I used to love going to Pure Barre and had every intention of returning when it was safe to do so. New ownership has made that impossible. Trying to take advantage of loyal members during a pandemic = loss of members. I will never return to this studio. Trying to make money by renewing memberships during a shutdown then charging to freeze your account that you didnt renew! Charging fake cancellation fees. Fake charges, harassing text messages and emails. And by the looks of it Im not alone. Did I mention I wont be returning?

Sad to be changing my review to a 1 star. Used to be a fantastic gym with great instructors. Made true friends here over the course of 2+ years when I was a member. After they changed management, everything went downhill. They are trying to unethically continue billing me after my contract ended in August. This is after being exposed to Covid-19 in a class where the instructor was POSITIVE for Covid-19 and they failed to notify us until we found out from an employee outting them on social media. Pure Barre ended up confirming it was true 5 days later ONLY following pressure from concerned patrons who attended her classes. They then proceeded to bill me for a freeze when I couldnt attend because I had to quarantine following that exposure. Now they are threatening collections. Completely unprofessional.

This is absolutely the most amazing work out program I have ever tried! Its fun and challenging. The instructors are knowledgeable and are always available to help correct your form. Of all the forms of exercise Ive ever tried, Pure Barre is my absolute favorite and I absolutely adore the staff at Pembroke Pines and Weston. Definitely recommend for anyone at any level of fitness.

I used to love going to this place, however, since the change of management there has been a lack of communication. They refuse to take responsibility for this. I am one of many that has had to argue with them over this. They do not care if you work in a hospital or are high-risk during these unforeseen times. All they want is your money! I am extremely disappointed.

If you’re looking for a new type of work out, this is worth a stop. I was never into yoga or cycling and definitely not running... but pure barre? Oh my goodness. You get an amazing workout in about an hour while you meet a whole new group of friends. My pure barre family has become a huge part of my life and I would recommend trying it out (first week free!).

Pure Barre is my happy place! It is AMAZING ! It’s always a challenge! By far my favorite work out! Incredible instructors! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this location!

I had a good experience at the studio here untill I requested to cancel and instead was told I would be put on hold for until I ever decide to return and there was zero communication that this supposed hold would be temporary, if I knew that was the case I would have pressed harder. Fast forward a couple months later with apparently new owners / mangers, they charged my Credit Card and refuse to refund! Im told I need to fill out a cancellation form that wont go into place until a month later. So I’m charged the very hefty fee for a month I can’t use due to Covid restrictions, even more so unauthorized.Very very disappointed that this is their way of scamming someone. Beware of these practices to hinder you from cancelling! I normally never leave bad public reviews but after I left 2 voicemails and send an email to them telling them I’m unhappy they never followed up or apologized, so that is just beyond disappointing to me and really ruined my experience with the brand

BEST WORKOUT EVER! I have done all workout and nothing continues to challenge me like Pure Barre does! There is such a wonderful variety of classes as well!! The staff is perfect! They are all so helpful and kind no judgement here! This is my favorite place to be! 😊

We to this location to get information about signing up. I met with Liz. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or she’s just always completely miserable but she was very unprofessional and rude. She talked down to me and this is not a company I would consider doing business with if you have people like Liz working for you.

Ive finally found a exercise I love...Pure Barre!! Pure Barre Pines has changed my outlook on exercise. I get to workout indoors without sun or shoes...and...with awesome people!! The instructors are great!! My favorite is....😩 All of them are great..no seriously they are!! More importantly, my health has improved as well as my weight. My doctors told me to keep up whatever Im doing. See you at the Barre...Pines Barre!!!

Ive never felt so welcomed in and gym or studio! Not only does the staff go above and beyond to inform you, learn about your goals and injuries, and make you feel welcome but everyone in the class had a great positive attitude... Even while we got our butts kicked in Pure Reform 😥

I‘m so happy that I finally found a workout studio that I love! I’m totally obsessed with everything about Pure Barre! The workouts are great, the classes are all different, the theme days are super fun and there is always a new challenge to keep us motivated and on our toes! As a bonus not only do you get a great work out with the best instructors that love what they do, you also get to make friends with the coolest Barre Babes in town! I highly recommend joining the Pure Barre Pines Family! 💞💪🏼❤️

Lovely staff and clean, well-kept establishment! I enjoyed the barre empower class, it was tough and challenging, which is exactly what one looks for in a workout class. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area!

I was looking for ballet classes for adults and find this amazing sistem, is a mix between ballet Barre and regular workout, for the first time in years I feel excited about exercises, the instructors are amazing!!

Awesome barre workout that helps you tone your muscles while providing added flexibility! Adding Empower is a game changer, bringing cardio to your workouts! Now there is Reform, that truly completes the all body sculpting, a PILATES type of class!
