Honestly if I could give team 10 stars I would. Great color selection, pricing is good, and my nails ALWAYS last at least 4 weeks. They are very clean and everyone is super friendly. This is my second time getting dip powder and my my nails are super healthy!

The tropical pedicure was awesome choice. My sister reccomend it to me. My feet, wow the best massage combined with painting...the best. I wont go anywhere else. Soooo nice too. I love the whole staff🌻😘

What a horrible experience. Giving 1 star is actually still too much. The owner at this place was down right rude and unprofessional. I tried to do manicure and pedicure. The colors provided didnt match at all and the nail polish was expired at the point that I had bubbles and little dots on my nail toes. Do you think I wanted to walk out on mothers day like that? After trying 4 different colors on my manicure and realizing that none were near the expired color on my toes, I was forced to tell the lady to please take the color off, and at that point I just wanted to leave. Well after leaving they told me I had to pay $25 for the service. Really? Unbelievable !!!!!!!I went to another place, and what a difference!!! people was nice to me and the colors matched perfectly. What a difference!!!So, if you want to ruin your day, I recommend you to go to this place.If you want to relax and have a good time and a good manicure, then PLEASE DONT EVEN THINK ON GOING TO THIS PLACE.

I do not recommend this location at all. They do not respect appointment or wait times at all and there are a couple of ladies that are so rough my cuticles always end up bleeding.Also, their nail painting skills are terrible and they do not value customers business.I went to get my acrylic nails removed and the lady refused to do a regular manicure quoting my nails were too weak and she simply added a clear coat but still charged me $17 for a manicure. My daughter did get a gel manicure and it was probably the worst she has ever gotten!Stay away from this place if possible.

STAY AWAY!!! NOT CLEAN dirty nail files used from hand to hand, poor customer service when questioned.The place is clean but be very careful with the equiptment. Nail tech did poor job and rude to boot, still tipped her figured she was having a rough day but as for me I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

My nails have never been this long and healthy. I have been coming to this salon ever since it opened. The are super clean, a great professionals. I always make an appointment before I come and they are very punctual. I have never waited for more than 5 minutes to begging my service. Prices are super reasonable with quality service. Super recommend

I just adore them at this nail salon. Same friends new location and it’s beautiful. I love everything about the new place it’s clean, beautifully decorated and everyone welcomes you. This is a full service stay a while place, nails, pedicure, brows, even facials.

This was the worst gel manicure I ever had done. The polish was cracking within 5 days!! The pedicure nail polish striped within a week my pedicures last at least three weeks my nails all looked a hot mess within a week. I would never use this place again neither would I recommend it to anyone.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Unprofessional, rude front desk guy will snap at you. The way he orders customers is unprofessional. I dont know about you but I dont give a business my hard earned money to be treated rudely. Even though I live very closely, I refuse to keep coming back to be snapped at. Buy yourselves a UV light machine on Amazon and save the $$$ and the headache! I have used a few nail techs and they tend to speak in their language to each other if you say anything about how you want your nails. I have picked a color from their own sample nails just to be told, No, it doesnt look like that on the nail. Then why is it an option??? NOT a comfortable or friendly atmosphere at all, and not worth the money (too pricey). If youre going to charge more than the average, you should have the best customer service. 2 thumbs down!

This place is a 10/10 for me. Ive been coming here for a few years. I never set appointments so theres always someone new doing my nails and I live them every time! Never been disappointed and price is reasonable as well.

I cannot believe how amazing this nail place was. Not only was the service amazing.. but the music was relaxing, it was quiet, the chairs were immaculate. Even the floors (yes Im VERY observant) were very clean.Everyone had masks, temp checked and every single chair was wiped down after every client.The owner was very attentive to the shop and all the customers needs.My nail tech (My), was amazing! Ive never had my nails come out this good! NEVER!My new go to nail place!!

DO NOT GO WOTH HALSEY THE NAILTECH. He sits in the second row to your right when you walk in. I find these super helpful and can honestly say the place was great and I like every nail tech except Halsey he’s rude does not know what he’s doing at all when it comes to DIP. The place is awesome and the nail techs all know what they’re doing. But these marshmallow looking dipped nails with noticeable layers. As I mentioned to the tech how I preferredMy nails he proceeded to do as he pleased. Long story short he wouldn’t listen, and please take my word he does not know how to do dip. I have no idea why nail techs lie about what they can and cannot do. Anyways Halsey and if I don’t have his name right it’s the man that sits in the second row from when you come in.

I haven’t had a full service there yet. However I went two weeks ago because my nails were way too long. Originally I asked for them to be soaked off and then apply dip. They could tell I was in a rush; they lady said my nails still looked fresh so just cut them down to save time and money. I did. Leon (?) not only cut them down but cleaned them up and applied fresh gel for a shockingly low price. I plan on going back this week for my fresh set of gels.

Nice Spa decor and feel. Clean and definitely abides by Covid19 sanitation guidelines which is huge for me. Friendly and engaging staff. Wonderful job on my nails. Great pedicure.

First allow me to say making an appointment here means nothing. I had two appointments scheduled for myself and daughter and we both waited over thirty minutes to start. I had to return the next day because my nail broke. I allowed Linda and the guy at the front desk convince me to do dip and the end result was horrible. The guy at the front desk swore I hit my nail when in fact if I did I’d remember however the nail was thin and being there was no acrylic just the dip...it broke. The day I went to get it fix I called the morning of and when I got there he had me wait an hour before Linda could soak off the dip. WHY NOT HAVE ME SIT THERE SOAKING IT OFF AS I WAIT! My nail was hurting because it broke at the nail bed and Linda was so rough I saw stars! I ended up with a gel pinkie acrylic supporting the break until it grows out (PER MY REQUEST) and others dip. Matte and shiny finish and the gel pinkie is discolored. A mess!I will never step foot back into that uncaring, insensitive, money hungry establishment again! My nails look as if a juvenile did it. White polish all around the nail bed. SLOPPY!

Called same day for an appt, was told next availability within 15-20 mins. Arrived on time. Was then told because other walkins came in since my call, they could not take care of us and we were nicelyasked to come back next day. Two days later retried and was asked to come back 2 hrs later. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Update: I was charged a lot of money for a dip nail job that was not good. My nails look cloudy and are brittle at the surface. Im going somewhere else to get it fixed. For $55+ tip I would expect better. The girl was beautiful but not very smart. She didnt understand anything that I was saying and when I told her she was going a good job she was like really? As if it was surprising for me to say that. Honestly, if youre going to offer a better service for more money then fulfill it.

I love my manicurist Mey, but the owner took appts 3 times for me and all 3 times when I arrived I was told that I did not have an appointment. He has poor customer service and is rude to customers

Had me wait 45mins and let others that came after me go before me. Wasted my time. Not professional at all!! I had just came to give them another try because last time it was terrible. My nails looked crooked.

I loved my experience here!!! As soon as I came in they greeted me and took my temperature and asked me to please wash my hands. I showed them exactly what I wanted and they tried their very best to accomplish what I wanted.

Nice staff and nice decor. However, i get my acrylics done here and the woman i keep getting sits in the very front by the welcome desk...she goes too hard with the drill! Drill is warm, a lot of pressure when she does it and she hits my skin. I have scratches from it on my pinky and my cuticles are super sore and this is 24 hours later. Go easy please! I even mentioned its too close and said OUCH!

The nail salon is brand new and beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant from beginning to end. Jack provided my service and did a good job. I have been looking for a permanent place for nail service and I think I have found the right one. Check them out.

The place has the worst customer service. I went recently to try this place out because I moved and wanted to go to a place closer to my home. Unfortunately, I rather make that drive to my old nail tech than to come back here. The lady sat me on a pedicure chair for 45 minutes and told me I would be waiting for only 10 minutes at the very beginning. After 30 minutes she realized I had been there for a while soaking my feet she told me it would be only another five minutes. I ended up waiting 15 minutes more and just walked out. How could you sit someone in a chair knowing no one is nearly done doing someone’s nails? This is just ridiculous.

I like how they do my pedicure and eyebrows but whenever I get my nails done, it never lasts. I’ve done the dip and gel polish and they only last a few days, maybe a week at most before a nail is chipped are broken.

They are rude they ignore what you want after waiting for 30 minutes and telling 5 times what I wanted he went and did what he wanted tolly mest up my nails and he started screaming I hal to get up and leave

If I could give this place zero stars review I would. I was excited to try out this new salon. I called on Saturday morning at around 10 AM to schedule an appointment for 6:30PM with Ida for a dip manicure & pedicure color change. They gave me the appointment with ease & the man was extremely nice over the phone. Unfortunately when I arrived it was a complete different experience. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early. the front desk person instructed me to have a seat & someone else would take off my gel polish as Ida was finishing up with her other client. The woman that removed my polish was extremely rude! when I told her I was just getting a color change, not a full pedicure she didn’t even hand me color options for my manicure she said “go sit over there.” I asked her where she wanted me to go exactly & she said which ever pedicure chair. Despite her nasty attitude I went to sit in a pedicure chair where I waited 20 minutes before Ida came. When she asked me which color I was doing, I told her I had brought my own OPI color & told her I’d just do my own to check for me if they had it in dip. She goes to the front and brings me a color wheel of DND & walks off. When she got back I told her it was an OPI color I wanted. She went back up & brings me a color wheel with numbers only. I asked her if she could just look at the OPI dips to see if they had my color. She goes to the front & returns with the owner which coincidentally was the lady that was taking off my polish earlier. The owner came up to me and said “what are you talking about we have all the matching colors.” I told her all I was asking is if they had the matching dip for my polish. She ignored me & looked at Ida asking her “are you doing her color change.” Ida responded “yes and someone else could do her dip manicure.” I removed the foils from my hands and walked out. This place is extremely unprofessional and I will never come back! First and last time.

Im sad that I have to give this place 3 stars. Yes it is true that the place is clean and the nail techs are very kind. This was my second visit to the salon and I was excited that I have found my new nail place. I even brought my mother and my sister in so that they can become new customers. I went in Wednesday March 13th got a refill on my acrylics another change of color on my toes. everything seems great until now 2 days later I noticed awful discoloration on the nails. Now this happened the first time I went there but the service was so great in the shape of my nails came out so good that I looked past it. But now that I have a brighter color this discoloration looks awful!! My nails straight up look dirty.

Paradise Nail Salon don’t even deserve a one star. They gave me a guy employee to do my eyebrows he did nothing to them. The others did not want to get up to do my eyebrows. They are very unprofessional and ridiculous.

So when I called I was told if I could go in at that exact moment there wouldn’t be a wait. It took me less then 5 mins to get to the store. I ended up waiting 30 mins and on top of that the woman that came in AFTER me got helped BEFORE me. I didn’t say anything. The guy at the front desk said that it’s $35 for a full gel nail set. I said okay no problem. I looked at nail colors but at no point did he or anyone else mention that it’s an addition $10-$15 for gel polish ONTOP of the $35 for the full set. So as I’m getting my nails done, the lady doing my nails just gets up without saying anything to me and goes to help this other lady with her nails, which fine I understand that if you’re the only person in the shop that does nail design your obviously gunna go help but at least say something to me before just getting up and leaving. I ended up staying pass the time they closed. They ended up charging $45 + tip! What upsets me is the fact that they never mentioned the additional cost for nail polish and when I called the next day about it, the lady on the phone wants to say that told me! And I’m like NO YOU DIDN’T DONT EVEN TRY TO LIE! Honestly, it’s sneaky and wrong what they did. I don’t care how much I like my nails. I’m not going back because obviously they don’t know how to be upfront about their pricing and what they do and don’t offer. (Side story: There was a woman who came in and asked for gel full set with regular polish, the guy at the front said they could do that. When she sat down and the nail tech was talking to her, he said no that they don’t. She was obviously upset cause she wasted her time and she stormed out.)

Too bad ....., I had a bad experience, the owner treated me very aggressively, not at all friendly when asking if I had a painting, all the time he spoke to me very harshly, not at all helpful ...., yelling all the time total He never helped me look for what I wanted, until the end ... I BOOT FROM THE LOCAL ..., I really stayed the Shok, and I did not leave, until they finished doing the service of feet to my mother and then I I made them with MARY .. a very special person that I have been doing with her for 16 years, loving kind and very responsible for her work, the truth is I dont know if I will return .......
