Anyone looking to get back in shape needs to meet Kenjay the owner. He is super knowledgeable on all things relayed to health and fitness and he is super easy to work with. Not pushy at all, hes very supportive. Hes an all around great guy. He helped me drop a quick 9 pounds.

I Just started doing the classes and as much as I thought I would flake out by now, I actually look forward to the classes . Kenjay and Liz are amazing. They are so positive and they push me to my limits and then some. I also enjoy the post workout shakes. I am not completely on board with them as meal replacements for dinner but breakfast and lunches, I can do that. All in all I look forward to my transformation and my fitness journey.

Convenient location next to the gym I go to! Referred from a friend, I went in one day for a Herbalife shake and ended up signing up for a “FIT boot-camp.” Basically it’s a 60 minute group exercise class which includes post workout shake and tea in the price! The workout was intense.. challenging yet at my own pace, and the Herbalife shake taste so good after! Definitely recommend if your into good customer service and a healthy life style!

Such a fun class!! Makes you really sweat and work out! The music and people are so nice and fun and it’s such a good atmosphere! Would forever come back! And make sure to bring a friend so it’s more fun!

They interact with you they motivate you to lose weight even have a on site fit camp no more spending hundreds of dollars. I came in looking for a quick post workout shake and got more than I expected. First, hospitality and genuine interactions that quickly announced that this place is more than either a smoothie shop or bootcamp. TrueFit Nutrition seems to be a boutique wellness center; while not as polished it stills checks all the boxes. Engaging owners that invite everyone into the conversation of health and nutrition. Dedicated workout sessions with post session support, motivational challenges, accountability, and community. I had the tea/shake combo which stretched the experience out and was surprisingly satisfying. I would definitely consider there fitness sessions to get the full experience. My advice is to give TrueFit Nutrtion a try, a great start to a community wellness experience.

Amazing spot to have shakes, teas and get all the information about nutrition. Liz and Kenjay are very helpful and are very knowledgeable. They have an amazing (shake) menu and a whole bunch of flavors. My favorite spot by far!!!!
