU WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE TO GET ANY SERVICES. THEY DO NOT STERILIZE THEIR TOOLS PROPERLY WHICH RESULTED IN ME GETTING FUNGUS.

I went to this nail salon a few days ago for the first time. I got my nails done with the dip powder, and Kevin did my nails. Kevin did an excellent job! I was also impressed with the selection of the dip colors. There were so many to choose from. The place was also very clean. I will definitely be going back! I highly recommend Kevin and this nail salon!

I have visited Angel nails a few times and always left pleased. This last time I was rather disappointed. When I walked in it seemed like they were bothered to even have a customer and rushed me to go wash my hands (understandable with the pandemic and all) The person I had did a great job but the quality of there nail polishes are very poor. He kept having to put acetone in it to make it smooth enough to paint my nails. At the counter I was charged $40 for a regular mani/pedi even though online says $36. I told the girl and she said prices went up everywhere (so insinuating that it doesnt matter where I go). Now, 2 days later and all my nails have cracks and chips in the polish. It is very disappointing to see customer service fall and quality of products fall as well. I will probably not return to Angel Nails and search for a quality $40 manicure/pedicure.

Just went there today and had a great experience with Kevin BUT I feel like I was ridiculously overcharged. I got dip powder with tips and shaping and it came out to $70???? Under the services tab it says gel set is $35 so I’m completely lost as to how I’m charged $70 for dip powder. Nice place and service but INSANE price.EDIT: I was under the impression that my specific service was $70 and that my friends was $50 which confused me as she had more work done. Changed my review because the explanation is much more reasonable. The work done was truly exceptional.

Pedicure was very good. Only disappointment was that the massage chair was not working. If you want the upper body massage make sure the chair works before getting your toes wet. Otherwise great.

Best nail salon in pembroke pines. I have been a costumer for 6 years. They are under new management and they still the best. I would recommend you to give them a visit. Oh......I forgot to add that the prices are great.

I just had a pedicure from a lady named Eileen I hope I spelled her name correctly. She is amazing and I will be coming back to see her my feet are so soft and relaxed my cuticles are trimmed very nicely and my polish is beautiful the whole service was extremely satisfying. I really loved her customer service because she cares about her clients hell and she addressed my every need and was happy to make sure that I was pleased and that my every expectation was met. Other nail salons that I have been to didnt care to listen to my needs and seem to rush me in and out and if I made a special request they might act mad or tell me they know what theyre doing just wait till theyre finished or simply say I know I know and then not even care to do it. My pedicure with her was totally different and she is a true professional who cares about her clients I am so happy. I had to call the salon back just to tell the manager how thankful and happy that I am. I chose to do the deluxe pedicure because my feet were very tired and achy and now they feel so great I am so happy

Totally confused? I though Maybe the tech is not having an a good day the first time, but the second time is a signal that I should be going elsewhere.2.I expressed a dislike of the polish and the color misrepresentation. I was Totally ignored and then when ask if I can have it change they want to charge $5. 00 for changing the color that did not look the same as the one I saw on the color examples.Anyway just an update. Disappointed!**********************************************First time customer! Great service today. I love the way my nails came out. Easy relaxing experience. I would definitely go back.

I go here for my eyebrows! She does an amazing job and is always timely. She has her own station set up in the back and shes very professional and welcoming. She SLAYS my eyebrows and shes the only one I trust to do my eyebrows. She waxes/plucks/ and threads so they come out perfect each time!!

I tried this nail salon with one of my girlfriends recently and really like the women who run this place. My technician did exactly the design I wanted and she applied the gel very well. The prices are SO reasonable for the amazing quality. If you get a chance, check them out.

I’ve been going for almost 2 years to get pedi and mani. This place is great! They always have someone available and if not the waiting is not that long. When you make you appointment they are always ready for you at the time of the appointment. If you call that you will be late they will wait for you. Is always clean and they are all very friendly. I will totally recommend this place

Really amazing service. I have only gone to do my eyebrows and when she does them she always takes her time, which to me is something important because if someone finishes in under five minutes to me that’s not a job well done. And in the time she does my eyebrows, she’ll wax, tweeze, and thread all for $7! That to me is a steal! Especially here in south Florida, but she definitely takes care and knows what she’s doing. I definitely recommend anyone to do their eyebrows here! The service is also great, basically everything about the place is great!

This is the worst place to get your nails done! I got acrylic white tip. The guy did whatever he wanted, cut them really short. He got the acrylic all over my fingers. He then cut my fingers filing away and when i told him it hurt he looked at me and smiled as if he had no idea what i was saying. Then then used the drill bit and when over my skin above my nails. The next day these nails filtered and looked horrible.As i was sitting there, a woman walked in and was very upset that her nails were messed up as well.I would NOT go here ever again!!!

Terrible! The man did not clean the equipment. He raced through my pedicure and was very rough. Then during my manicure he cut my hand TWO times! I said ouch and he kept going and then went ahead and was careless and cut me again. Goes very fast and doesnt even care. My nails look terrible and I got charged an extra $2 for my nails to be cut down additional to the money I was paying for my manicure. Since when is a nail trim not included in manicure price?! Awful awful awful

After many years of coming to this place, I will not return. They took me for granted during my visit today, I was a sure thing. After a long wait, I was moved from person to person to accommodate customers coming in . The person doing my gel manicure did a horrible job, will have to have it redone tomorrow Gel manicure should not look like this...and its not pleasant that he went out to smoke while doing my nails. No way to treat a client...sorry, dont like to give bad reviews

This place was ok. Only reason its getting 2 Stars is because they thread real nicely. They did the wrong color after handing them the nail polish and tried to play it off after telling them to fix it. My dayghter also had her nails done and after her shower they ALL lifted and are off. Money straight to the garbage. The man who did my nails didnt even polish them evenly. They have a bunch of different very visible layers. Not going back.

AWFUL I have been coming here since 2011 and after yesterday I will never go back.My eyebrows are messed up totally butchered.The toenail polish is uneven and streaky I have painted them better myself at home.For,the pedicure it was water only no soap or bath salts.He literally finished my daughter and I pedicure in about 30min with polish.

Quality of the pedicure: Mediocre...Main issue: He reached to use the cuticle pusher & cutter that were sitting on the little table. I had to ask him to clean them. (They were not wrapped in the plastic or anything that would lead one to assume they had been properly sanitized.) AFTER I asked, he dipped the instruments in a cup of clear solution that was sitting on the table, then sprayed them with alcohol. The pedicure itself was sub-par. They dont use exfoliating gel (with little beads), he didnt massage my legs, just a little oil & foot rub, & they dont apply the warm towel that feels oh so good. (I had an older guy.)Ambience: Horrible. Not a relaxing experience at all. A woman (with an annoying voice), who was apparently a regular customer, had loud interaction with the young daughter of one of the workers. Their loud conversation went on the entire time I was there about everything from books to movies to school & so on. There was never a quiet moment! And unfortunately, she was in the chair right next to me....Im sure this wouldnt be the case all the time, but for an environment that is supposed to be relaxing, this was a huge turn-off.Service/staff: So-so...Didnt seem too friendly or welcoming, but were not rude in any way.Their prices are low considering the area ($20 pedicure), but A LOT is sacrificed for that price difference. On a positive note, the massage chairs & foot basins are nice....Will not be going back.
