My whole experience was great. I had Larron who helped me (I recommend you ask for him). He was very informative and answered all my questions. After showing me the apartment and giving me a tour. When I was leaving he gave me his number and I still had questions he was still able to answered the very quickly. The building and apartment is beautiful very clean. And the amenities is what sealed the deal for me. Applied the same day!

Absolutely love living here. The community is beautiful. I live in the Town homes and it’s just perfect. Living space, garage, foyer entrance is big enough for an office.

I’ll start with the positives. The apartments and town homes are pretty nice and homey . The appliances for the most part are all modern. The service department is very quick and resolve most if not all your problems with the apartments if something breaks. The pool and gyms are very well kept very modern and fun to enjoy and use. The negatives are the parking situation, outside of the regular 9-5 hours before and after that you’ll have a hard time finding parking as all spots are taken and people park on the ride of the st and curbs . There is a new management company that took over the community and they’ve shown some good changes coming and rules for parking and assigned parking so overall hopefully I’ll be able to change my rating from 3 stars to a much higher rating .

Just recently moved in and loving it so far! Beautiful, clean apartment when we moved in! We made it clear we wanted a garage as well and the leasing agents were so quick in getting that done! They always answer questions promptly and do their best to help which is amazing considering I ask a lot of questions! I love living here so far and I recommend them for sure!

I have lived in the 2 bedroom townhomes at City Center at 7th for the last 1.5 years and love it here. The grounds are kept up very well, beautiful pools, clubhouse, game room and gym.There is a new management company since a couple of months ago and I have had a very positive experience so far. Most of the issues that I had are being addressed and improved and they are very friendly and prompt.Would definitely recommend living here.

Nice community especially with the new management. Landscaping, Maintenance, Staff and the condition of the apts/townhomes are above average. Love the quietness also. As for parking....I have been here long enough to know that the ongoing theme of too many cars, not enough spaces was poorly planned from the development stages. Aside from this, I have no complaints.

Its indeed a beautiful place to be at .... Rooms are exactly what you need for a family, huge Master Bedroom, living room is magnificent u can keep a Superbowl watch party, not to mention the kitchen if u love cooking its like a garden u just get lost cooking away!!! Nice size balcony. We love it....if u need anything to fix u write to them in the community portal without u even going to them n they are pomtual ❗

The apartments are nice and spacious for the price. Tho there is a constant struggle with the parking situation, parking is packed at night that you have to circle the condo sometimes for about an hour in hopes that you find a spot or even space to park in the curb, minding that if you park in the curb you must wake early to move your car or else would be towed at your expense. Not a good experience, given that you pay to register you car and the use of the parking.Also, the community has 2 gyms, but unfortunately they recently started to close one gym and have only one gym open outside of working hours. Which make the remaining gym packed after work hours and so inconvinient.

Lived in these apartments for 3 years. The looks, pools, all of that are gorgeous, but a lot of problems. Parking was the biggest joke I have ever seen. If you work anything outside of an 8-5 GOOD LUCK. Even the curbs would be completely full. My brothers truck along with many other vehicles got broke into and nothing could be done because there were no cameras in this gated community which almost always had a gate open and it was basically a well, sorry your vehicle got broke into. They dont enforce their rules like garbage cans and garbage as the halls would smell awful because others didnt follow the rules. Also, when planning to move be sure to let them know even more advance than they give you. Got billed even though we had not even been properly informed about when we needed to let them know. Glad Im out.

This is a great apartment that I hopefully have a chance to move into soon. Natalie Guevara, the leasing specialist was very lovely and informative, showing me around the complexShe was very straight to the point and answers all my questions and showed me the pros and cons to the complex. The only con I saw in my opinion was the parking situation but other than that there is no other negative thing or factor about this place. I highly recommend that who ever is coming to come look at this place ask for Natalie Guevara to show them around. She was great. She had me sold.

We love our apartment and view, however parking is limited and elevators need upgrades. Pools and gyms are maintained nicely!

A New company took over and so far they are trying their best to keep people happy. I am glad to see that.

The apartments are pretty nice for the most part. However, there is a major problem with parking. You cannot find parking after 8pm. You have to circle around to see if you find something. Also, people drive through the neighborhood at 50 mph. I have seen two accidents happen right in front of my balcony because of this.

I’ve been living here for over 2 years now. There no complaints about the apartment in general. However, I do think that tenants should have been informed about the parking situation. Horrible is an understatement. When I come home at night I have to circle around the entire community for 45 min to an hour, hoping to find a parking spot by some miracle or at least a curb to park my car. It happened to me countless times and it’s not easy for me especially when i was pregnant and had to walk from the far end of the community to my apartment since it was the only parking spot that I found. Now I have 2 kids, under 3 years old, I have to go around the entire community just because it was the ONLY parking spot I found. It’s ridiculous for me to pay for parking and not find any parking. Every time I leave the house, I have to consider the fact that I’m letting go of my parking spot and I know I won’t find any when I come home with the kids. And if I found a small curb to park my car next to, I have to make sure not to forget to move my car in the morning so it doesn’t get towed. They make these parking rules and enforce some while not others. The fact of the matter is, there is simply not enough parking for everyone in the community. So if you’re thinking of moving here, just know that you might end up parking in the Publix plaza and then walking to your home.

This complex hides the ball. Everything looks nice and acceptable and then after you sign your lease you find out the complex has an extreme parking shortage. There is no way the complex doesnt know about it. This should be disclosed to potential tenants before signing a lease. Sometimes you cant find anything remotely close to your apt. However we pay to register our cars for parking spaces as if there are any we can use at night. It is commonplace for there to be parking on the side of the street. If you forget to move your vehicle fast enough in the morning you will be towed at your own complex. This is infuriating. This should be disclosed to potential residents before signing a lease so they are aware of the area they are choosing to live. Parking is usually not a major concern when picking an apt but now I realize it should be.

She broke down all the details including rent payments, water billing, parking, amenities, the application process and more. Very great employee. The complex is great. Very well mainteained, clean and central to everything in the area. Their offices are open on the weekend and the units are clean, spacious and reasonably priced.Id recommend a visit

I have lived here at city center for two years. My experience here thus far has been amazing! Taneisha in the resident office has made living here a true pleasure, she is the absolute BEST!! She is the go to person for all my needs, concerns and simple questions. If you are looking for somewhere to live you won’t regret choosing here.

I had to drive around last night for an hour for a paking spot amd still no response about my rental insurance or any other cocenrs. No response about a maintence ticket I put in as well.

They have handled the year of 2020 beautifully. The maintanence staff is always doing things to improve the facility. The leasing office staff is super welcome and friendly. Extremely prompt at taking care of guest services, and maintenance issues. They send out precisely worded statements for residents about cool food truck opportunities and when they feel bad habits are forming with the general residents they address them. I havent seen any of these odd peeing in hallway behaviors Ive read below so I felt like I needed to navigate my own personal opinion.Last but also important, one of the most luxurious apartments Ive resided in for the price. I am a 2 year resident and plan on a 3rd.

I have lived at City Center for about 6 months. The complex has a glaring issue that it doesnt discuss with potential residents before they sign leases. The fact that this problem is so bad it is something I believe should obviously be addressed. If residents accept this reality is one thing. To be sprung upon them after they sign a lease is another. There is a major parking shortage. Everyone parks on the sides of the street especially at night. This complex expects this type of parking now. They know it is going on. The complex then has towing rules that are arbitrarily applied since there is not enough parking to facilitate its residents. It is extremely aggravating. Furthermore, the complex will not help with any towing complaints since they feel that they email warnings about parking.

During the entire lease signing process up until I moved in the customer service and communication has been impeccable. Jennifer is incredibly helpful and couldnt have been nicer! She responded to every email and provided an outstanding experience. The building both inside and out is clean and well maintained. The staff also works diligently to be helpful and create a sense of community. I feel very safe and extremely happy with making this my home!

I give this community 5 stars. From the google search to moving in. Everything was magnificent. The most important features are the personal. The lighting in the exterior hallways could be improved but overall it is a friendly community with good neighbors. Thank you to Jennifer for listening to my needs and finding my family the right home during Covid-19. I am overly satisfied with her business skill sets and kindness.

We’ve been living here for over 4 years and must say hands down one of the best part of living here is the leasing staff, especially Taneisha B. Taneisha is probably the most amazing, down to earth and caring individual that not only cares for her residents but will truly go above and beyond for them to be comfortable and happy. Apart from the office not answering the phone my experience with Natalie has been excellent. She responds to her emails in a timely manner and answers any questions I had.

I have been living here for the past three years. Maintenance is always on time with all request. I have never had to wait for them to come fix anything. The office people are always ready and willing to help. Maddie the office manager is the best. She responds to any billing issues you have in a timely manner and makes sure all your questions are answered. The place is well kept and taken care of by the groundskeepers. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Predatory towing!! Do not rent from this complex, your vehicle, as well as any of your guests, will be towed! There are not enough parking spaces. Between the 3 of us, our vehicles have been towed 9 times in the last year. Good luck getting anyone in the office to answer the phone or respond to emails. The “valet trash service “ is disgusting, never picked up at a scheduled time and the hallways permeate the garbage smell. This also another scheme to fine you. Horrible management

I had the privilege of getting back into my favorite apartment complex last month. I lived at City Center on 7th for over 3 years and last year I decided to try someplace else for a change. Well that didnt go very well because all I did was constantly compared it with City Center. So I decided that I would go back to City Center as everyone there made everything so simple. I started the application process and from my first call I spoke with Jennifer Gisell, Leasing Manager and she took total control from the application to the move in. I am so pleased to be living someplace that truly feels like home and the office staff feel like family. Jennifer you are indeed a rockstar and I will recommend this place to all my family and friends. If you are looking for a homely, clean and safe environment, City Center on 7th is that home.

Thank you Jennifer for helping us move into our new home! Covid interrupted our move and Jen was more than supportive and accommodating during the entire process. Our little corner is super quiet. The valet trash pick up is definitely a bonus.

The elevator has been broken for days huge inconvenience for top floor residents especially during the holiday they’ve made no effort to contact me back or fix it how can someone have company or how can i possibly walk up that many stairs it’s like they don’t even care they never answer the phone even in an emergency like this i could be stuck in my apartment if i was injured or handicap . i don’t recommend they don’t check out that things are working properly. UPDATE 7/20/21 HAVING THE SAME ISSUE ELEVATOR HAS NOT BEEN SERVICED 4days straight AND IM HAVING FOOT SURGERY THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING COMFORT AND SAFETY OF THEIR RESIDENTS. NOT DARE RENEWING MY LEASE

The Complete Team over at City Center are amazing. They have been listening to the residents input in making major improvements to the property. I was very pleased to see the hallways painted in my building. It definitely needed it! Now my building looks new. The Elevators are always trouble to keep clean. Since this is a pet friendly neighborhood, mistakes happen. But the cleaning team at the property is always prompt to address any mishaps. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to live in the area. Keep up the great work!

I had a great experience working with Jennifer with the move in process and adding my dog to my lease after moving in. Despite not being able to tour in person due to COVID, she was very helpful with telling me all about the community and the different floor plans. She was friendly and prompt when responding to my emails, which I really appreciated!

Ive resided at City Center for a year now and just recently renewed my lease. The complex is kept very clean, that amenities are available and all my service requests have been handled quickly. During the last year I went through some financial challenges that caused me to be late on my rent. I worked with Madelyn Rosete the office and she was so helpful in helping me sort things out. She was up front with me and treated me humane through the entire process, even offering suggestions on ways to earn extra money on the side. She really made going through a difficult time a less stressful event. I am grateful for her support and the humanity she exhibited. Ive rented at other properties before and most people couldnt care less about any personal issues you go through. My experience at City Center reassured me that some people actually care about you as a human and its not always just business. Great location, great environment, great amenities and awesome people in the office.

DO NOT move here i thought i was moving to a gated community anyone pulls in here via the broken exit gate and they don’t want to acknowledge it needing to fix it. it’s dangerous if you’re exiting and people are just entering thru it . it can cause an accident all because they are too cheap to fix it . Lazy staff never answers phones. i am ready to move already after just one month. they just want all your money not to even satisfy residents.

This community isn’t what it poses to be the problem is the staff in the office and their communication . Don’t move here . read the bad reviews every one is absolutely true. even Places that cost less give you better service and value you as a resident .

My boyfriend, dog, and I have lived here for about 8 months now, and overall love it! We live in a townhouse that is very spacious & really feels like home. The maintenance men are so quick to respond, and are efficient at completing their tasks. Jay in particular was so accommodating! He showed up early to fix a problem with my tub, But I had asked him to come back in an hour as I was not ready and wanted to actually clean my bathroom first lol. He was of course back in an hour and fixed the problem very quickly. He was very friendly, as are all the other maintenance men. The people who live in this community are so friendly as well! Most have dogs & are very respectful with their animals. The only issue I have is parking, as Im always dodging illegally parked cars trying to get through the community. Overall, this is a great place to live.

Ive been living here for a month now. I love the neighborhood!The process to move in was fast, however, they did not give me all details and information on how to do certain things. Candice has been helping me with all the details, she is super nice and she is always there. I do have to say that a better walk through the process would be better, the first day I was point to things rather than shown, customer service should be present before, during, and after a sale. Regarding the property itself, its really well kept. I see a lot of complaints here but we have to understand that sometimes people inside a community can make the place horrible. Thats why there are rules! If there is trash around, you should understand that it is your responsibility to follow the rules on how waste is manage and do your part to keep it clean! I will suggest as well they give each apartment one designated parking spot, and then if you have more cars is first arrive, first serve. Because currently there is a parking problem and Ive noticed some cars are sitting in the property for days without been moved! Meaning people have two or more cars taking a space someone else really needs. The biggest problem here that I can tell is parking but its something that can be improve and I hope they do!

The leasing manager Jennifer made my family and I moving experience very easy and relaxing. She helped us out with every question we had and I would recommend this property my family and friends.

We had an appointment October 11 as you can see on the photo I have attached and when we got there leasing office was closed. I tried to call 3 numbers that I had but no one answered me. We have been waiting almost 30 minutes and while we were waiting there were 4 families asking where is the leasing agent.

My husband and I visited yesterday to look at some units and get information on the condominium. Candice Lloyd was phenomenal, she gave us outstanding service. She walked us to through the community and gave us all of the information we needed to know. She was very pleasant, funny and knowledgeable of the application process and amenities the community offered. I highly recommend to schedule an appointment with her if possible!

I absolutely love this property! I have been living here for a little over a year now and I can not complain. The property has many amenities available to us. They even host small events every once in a while to show us appreciation. Office staff are very patient and extremely sweet. I am so far very pleased with my home and will definitely re lease next year.

No one ever answers the phone and they take every excuse under the sun to not work. This was the case during hurricanes and pandemics and every holiday you can imagine. The site to pay rent is always down and no one ever available to fix it. Been trying to pay rent for two days and or find someone for help!.

We moved around two weeks ago and have a list of at least 10 things to be fix inside the apartment. Not much, but important for us to feel at home. We sent the request through the resident’s portal and even they took a little time to make the arrangements, once the maintenance people arrived at the unit, they fixed all in one day and better than we expected. Thank you Jennifer Gesell for all your help and kindness.

Awesome community to live in! The new management staff are very helpful with any of your needs. Always quick to address any situation or concern that arises. They also hired a new cleaning company to clean the hallways and the elevators. My wife and I have seen a major difference now walking down the hallways and riding on the elevator. The apartment layout is very spacious if you like to entertain. No words can explain how fascinated my wife and I are living here. You feel like your in a resort with all the accommodations they offer. Great pool and gym! Highly recommend this community to anyone.

I was on a deadline to Find a place, I drove by and within four hours of applying I was accepted and ready to move-in. I cannot emphasize how easy Jennifer made the application process. Her customer service is above and beyond... moved in 7 days later no issues, everything as promised and told is what I have received. I look forward to settling in and using all the great amenities offered. Definitely recommend

The worst place to live. I can’t wait till my lease is over. Have a big problem with parking. I come home after 7pm I can’t find a parking space. Why can’t we tow cars that doesn’t live here it will probably give spaces to people that live here. I know you put signs on cars that is park on the curb after 10am which is a ok idea but some of the people live here and they can’t find a parking space. Focus on the cars that don’t live in the apartment building. I know it won’t change. Also lastly, I call the front desk for residents and no one ever answers. They make me have to go up their instead of just calling.

Loved living here! My wife and I lived here for two years and just moved because we bought a house. The place is very well maintained, safe, and clean! Taneisha from the resident services office is extremely polite and helpful anytime I needed something she made it happen right away. If your looking for a new apartment this is a great place to call home!

In a townhouse one week and Im loving it

My friend and I just waited to tour for about 10-15 minutes. The guy working was with another potential resident and asked us to wait. No problem. When he was finished with her he stated that he wanted to ask another family what they needed and then he would be right with us. He then stated that he would attend to them first because they were “there first”, though when we walked in, the office was empty. The gag is the family he was attending to just finished touring another apartment AFTER US. So they could’ve have been there before us. Hopefully this wasn’t because they were all Spanish speaking, but that wasn’t a good look.

I have been living here for about 8 months now! Move in was super easy and sufficient. Same day approval. My favorite person in the office is Matty! Everything I need she always accommodates me! She’s makes things seem-less and easy for me. I really want to thank her. The entire staff honestly has been truly helpful through out my stay here.

It seems that apartments make money from residents car towing costs!!your friends car can be towed in half an hour, so never think about bringing car in

This place is horrible they never answer phones and their online portal is not accurate but they want to charge you more than what’s even posted on there . Also they don’t want to fix the gate after years . lazy they never work office staff always having a picnic not working!!

I enjoy my place, fairly quiet most days which is helpful when you’re working at home. The 5 star is for Taneisha Bernal as she has been a stellar residence manager since I moved in initially and all service requests have been fulfilled to my satisfaction so far. Now if the management can do something about cleaning the windows, the apartment complex would also deserve the 5 star.

I just moved into my apartment about a month ago. I absolutely love everything about it. Moving in is always hard for me but this time everything went according to plan, thanks to Maddie. Maddie was especially helpful. She has fantastic customer service skills and always has a smile on her face. So glad that I moved here.

It was an easy transition from New York and Taneisha made everything happen in a quick and timely fashion. She is efficient and always finds a solution to the smallest issue. The Complex is quite modern with lots of amenities available.

I have a parking issue but apart from that the Management is great especially the Resident Services Manager Taneisha. She handles all my concerns like a true professional. Maintenance is great and very on time with work orders. Great community to live.

I looked at many apartment homes in the Miami Lakes and Pembroke Pines area before deciding to pick this one. What really sold me was the attention of the staff, particularly the leasing manager Jennifer Gesell, who was more than happy to answer all my questions and keep me updated on any changes. Aside from the beautiful apartments and the very convenient 24 hour fitness center, what stands out the most is their helpful, readily available staff.

I have lived here with my mom for over a year. I love it here. Everyone one is nice. I had an issue and went to resident services where I informed Ms. Taneisha of the situation. She listened to what I had to say and resolved the issue. She was very nice and pleasant to talk to.I have to say this though in response to residents complaining about the hallways. It is our responsibility to keep the hallways-clean. Put trash in its place and please clean up after your dogs.

When my roommate and I first saw the apartment complex we were in awe. We thought this was the perfect place to be because of the look along with the price. Here is where we messed up. The property manager Thelma seemed uninterested in my roommate and I business. We felt very neglected. She seemed very helpful to the white residents but not as helpful nor interested in the black residents. This was a red flag for us but we were so in love with the apartment we did not care. Fast forward. Now we hate the complex. One it is very dirty. meaning people leave trash all over the place expect the garbage where it belongs. I am currently terrified to walk to the garbage disposal alone because I saw a giant rat over there. It says we pay 15$ for trash and 3$ for pest control which seems to be a waste because the trash is disgusting and always over flowing the garbage can. While the pest seem to be running around enjoying life. I do not feel as if I should be paying 1600+ a month to live on a campus with rats. Also when confronted the property manager about the rat issue she said Oh its because people do not out their trash in the garbage, they just leave it sitting around the garbage. then she proceeded to say before walking off ill tell the trash people to put more pest control over there Lets be mindful she didnt care to ask what garbage can. she was very nonchalant about it. Therefore, i took matters into my own hands and contacted the regional manager. there is never parking anywhere. The back gate is broken. Anyone can pull into the complex if need be. No one cleans up the trash in the stairwell. So if someone decide to leave food on the steps it would sit there until a resident decide to pick it up. This place is horrible. I would not move here if I were you. I cannot wait until my lease is up. They over charge people and provide minimal services.

I love my community. Everything is so well kept. Maintenance is awesome. Very quick with work orders. Taneisha by Resident Services Office is so nice to us. She plans the events for us and make us feel so special. You rock T!!!!

Chris and Jenn have been really helpful and welcoming! Chris went above and beyond helping us find our new home. We’ve been living here for a month now and is really nice and very well kept. Really love this place!

Ive been living in the community for 3 years now and have definitely seen it grow to the better. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful, in particular Taneisha which weve known almost since we moved. She goes above and beyond in making the resident feel at home; from the event planning to any question you may have.

I love my apartment but parking is a little difficult... overall this place is great, staff are very welcoming. Chris thank you for being so patience and kind during the process and whenever I needed any help.

We love it here! Going on our 4th year and dont plan to move anytime soon. The staff is great and always helpful.

I have lived in the area for the last 2 years but rented privately. I didnt imagine my landlord would up and decide to sell his property so it forced me to re-enter the world of apartment renting. I ran across city center on 7th during one of my numerous days of apartment hunting. Jennifer G (leasing manager ) has been extremely helpful since day 1. I am very detailed and ask a lot of questions as I needed to ensure things flowed right up to move in. No matter how many emails I sent, Jennifer responded to each and every one and if not immediately, within 24 hours. She allowed for my move in experience to be smooth and effortless. While I have noted plenty of complaints re parking, I have been fortunate so far to not have endured the pain of hunting for a space. All in all, so far I am extremely pleased with my decision and thank Jennifer again for her awesome service.

I have been living here for over a year now, and I must say that my experience has been stellar thus far. So much so that I resigned my lease for another year. Taneisha has been amazing and is a big reason why I decided to move in. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. If there was are issues regardless of how small she makes sure it gets taken care of.

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am residing at City Center On 7th. Especially the leasing manager Jennifer Gessell. She is very professional, friendly and greets everyone with a smile. I just recently renewed my townhome lease and I have to say the reason is the great attention I receive from Jennifer. She’s handled my requests very professionally. Every time I go to the office, she is always available with her superb personality. It’s a great experience residing where everything you need gets taken care of immediately. Thank you Jennifer.

I have been here in this apartment complex for the past 6 years; even before the second phase was build. The reason I am giving a 5 star review is for one person, her name is Taneisha Bernal and she is my go to person for any issue I have when it comes to my apartment. She is very diligent, fast and efficient and always, always has a great attitude when I come to her office to address my issues. This apartment complex is very beautiful and it has pros and cons like every other place but they should train their entire staff to be like Mrs. Bernal since she definitely is the definition of customer service. The other staff doesn’t even deserve 1 star that’s why I don’t even waste my time because they make you take 100 laps before something gets resolved this has been my experience living in this place.

Dont live here, rent its high and their management sucks, i had 4 deliveries from amazon stolen from the front of my door, manager didn’t care about the issue, parking its a nightmare and you will find garage on the floor everywhere . Ive hear from the houseman someone got stab by their neighbors in this complex and they just told the community it was a misunderstanding. Please take your family or self somewhere better and safe. And if you respond just give me a call you guys at the office have my # thank you

I had a phenomenal experience living here. The apartment complex is very nice and comfortable. They maintain the complex clean and havent had an issues since I have been here. I never saw a single insect in my apartment (which is rare) and it was awesome (I hate bugs). The staff is also very friendly and helpful, in particular Taneisha Bernal is wonderful and will do anything she can to accommodate your needs to make you as comfortable as possible. Im glad I chose this place to live in, I would recommend it to anyone.

I have lived here for 3 years and it’s a great community! Candice helped me select the perfect space and was available through every step initially. The grounds and staff have improved dramatically from the previous ownership/team and it has been a great place to live! Maintenance is quick to respond to any concerns you have. Once you are a resident you have 5star customer service and personal attention from Taneisha and the resident team. She is always there to assist me with anything I need. I am familiar with many of the local rental communities in the broward area and the staff cleanliness and pricing in the area is the best of the best!

I just moved to the City Center on 7th and at this time I had the best experience and support ever, the staff at City Center is fantastic! The maintenance is quick and efficient . The groundskeeper keeps the property looking nice all the time. The complex is super safe, they care about the residents safety! Overall great apartment complex! I totally recommend.

We have been living in this community for almost 4 years, and me and my family love staying in this community 1st of all1. Management - they are the best - we have Madelyn Rosete, Assistant Manager has always been very great and professional the way she deals with us tenants. She is easy to get along with and will accommodate the needs of the tenants. Every time you have a concerns re: the community she makes sure it will be taken care of and she prioritize the needs of the tenants like us.2.The community is very clean, well kept, surroundings are clean and safety are well enforced by management.3.Staff in the 2 offices are very friendly and attentive to all costumers and they even have coffee and chocolate bar located in the office itself that entertains all new and current residents.I highly recommend this community to everyone, lastly this place is close to everything, shops, hospitals, grocery store and etc.....I will give 10 stars to City Center on 7th..........

I’m a resident now for over 3 years. I love this place so much. Taneisha at resident services make it so fun. She hosts the wine parties and events for us. It’s truly a pleasure staying here.

I’ve lived here for three years now and just renewed for another year! The place is surprisingly very quiet, safe and friendly. Management, Taneisha and Alex, are super helpful and maintenance staff is on point. Great place for a family looking to save up!

This community is one of the top in Pembroke Pines. Maintenance staff is responsive and thorough. They actually answer when you call. For me Resident services in the highlight because of Ms. Bernal. She really cares about the renters and goes the extra mile to help with your inquiry. I had issues with filthy and loud neighbors and by the time I was fed up enough to complain they told me they were already working on it and the neighbors were gone within a month. What a relief.
