Went in for a simple “bald mid fade with nothing off the top” left with my skin irritated and not satisfied at all. At first I thought, “how hard can getting a bald fade from a random barber be?” Apparently, super hard. I’ve never had a more aggressive barber pass a blade/machine against my skin. Mid way he stated I had sensitive skin, in reality my skin became red and inflamed due to the blade basically ripping through my skin and causing redness to occur. I went out on a whim going here, I can genuinely tell you that I won’t be going back. I was told I was going to get “the best haircut of my life.” That was not the case at all. As far as to who the barber was, I’d say it was the 4 chair Maybe? Avoid. Not to mention he decided to take it upon himself to use scissors on the top after I explicitly said not too. It was too lateBefore I could tell him to stop.

I recently found this business on my Ig and recommended my fiance to get his hair cut along with my son at Indigo cuts, one being that they are right down the block of where we live and secondly because another business Thats well established was referring customers to go there. My fiancé went Saturday morning at 9am when they opened and as he and my son walked in 3 barbers didn’t even look there way, no hello, no “we will be right with you”, nothing. My fiancé had no appt but he did call and asked if walk ins were welcomed and they said yes. As a business owner I would never do this to a client, to not even be acknowledged as they walk in. They felt discriminated against and unfortunately walked out. I do not recommend this place for family haircuts.

Great haircuts but my son got a serious bacterial infection after a haircut at this barber shop - infection was by both temples and back of the neck and did not clear up for at least 3 months. I spoke to owner Diego shortly after it happened and he was apologetic and upset this had happened and offered to cut my son’s hair. I had even sent him pictures of the infection and the medication. I told him I would think about it and not sure we wanted to return there. Few months later I contacted him twice on his personal cell phone when infection was almost cleared up to schedule appointment and he did not respond to schedule appt. Really uncool, upsetting, and disappointing.

Really bad experience, plus the guy en a really bad actitud. Look at my little one hair cut. Would never come back or recommended.

Donnie got my brother in last minute since were not from here and got him sharp! Im very critical and I can say he hooked my brother up with a clean fade and a sharp line up!

I’ve been going there for 4 years now, Andy is amazing, he takes his time to make sure you get exactly what you asked for, he takes good care of his clients and he’s friendly. I recommend him, plus his fades are A1👌🏼.

Not a welcoming place. Walked in with my kid and sat for 1 /12 hours and watch barbers take customers within minutes of walking in. Not once did did a barber ask if I was waiting for a particular barber which I wasn’t. So after the barber closest to the door takes a customer that was there for 5min after I had been waiting for 1 1/2 hours so I asked that’s when he says that customer had an appointment which I know was BS so I walked out. 50$ bucks out the door.

Been coming to this shop for years and Andy has NEVER let me down. Don’t get me wrong, there are other dope barbers there, like Carlos and buddy who owns the shop in the front with the beard, but its something about Andy and the fades and lineups he serves daily. It never fails, but I always get a chick or two who thinks my lineup is drawn on bc of how sharp it is; I simply laugh and end up baggining them as a result.Switching up barbers is always a risk, but I’ve yet to be let down walking out of Indigo Cuts.Much appreciated, Indigo!Mike WoodIG: Miatlantavegas
