I got the worst experience at this place today. My sister-in-law gave me a gift card for a pedicure and massage. When she bought it she was very specific that she wanted to give me a pedi and massage. When I got to the place I asked Maria the girl that was going to give me the service to specify me the service. She told me that the service doesn’t include massage just pedi. I told her that I needed a foot massage bc I am pregnant. She told me to reschedule and pay 15% for the cancellation. So I was already there and took the pedi bc I don’t have time to go to the spa every day. I asked Maria to add massage to the service even if I had to pay more, she told me she didn’t have time. She didn’t even try to give me options and a better service. I got a $69 pedi without any minimum massage that you get for the cheapest pedi anywhere.

Im writing this review for my mom. On Sunday 3/21, she went to get a massage with Justin and he literally changed her life. Shes constantly on her feet, running around while at work, she is a runner, and works out a lot. For years, shes had this pain in her lower back that bothered her almost every single day. At night, she would wake up from her sleep due to the pain. As soon as Justin started to talk to her and work on her lower back, he was able to target the exact issue that was surprisingly in her hip. For the first night in years, she was able to sleep without discomfort and pain! She cannot stop talking about how incredibly talented Justin is. She now has the monthly package so that she can treat that area regularly. Whether you are having pain on your hip, back, glutes, neck, or just need a good deep massage, GO SEE JUSTIN. He is incredible! Literally life changing.

Been a customer here off and on for the past 5 years. My massages with Alix Pierre are phenomenol. Highly recommended. My only issue is the time frame of the massages. Why cant it be 30, 60, 90 instead of 30,50, 80. Nonetheless, I love it

Ask for Sonja for your facials. She helped me understand my skin care needs and helped me clear my cystic acne. With monthly facials and the right products (with her direction), my skin did a complete 180.

My first time going to Me Spa had me a bit nervous, never having been to a spa in my life. The place has a nice relaxing vibe to it. I had the first massage of my life with Maria and she is amazing. She always puts me at ease, and her massage technique always puts me to sleep with how relaxing she makes me. Maria takes her time and makes you feel like your her most important client. I highly recommend a massage from Maria.My fiancée tells me the pedicures and foot massages are amazing so check that out.

This Spa is very nice and clean. But I cant give it more than three stars considering Ive gotten massages at quite a few places around this area that are comparable and for what I paid for half an hour massage it was way overpriced considering for 30 minutes they said you only get your back massaged, not your legs and arms or head & feet. Ive had 30 minute massages other places where they did the whole body and it was almost half the price of this place.

Excellent staff and service. This was my third visit and I was not disappointed. Facial and massage was fantastic and well needed and deserved. The hot rock massage was very relaxing. Very pleasant experience. I recommend and I will be back.

I highly recommend this Spa. I called at 10am to see if they could schedule me in for a 50 min massage. They gave me an 11:30am, I got there at 11:00am to complete some consent forms (On a tables and very simple to answer). They take you to the locker room and they give you sandal and a very nice soft robe. Then they take you to the relaxation room where they offer you tea and water. They soak your feet and they put a warm pad around your neck/shoulders. Until your therapist comes and dries your feet and takes you to the therapy room. My therapist was Alix. He was amazing. He put the right amount of pressure and work on my problem areas (upper back and lower back) then proceeded with the full body massage. You can tell he knows his stuff and was so professional and kind. When I was done I felt like my body was melted of how relax I was. I will definitely come back again. It was an extraordinary experience. Also ALL of the staff were super nice and attentive.

I absolutely love Me Spa - every single birthday/Christmas/gift I always ask for a gift card here and now I’m considering a monthly membership because I’m so obsessed! It’s a little on the pricey side but worth EVERY penny. Every single employee is professional and so kind. I enjoy every single second I’m there and look forward to booking every chance I get.

My husband and I went for pedicures. We arrived 20 minutes early to fill out necessary information and to pick out my color. The technicians came to get us from the lobby 5-10 min after our appointment time....The first 10 min in the chair we waited for them to get their materials ready. The atmosphere was relaxing but the foot massages were disappointing...Because they were behind it felt as if they were rushing our appointments. Once we were finished and in the lobby my husband noticed his arms had hives an allergic reaction to either the fabric or detergent on the blanket. When we advised the receptionist she did not apologize, show any concern or offer a resolution. Poor customer service overall. I would not recommend this spa. Definitely not what we expected for the price. I read reviews before doing business with a company and I should have listened to the less favorables this time.

Massage is very relaxing and incredible that I fell asleep! My therapist is professional, attentive and her hands are super amazing that my whole body just loosens up after the massage! I’ve been here multiple times and my experience has been great. Except for once, when I paid for a deep tissue massage but the therapist didn’t give me a deep tissue. She didn’t even give me a regular massage and I get massages all the time so I literally paid to get my body lotion. However I did explain to the girl at the front desk and they did suggest to me some other massage therapist and they gave me a discount on my next massage. I still go here because that was my first and last bad experience.

So far so good! I went to the ME Spa for their 60 min pedicure. Wowza! It was the best pedicure that I have ever had. First of all theres no loud talking, people on their cell phones, cackling, etc. Just soft whispers, low lighting and peace. The gravity free chair is amazing. The warm blanket and weighted towel around your neck is heaven. You are separated from others with curtains. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep soon after the pedicure started. Although the pedicure was amazing, the nail polish application was not perfect so I casually mentioned it when I checked out, as I was asked how my experience was. A mention of any distaste is all the rep had to hear. She offered me a complimentary nail polish exchange. When I went back for it, it was another superb experience. I also had a Swedish massage on another visit. I have had several massages in my life and that massage is ranked in my top 5. Simply delightful. I was completely relaxed and felt like I was walking in air after. Overall I am very pleased with my experiences at the ME Spa and I will surely return.

I wanted to do something nice for my wifes birthday so I started to google day spas. Right away Me spa popped up since we live in Pembroke Pines. I called them up & over the phone I was able to purchased & reserve a great deep tissue massage with warm oil for foot rub, hands where also done. My wife loved it she keeps raving on how clean this place was & how amazing the entire experience was. Thanks to Me spa Im a hero now Lol. Will recommend this place to any one wanting to treat their lady or mom to a pampering day.

I had the reflexology and pedicure. When the lady was finished with the reflexology, I was very disappointed. Felt like nothing had been done. The pedicure was not great either. I had put I was sensitive to scents. The lady put something on a towel across my eyes. I had a really bad headache before I left. I could have painted my own toes and looked better than how she painted them. This was money blown out the window. I know places that are great and lots cheaper than this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The worst experience ever.

I had an awesome 60 minute pedicure. It was so relaxing and the massage was incredible. But I do feel that it is overpriced.

First time spa goer. Diane is very nice and comforting. She was able to schedule an appointment for same day and was welcoming despite me arriving 10min early for my appoint (usually one should arrove 30min early). Process was fairly easy. Amanda provided the therapy. She was kind and gentle. First time spa goer but Im convinced to come back again.

Love this spa. I had a massage, facial, pedicure and manicure (in that order) Everything and everyone was great until I got my manicure, she nicked a couple of my fingers, one hurts very bad and has bleed a couple times during the day. I will not do manicures here again, but the massage, facial and pedicure was great.

Experience was amazing at Me Spa! Decided to book a facial and a massage last minute for my 30ish ;) birthday and so happy I did. Alex was my massage therapist and he was very professional attentive to my needs. As a petite woman, he was able to deliver just the right pressure to suite my trouble areas (lower back) for improvement and relaxation. Defiantly an expert at what he does! Sonia was my aesthetician and she was so sweet as well as knowledgeable and educated me about my skin concerns. My skin is glowing after my facial like I am 25 again. I will be back!!

I bought a coupon to give my mom a facial for 30 minutes. When we arrived, the old lady at the reception gave my mom a list of questions and she had not finished yet when she took the paper rushing her to sing without completing the form. The spa was complety empty so I don’t understand why rushing so much. when she was done she ask her to pay for it and again this is a coupon gift. She doesn’t pay attention and is not kind at all. I wanted to try because they have good reviews and I agree the facial service was good but the lack of kidness is HUGE.

Amazing service by JESSICA my therapist, however : whoever was at the desk was extremely unfriendly. Had I been told that my therapist was running a bit late I would have been understanding. But this young woman didnt even inform me of anything and made me feel like I was a HUGE inconvenience to the entire staff. Ten minutes AFTER my appointment time I finally walked back upfront (because I honestly thought I had been forgotten about in the relaxation room which was being cleaned by another staff member, in an extremely loud manner.) To which I was met which rude remarks about how she JUST FINISHED her service, acting like Im impatient because its 5:45 and my service was supposed to start at 5:30. Uh. Okay.Jessica was truly lovely, and did an amazing job on my pedicure. But honestly, whoever checked me in should be reprimanded if not let go, because her attitude made me not want to return.

IF I WERE YOU, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPA IT IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND NOT ENJOYABLE AT ALL.When we first arrived, both receptionists completely ignored us and stayed talking on the phone for over 5 minutes until we were helped. We were not even told to take a seat or anything, we were just standing wondering when we were going to be helped. The massage therapies were OK. Then, I was told my total was $235 by Angela the receptionist when we were leaving. I paid and had already left, and was chased down by Angela and told that I owed $20 more for spa services. She made me feel completely uncomfortable and stressed out and like I had done something wrong! She said she forgot to charge me then shamed me and made me feel guilty. On top of that, she embarrassed me as she stood there yelling at me telling me how I had to leave a 20% tip because it was customary. Who is she to tell me what to do with my money!We are regular spa go-ers, and believe me we will NEVER visit another Me Spa again after this experience. I hope Angela gets fired for being so rude, unprofessional, and vulgar.

I bought a Groupon for my mother for mothers day and it expired on July 10, 2017, of course my mother didnt notice and called on July 18 to make her appointment. However, It has happened before that our groupon expires and the location always extend the voucher. When I paid for the Groupon I paid for a 50 min deep tissue massage, oil for her feet and a product to take home. Me Spa decided to extend the Gropon to my mother but took the oil in the feet off and the product to take home and on top of that they were charging her $15.00 for the difference of the massage. 0 courtesy. I decided to loose my money than to give it to a spa with zero courtesy. my voucher was only expired for 8 days and they couldnt work with me to at least win a new costumer. My mom is a massage lover an great tipper and they lost that. I am giving them 1 star because they had zero desire to work with me .

She charged my credit card for nothing literally for nothing. she charged my credit card and then didnt help me to change the appointment. what suppose to be an enjoyable experience turns on an awful thing.
