Worst place Ive ever lived in. Mold everywhere, repair guys just paint over it. A/C units are too small for units. Windows/Doors arent sealed properly causing your A/C to be running at all times aka wasting electricity. Anacelis has a major attitude problem, and never does anything to help. Sends repair guys as investigators to see if youve added any more pets to the home. No assigned parking, everything is first come, first serve. Deposit was held at the end of the lease due to pet odor, when their was absolutely no pet odor. If they smelled anything, it was their upper lip. Was asking for months in advanced for paint code to buy the correct paint to leave the apartment with patches unpainted, and of course no reply. Ended up going to home depot to match the color as best as possible, and they still charged me for paint not matching. This place is a SCAM.

Don’t rent or buy here. The association doesn’t care about anything except for collecting their association fees. The property is not taken care of at all. Garbage area is always filthy, the gate has never worked since I’ve been there over 10 years ago. The people working in the leasing office are RUDE & do not want to help at all. GRS has changed management so many times it’s not even funny. It feels like every year they get someone new in there. I also feel like they accept a lot of people as new tenants without fully running a background check. A lot of these people that are moving in are just not it…

Do not come here….If you need anything from the association … GOOD LUCK … no one responds to phone calls, e-mails or texts, they are never in the office .You car will be towed and no one to help youYou bike will be stolen … no one to help … no even parking for bicycles and they want you to put it in your apartment on the third floor … with NO ELEVATOR !!!!This place sucks … highly recommend to avoid !

I did not want to live in a place like this. They use guest parking as a way to make money. They actually get a cut from the company that tows your car and they make you register your car on a website that is down a lot. I have had my car towed there twice one was not my fault and they lady at the office just screams at you that you didnt read the email that I dont get because I am not an owner and we dont get those emails. The place overcharges, the mold problem is over a year and still there. There is trapped air in the lines from the bathrooms and it sounds like a scene from Jurassic park when the roar vibrates around the place. The ground keepers arent friendly and walking a block or two to throw the garbage away really sucks.UPDATE 11/24/18The place is a bit better now I guess since they got rid of that she devil that worked in the office. Also the new security woman is actually nice and says hello. Also the biggest thing I have seen it the insane amounts of idiots that live here. If just one jackass leaves a garbage bag outside of the dumpsters every other idiot assumes the compactor is full and this happens. And its not the first time.

Good Luck if you get your car towed here. i LIVE HERE and have been trying to get my decal for a whole year and absolutely no one helps me and i have no idea where to even get my car back because absolutely no one picks up. Car have flats parked in one spot but I get towed? makes sense. Disgusting money hungry

Update: The parking company has been changed and no one from GRS management has responded to my phone calls or emails, to allow me to update my lease to the Oncall system. I even stopped by the front office and the people who work there just sat in their office gossiping and never came out to assist me for at least 10 minutes. This is my second year renting in this community and I do not want to run the risk of my car being towed because of their lack of communication.Great location, quiet and pretty well kept community. Unfortunately, security is too busy manning/watching the dumpster and not securing the community. As a resident you have to purchase a parking decal to park in residential parking. However, once you arrive home after a long day of work with your groceries and family, you will be forced to park far away from your building because several non-residents (those without decals) do not park in visitor parking. On a weekly basis, I see cars parked in front of the building where I live, void of decals, that DO NOT MOVE for several days. It is frustrating because I have a small child and I am forced to carry heavy items a significantly long distance.Management should do more about enforcing the parking structure or not charge to park in residential parking. Future residents be aware that you may have difficulty finding parking close to your building.

The only reason Im giving this place a two is because my apartment itself was beautiful. Thats the end of my positivity for this place. Horrible management, tried to charge me for my last month as a residence although I provided them with first and last months rent and a deposit when I first moved into the apartment. They had the nerve to add a late fee to that. Maintenance comes whenever they feel like it. Expect the front gate to be finished soon? HA, keep dreaming! I lived here for 3 years and I heard their promises regarding that gate, its not going to happen.The ceiling of my balcony started to come in and even though I mentioned this several times to management (I have proof of all of my correspondence), nothing was ever done.Im still waiting on my deposit from these people and I left the apartment spotless and had the carpet professionally cleaned and theyre still dragging their feet. My lawyer will be involved very soon.Update: My rating for this place is now 1 star. I received one response to an email regarding my security deposit check from the Office Manager, Anacelis. My attorney stepped in and responded via email and I sent them the same letter to them via certified mail and they (FINALLY) called me and claimed the check was sent to the wrong address although my forwarding address was written clearly! This was an obvious lie as this conversation was had in late July and the check (when I finally received it) was dated August 1st.They only moved because they knew that I had an attorney and because I provided all evidence showing that I was entitled to my security deposit.If you want your money back from these shady people after moving out, then LAWYER UP! SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS AND DOCUMENTS!BUT WAIT, THERES MORE: MONTHS after I moved out, I was still receiving a bill for the water. I spoke to the water company, who did confirm that I was still being charged due to Devonaire not informing them that I left the premises so that they could cancel my account. After several emails and phone calls, I had to go in person to Devonaire. They claimed that the condo association was supposed to inform the water company but theyll do it. When I asked why didnt anyone respond to my messages, I got a shrug. Such professionalism! 🙄🙄

I WAS PROMISED MY DEPOSIT BACK recently when the manager called to tell us to leave if we were unhappy rather than apologizing for not helping us when our air was broken and roof was falling and leaking!It was part of the contract and rent for your management to send someone to cut the grass monthly. You guys sent someone for the first few months then STOPPED. our grass kept growing so tall that there was an insect infestation at some point.We called over and over and messaged the portal to have someone cut the grass. When they finally sent them to cut it, those people informed us that you owed them $1,000.After that, you never sent them again.Also, the air has broken down so many times! We called and begged for help many times over the portal but no one ever replied on time.They removed the old air system, broke the whole door and never fixed it and They also decided it would be a smart idea to throw the old air system IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR YARD. we carried it to the garbage and for that, we were fined by the county. Completely unfair. Another time we had mold EVERYWHERE IN THE BATHROOMS. you sent maintenance, and they decided to just paint over it.of course that isn’t how you get rid of mold, so it came back.We constantly had leaks EVERYWHERE from the air condition system AND from the roofs completely falling off recently and leaking everywhere, so the wood floors are a mess because the water ruined it. We asked for help constantly and nothing.we had holes all over the house. We were terrified to walk around it! I have pictures, I have videos everything!!No one updated us. No one came and tried to fix the inside. They tried to fix the outside but guess what ? It was still leaking!All of this was a hazard to us. We were terrified to live in that house. Aside of all of the complaints and issues, the one that hit the hardest was the death of my dog because of the air conditioner that kept breaking and your management kept ignoring. This was about 2 month ago. My dog had many breathing issues, laryngeal paralysis and a collapsed trachea. Because of the air breaking and your management ignoring our request for help, my dog went into a heat stroke. She was hospitalized, her illnesses worsened and she died. We have proof of all of this. We have messages requesting help at that time!!! I even put that detail in the review on Devonaire and I mentioned my dog while she was still alive. MY MOTHER even ended up at the hospital. We have proof of everything. Pictures of how the house was given to us at first. Pictures of the constant leaking from the air, leaking from the roofs. The huge HOLES in the roofs. Pictures of all the tall grasses you left us with. Pictures of the constant mold around the house. Screenshots of the portal messages.Everything. When I spoke to the manager who told me to delete the review, she laughed at our situation and she was very rude to us. She promised me our deposit if we decided to leave cause we were unhappy. You see, the house was falling apart because it’s old but we were 100000x more unhappy with your management and how you handled everything so poorly over the years. So for her to tell us to just leave as if it was the simplest thing was so rude. Instead of trying to fix the problem and apologizing. She then asked me to delete the review and that she would then send someone to fix the roof. Which leads us back to now... no one really fixed the roof.it still leaked and don’t even get me started with the fact that you left us with holes all over the house. Who wants to live like that ? And then you have the audacity to raise the rent. Ridiculous. Anyways, our point is, we were respectful and clean tenants, we tried everything to keep that house from not falling apart. But how can we when there was constant leakages and mold etc... we are so upset. We finally decided to leave because we were so unhappy with this management. They now deleted us off the portal so there is 0 way of communicating with these thieves. We will be expecting our deposit ASAP! Or we will see you in court.

Been living here close to 8 years and it has gone downhill from the beginning! The HOA used to take better care of the property, the new one could care less about what it looks like or the residents health! The building themselves have to be cleaned and painted, they are covered in dirt and mold! A neighbor and property owner had her unit inspected and was told to sell and get out FAST! The ceilings under the roof are covered in mold! We have been waiting over 2 years for them to fix the problem in our unit and it still hasnt been taken care of! Regretfully the crime rate in the community has gone up too!

If you like to stay somewhere, where there is mold all over the unit than this is the place for you. Owner can careless about you in your family just as long as he gets his rent money. I have had mold since day one when I moved here and found out that they where cleaning it with bleach and painting over it with kilz2. my ac has not been working since march and today it still doesnt work. so I just up in left. please if you have any kids this is not the place for you there is mold. I had code enforcement come to my unit and they told me I will have to take them to court and that its more than one unit.

Nice quiet place and in very good location. Near all main highways. You have to be patient because if something breaks, you could wait up to a month to see it fixed. Also, they ask you to let them know if you wont renew contract 60 days before the current one expires but they send you the letter only days before it expires. So youll have to be on top of it because they wont. Also, the rent goes up 25dls every time you renew and they charge you immediately 50dls for deposit and last month which you have to pay right away to avoid a 150dls late fee. Over all is ok, but it could be better.

Anacelis, the manager is very friendly and professional, I have to move from the condo because is very expensive. But its amazing and very quiet.

If I could give HC Realty, LLC or Devonaire HC, LLC NEGATIVE stars I would!!! Very unprofessional company to deal with. They are not on top of their duties. The water was cut off on a rental property because they did not do their portion of the application process in time. The washer was not working and they kept on brushing it off as long as they could before repairing it. They avoid your calls and emails. Run as far as you can from this company!

Although the facilities are nice, if you have a maintence issue good luck.

Please do not move in this community if you have to deal with HC Realty, LLC or Devonaire HC, LLC!!! The association here is a scam. Once you move in say bye bye to your security deposit. The park for kids is always dirty and unsafe. Very hard to find a parking space close to your apartment. No one comes to repair your home if anything is damaged. The water heater and washing machine got defective on separate occasions, and they took more that 2 months to replace it and they only did it because I notified them that I was going to contact a lawyer. I even mentioned them that I had a new-born baby at home, and did not care. They just care about the rent money. This is very sad because the location and interior areas of the properties are great; however, their current staff is definitely a reason to stay away from renting here.
