Lived with Camden for 7yrs In Pembroke Pines a Great location you are in the heart of things around. The facility has updated. The staff and maintenance crew are really great. Jabbar is one of the BEST when you need anything very professional and caring. I recommend this place of living.
Kim has made our living experience amazing! She is always available to help us out or answer any of our questions. She is great to work with and really cares about the residents, she is definitely an asset to the Camden team!

Writing this after waking up @ 4am to sounds of rodents scraping at the walls. Found a mess left behind by the rodents in the bathroom including poop. Management is helpful overall but regarding this MAJOR rodent issue they aren’t responsive enough. This has been ongoing for 2-3 months.

We toured the community and enjoyed the fact that it has a lot of green areas, the lake is also very relaxing. Wanted to thank Kimberly for being kind to us and for helping answer all our questions and concerns.
Rodent activity has increased since original rodent evidence. Another rat has gotten caught and we will call maintenance for removal. This increased activity is a big concern. We know that they are moving around on countertops as evidenced by poop that they left behind. Things we cant see are also very concerning such as their urine and diseases that rodents are known to carry. Is it normal practice to have residents live in units while you try to resolve an infestation issue this bad? This isnt the best forum for this question but we as tenants have been waiting to hear back from management on this issue for a long time now.

Camden Pembroke Pines is a great place to come home. I have lived here for over 6 years. One of the best things about living at Camden is the community’s staff. Especially, Henry Clements; Henry is helpful and goes above and beyond for the residents of Camden. I highly recommend and I would love to see Henry as our new property manager.

I have a 2/1, very good space for me and my young son. Pool is a pretty good size, fairly modern appliances and overall good looking apt (except for the popcorn ceiling).Parking situation is HORRIBLE!!!If you come home after 730pm you will be circling the parking lot like its NYC, not cool. Yes, they offer Garages and Covered parking for an extra fee of course. If I wanted to pay for parking, with the extra $100 they charge I wouldve rented a Townhouse with a damn garage attached. Not a happy camper in regards to the parking. Get rid of the Covered parking area, its not fair and its not safe.My 2 cents.
Managers Don’t find a solution for a problem instead, argues with the residents very unprofessional def wont be renewing my lease, this place was good as first but now they make us pay for a gate that doesnt work, you got the managers arguing with you instead of finding solutions(princess), trust me you don’t want to move in.

It was a surprisingly pleasant visit. The young lady that took care of me was great! It was crazy busy and she still took the time to answer all my questions and remained patient. She was very attentive and nice, i think her name is Kim.
My boyfriend and I toured the apartments through a live video tour and it was pretty great. The apartments are spacious and he had the pleasure of dealing with both leasing agents and they were both extremely helpful and eager to assist us. With the pandemic situation it has been hard to decide on an apartment, we have toured several communities and they were the only ones that were responsive and assuring that they will be with us through the whole process. Some places only want the rent and forget about you, but they seem to truly care for the people. A person overheard the video tour when we asked to look at the outside of the apartment and yelled from a distance that I should choose there. We are looking to move in December and will definitely choose this amazing community.

My wife and our small dog live at Camden Portofino and we could not be happier. Nearly two years ago we toured with Henry. He is always friendly, professional, knowledgeable and kind. The entire office is great. When I walk into the club house I am greeted by name and with smiles. The grand kids love the amenities especially the pool and play area. Maintenance is fast to complete any issues that may arise and keep the property looking great. We love it here!
I have worked across the country and have lived in many luxury apartment complexes over the years. Three of the places I have called home have been Camden properties. Camden Portofino is in a safe and affluent area that offers great shopping and conveniences that I have become accustomed to. The grounds, amenities and buildings are very well maintained by the hardworking maintenance staff. I really love that the gym is open 24hrs and that there is a hot tub. The office team works diligently to make continuous improvements and to make resident experiences positive. Henry has always taken the time to go above and beyond to make sure matters are resolved efficiently and with great care. It is also great to see that his team follows his example and strives for the same excellence. All in all the service is great and I enjoy the monthly food trucks and resident events. I am happy to call Camden Portofino my home.

We have lived here for over a year and absolutely love our lake view apartment. We couldn’t be happier and plan to renew. Ive lived at 4 different Camdens over 5 years Touchstone, Plantation, Portofino & Peachtree City - Touchstone & Portofino are the best experiences by far. Camden Portofino, I miss you tremendously! I had to relocate to GA for my job, Im just 2 months in their Peachtree location and I seriously regret leaving Portofino. Henry, Jabbar, Kim, Taty the maintenance staff are both professional and personable. Was it perfect all the time? No, but they are pretty close to it considering this new location. Kim was the most recent addition to the staff before I left and she is GOLD! Camden should recognize not just her but all their employees at this location. Sometimes its more the residents (not all) that tend to make them & this location look bad. Good apples at Portofino.
This property has improved dramatically, from the front office all the way to the maintenance department. The administration is very responsive and involved in the day to day needs of the community. The leasing staff goes above and beyond just leasing, they also address any and all questions as well as concerns we may have. The maintenance department is very good at fixing things not just putting a band aid on problems. The new maintenance manager as well as the workers are really doing their best to address all issues in a timely and professional manner. Overall the community is a great place and the quality of residents has improved as well from what it used to be with the last administration. I would highly recommend the community to anyone.Fast Forward to 12/19/19- I would like to add that we bought a place and moved from Camden. The final process was very easy and delightful, I would like to acknowledge Henry Clements for going out of his way to make the process easy and painless. He really made a point of being very helpful and dilignent with the whole process.I would also like to acknowledge Anthony Martinez (Maintenance Supervisor) for always making sure that the residents were taken care of and given the best possible service and experience.Overall our experience with Camden was a great one and we are very grateful for that.
Absolutely love Camden apartments!! I’ve been staying in the Pines Camden for about 3 years now and it’s perfect! The staff are awesome and super helpful, Jabbar & Jen is a great leasing consultant and makes things so easy and helps you thoroughly if you need!! I live in a 2 room 1 bath apartment and it’s the perfect size and kitchen is great. I couldn’t be any happier with where I am.

Having recently moved back down to South Florida, I was pleasantly surprised with Camden Portofino. Very spacious apartments, 24 hr gym, clean pool, hot tub, and versatile entertainment spaces. The location is fantastic, close to Publix and shopping. I leased with the Assistant Property Manager, Henry, he was very pleasant, informative and helpful in answering our numerous questions. I am happy with my decision and love my apartment. Camden Portofino is a great fit, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Pembroke Pines.

I’ve been living here going on 5 years and I have to honestly say I love the place, not just the place but their staff. However, I have noticed that they have changed about 4 property managers over a period of time since I’m there. The assistant manager Henry has been here for some years and has done a phenomenal job. Instead of the cooperation looking else where to fill the position of property manage I think it’s in their best interest to promote from within and have Henry fill the role of property manager. In my opinion he is more than qualified for the position. He is a hard worker, he is very professional and most importantly he knows his residence and gets things done. As a person who works in a very large organization changes are sometimes good, but high turn over are not.
I have got to say... ive been with Camden for two years.. Camden plantation to Camden Portofino... i had a couple hick-ups BUT Henry from Camden Portofino had been seriously amazing and always tries to accommodate me as much as hes able to. I owe a HUGE thank you to Henry!
Jabaar at the front office did not skip a beat when it came to efficient and excellent customer service. As soon as I walked into what is now my beautiful 3rd floor apartment with lake view I called Jabaar and he was just as excited as I was to move in lol. This process has been a long daunting task due to the Virus, but I want to send a warm thank you to Jabaar And the rest of the Camden Portofino team for their outstanding professionalism and kindness during these times. The Apartment is beautiful the complex is so peaceful. Look no further because this is the place you want to live!
Beautiful homes, the condominium and the staff is amazing
The apartments are nice and specious, but the gate was always broken. I moved out after the first lease was up because they raised the rent $200 a month. After I gave notice tomove, they listed the apartment for $150 less than the offer that gave me. When i asked if could get it for that price, they said i would have to move out, then move back in to get that rate. When I tried to take it up with the regional manager, she said her rent went up $200 too and that’s “just how the market is”. I’m glad she had a job that gave her a $200 a month raise to cover that, but my family was not as lucky so we left.
Can I just start by saying how happy I am that I made this move here to Camden Portofino?!! This is truly the most beautiful apartment I have lived in since I moved here 8 years ago! The open floor plan allows all this amazing natural light to permeate throughout the space and the vaulted ceilings make the sq. ft. seem double the actual size! I can easily recommend this community to any/all of my friends with confidence. The staff has been incredible from the first inquiry to the actual move in itself, they have provided the knowledge and support I needed to finalize the process with ease. Please go and check out Camden Portofino, the new renovations make the interiors seem like the building is brand new and the gated access gives the right feeling of security knowing that not anyone can just come on through the gates at their leisure. Thank you to Jabbar, Henry, Donnie, Kevin, Emanuel, and Joan for making my experience top notch and for preparing my humble and happy home!
The staff is very helpful and professional, one think what I love to live here, it is a quiet neighborhood, you have easy access to important highways like 75, turnpike or 595, have supermarket, malls and other big stores close. Its a nice place to live
Camden Portofino drew me in from the moment I stepped foot on the property. Jabbar and Henry made me feel like I was a resident before seeing an apartment. The convenience of the location is second-to-none, and running errands never takes me farther than 3 interesections from the community. Camden Portofino was the right choice for all of the right reasons.

DO NOT TRUST ANYONE IN THE LEASING OFFICE! This place is like a section8 low income apartment complex. The gates are never closed. There is never any parking available for residents. The tow company will illegally tow your car! ALSO LEASING AGENT JENIFER DASE IS IN AN INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP THE MANAGER DONALD JONES AND SHE LIVES ON THE PROPERTY THIS PLACE IS A MESS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING !
Original Post (9/1/2017): Recently moved in during July of 2017. Apartment that I originally signed for was no longer available despite me having paid and signed for it. Was moved to a different apartment, in which the place was not ready for a tenant but I was unaware of that when I moved in. Repairs were performed in my place for the entire month of July. Disgruntled regarding this experience I have attempted to contact the office via email and cell phone as well as have been in conversations with corporate. However once you sign the least, the leasing office makes you no longer a priority as their main focus is moving new people into the apartments. Several things on the premises are constantly broken (pool, gates, etc.) as well as constant visits from the police to the property (fights, thefts, car damages, etc.). If I was aware of all of these things I wouldnt have moved into this complex, I am warning you all, and suggest you explore other options before signing on the dotted line.Update (10/1/2017): Despite the response from the property manager below, I have made several attempts to contact the office. Since September 1st, 2017, I have emailed the office four times and called several more, but have been unable to discuss all this issues with the property. I would like to emphasize what I said previously, once you sign on the dotted line and move in, you will no longer become a priority to the office, unless youre renewing your lease. I truly regret moving into this complex, it has been my worst living experience by far! I truly urge you to continue to search for new complexes.Update (11/1/2017) In the month of October I decided to let the previous issues with the apartment and space go after being unable to actually ever have contact with a staff member. However in late October the A.C. Unit in my space broke. I submitted a request for it to be fixed. It took around a week for them to take action on that ticket. Unfortunately, they simply came and looked at the unit and never repaired it. Going on two weeks with no A.C., currently have a second ticket in, but in the meantime I will need to function without A.C. If you believe that management will compensate me for the inconvenience, you are truly mistaken. The most I will receive is a formal apology... I would truly review your other options and think about everything I have said before you sign a new lease for this complex.
Im very happy to say that after my experience living in Camden Portofino, I feel so sad to leave there! The whole staff was fantastic. Always they work intermediately on my problems in there. Id like to thanks to Jab, Jenn and especially Henry who was the person that receiving me in the very first time. Definitely was a beautiful time for me and my family in Camden Portofino. Also for me is the best place to live in Pembroke Pines, nice restaurants, shopping malls, also the Pembroke Mall. All the supermarket that youll need is around there. Recommended!!!
Camden Portofino is a friendly and pleasant place to live. A mostly safe and welcoming atmosphere, the property staff work hard to keep the property clean and functional. Ive been living here for over a year now and every time there is a problem with appliances they respond lightning fast. The maintenance staff is both friendly and professional with the best interest of the tenant. There are of course some areas for improvement but overall I would say that Camden is a family friendly atmosphere.
The leasing staff Jennifer and Jabar were very helpful and made my move into the apartment so stress free. They went above and beyond and I am very grateful. I also had an issue with some small maintenance issues but they were resolved the same day. Maintenance guys were very professional and helpful.
By far, this has been our best moving experience ever! We have lived in several rental communities in Broward County and Camden Portofino by far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we met Jennifer in the leasing office, I knew that this was going to be the place for us. She went ABOVE and beyond and beyond and beyond anything we expected!! She spent so much time with us on three different occasions showing us various floorplans and different units until we were happy with the one we chose! She has an amazing attention to detail! We have been with Camden for 10+ years . Over the years, and changes of people in management, I can honestly say that Manager Donnies team, Henry, Jen, and Jabbar are exactly how a community should be . Every Issue that is brought to their attention get handled Immediately & followed through. Had a sink replaced with 24hrs and a had a follow up that all things were good.
Moved in the beginning of March and I really enjoy living here. I would give this place a 5 star if there werent so many kids and if the pool didnt smell like sweat. I know the amount of kids cant be controlled and some people might like that. However they run around late at night making lots of noise. They are constantly riding bikes and skateboards on the tennis courts or playing football or baseball on them. It has made that amenity unavailable to me and thats my favorite sport so thats the only reason for my 4 star rating. Other than that its a great place.
I have been living here only for two months. Since day one it has been a Great Experience. I visited 17 different apartment complex, and so far this was the best option in space and price combined. I can not forget about how wonderful Nancy made my application and moving process. Thank you so much Camden, very happy to be here.
Unfortunately I have to give this property a one-star. This is not because of the property itself but because of how they handled my familys application process. After taking our money, it was extremely difficult to follow up to get any answers on the application and so we had no choice but to go elsewhere. The biggest disappointment is that it has now been two weeks and the fees have not been returned. Even after 4 email correspondence and 3 phone conversations. It has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating process. The apartment that we eventually move to was very accommodating, and the communication was constant through email and through telephone conversations. We still have not received a refund!
I have just begun my search for an apartment in the pembroke pines area and this place had me hooked immediately. The minute I walked in I was greeted by Jen who was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the property. Seeing the actual apartment sealed the deal for me, apartment was spacious and the property was beautiful!! I went back the next day to ask a few more questions and view the apartment again to make sure I was 100% this was the place for me. Jen was not available but Jabbar helped me and he also went above and beyond to help me until Jen arrived. I am so excited to move in here!
I moved to Camden Portofino earlier this year with my sons. We love the size of our lofted three-bedroom apartment and the convenience it provides. The kids love to walk to Panera, Five Guys, Chipotle and Jamba Juice for a quick bite. There are so many great quick service food choices in the Home Depot plaza, and Target, the Pembroke Lakes Mall and AMC movie theater are just a block away. The office staff is very welcoming and responsive. I would like to give a shout out to Henry the Assistant Property Manager, he is always kind and understanding. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and find a solution. Our experience has been great. Highly recommended!
My experience has been great I have been living in my same apartment for the past 4-5 years and the service and maintenance has been AWESOME. Whenever I need something fixed I am just an email away. Its great to see when I get home all my troubles have been resolved in a timely manner. Camden Portofino you are truly the best.
We are a family of 3 and having been living in Camden Portofino since October 2016. We couldn’t be happier with our apartment and the community we live in! Since day one, we have felt welcomed by the tremendous office staff and the wonderful neighbors. The premises are beautiful and very well maintained with lovely open green grassy spaces, it is ALWAYS kept clean and well maintained by the awesome maintenance staff! Kevin, the groundskeeper is super meticulous and makes sure he is checking actively for anything that needs to be done. He power-washes the sidewalks and front entry ways to the buildings and keeps the community looking its best!We would like to personally shout out to Donnie, Henry, Jennifer, & Jabbar in the office and say how much we appreciate and are aware of all the hard work and dedication that you have invested to make this community such a great place to call home! We truly love the community forum MyCamden and the effective and quick communication that that it allows for because we always feel like we are in the loop with any events or announcements that are made.Jennifer always has a big smile and her wonderful happy energy is extremely contagious. I just moved in a few days ago. The experience I had was incredible. Jennifer Dase was a joy to work with. I looked at many apartments. All the new apartments in the area. All the agents were not so friendly. It was almost as if you should feel like you should feel privileged to live in that community because they have a 100 amenities that you are gonna pay for but probably never use!However, when I walked into Camden, Jennifer greeted me and I felt a different vibe. I felt... welcomed! From the time I walked in she was just so excited to see me like we were old friends, super friendly! She was detailed and Helped me choose the best size apartment that fit my needs. I enjoyed my experience.On top of that the apartments are upgraded and actually a great size! The color schemes are beautiful and you can’t go wrong with any view you get. The screened in large patio was the icing on the cake.Move in was perfect. Jennifer was off on the day I moved in but actually called to make sure I had everything I needed and followed up the very next day. Jabbar White responded so fast to requests. The maintenance guy (forgive me for not remembering his name because he is so nice and responsive and you can tell he works hard for the residents) made sure everything was perfect so everything was working and in order for the move. When I walked in the apartment was clean, it smelled great, there was a welcome gift and a note signed by All leasing staff AND a couple bottles of cold water in the fridge sitting on top of cocktail napkins. Let me tell you on a hard and frustrating moving day... the special touches and cold water turned my day around. They even had take out/ delivery menus and information in the package they gave me which is needed when all of your pots and dishes are in boxes.I know this review is long but they deserve the recognition. I really appreciate everything they did for me. I have lived here for over 2 years. It is quiet and beautiful, aside from lack of parking and the ducks I am happy. I would have to say I am not happy that the rental office is no longer accepting packages for residents, but that is my only complaint with management.Thelma
I have lived at this community for a almost a year. I’m a truck driver and I’m always for 3 months at a time. I finally get a vacation to come home. And they tow the car my daughter has brought for me a month ago from the visitors parking with no warning sign. That is unlawful and legal action will be seeked.
I has been living in here for 2 years. The new manager is nice and good. She help my family and the maintenance is always nice and help a lot to. I like the local to mall, and for my work.

I am set to move in to this beautiful community. I sense that I am going to have a great experience. I have to thank Nancy Orengo, one of the leasing consultants in the office that did such a great job in helping me land an apartment at an affordable rate. She is so efficient and kept up with me, via phone calls and emails, about my status in finding an apartment. I am very grateful.In addition the other leasing consultants Claudia and Justin C., were so sweet and friendly. Collectively the best staff Ive work with so far in the Miramar/Pines area. The Leasing office and community has a beautiful set up and very clean. I love the Go Green lifestyle that Camden Portofino has provided to the residents.
As a Camden employee, I decided to live at Camden Portofino not only because it is conveniently located, but also because schools are great. My living experience has been 100% positive: Office and maintenance staff are friendly, professional and diligent.

Im so disappointed in the maintenance of my apartment. Its been one thing after another, to the point that I give up. This community is one of the oldest in this area off of Pines Blvd. Youd think their policies and maintenance schedules would be tighter — unfortunately, its the opposite. First, I shouldve caught the red flag at move-in inspections a year ago when they gave me a hard time just to replace the corroded stove top burners and frames.A second huge, ongoing issue is the worn out carpets in both bedrooms. They need to be replaced; I dont care about the anticipated lifespan of the carpets they are rough, faded, worn-out, and hosting a build up of allergens. I take it upon myself to steam vacuum them once a month to sanitize as best I can. My sister-in-law lives in a community just down the street that offered to replace the carpets in her unit upon move-in when they saw she had a toddler and scheduled a professional cleaning upon renewing her lease without a problem. The bar here is low.I try to meet admin at a middle ground, but they dont show any flexibility or compassion. I requested they at least change the carpet in my kids room to protect them from allergens, one of them is asthmatic. Instead, they tell me that I will have to pay for the carpets to be changed out-of-pocket and for BOTH rooms because it must be uniform for the next tenant, so unfair.They should have replaced the carpet in the master bedroom anyway when a floor leak occurred, and the carpet became soaked from underneath. I let that one go.Maintenance is always half done if the right guy doesnt show up. There was a shower leak from the apartment upstairs. They fixed the leak but never repaired the ceiling. For every load of laundry, I have to run my dryer for two cycles because its old and they dont care to replace it. Theyve replaced the exhaust hose twice; apparently, thats not the issue. The security gate is a joke, and everyone knows it and has just gotten used to it not operating.Camden Portofino is my 6th rental community and absolutely the worse. I dont recommend anyone moving here.
I have just moved in a few weeks ago and my children and I have had an amazing experience here so farandole we wouldn’t live where we are now without Jennifer Dase. The first day we met her we already knew we would be in great hands. Jennifer is the first agent I’ve ever met that actually made me feel welcomed to Camden Portofino.
Im a resident at Camden Portofino since 2011, and I just renewed my lease for other 13 months! The staff members are amazing! Jabbar, Jennifer, Henry and Donald are always polite and very helpful! They had always addressed and tasked every necessity or concern that I may have.From keeping the community informed, entertained and advised; there are always accessible. The Maintenance Personnel are always helpful and respectful. Emanuel, Anthony, Kevin & Juan are always hands on around the community. I had seen first hand the commitment that the Camden Family has with their residents. I am very glad that I made a decision in 2011 to move to Pembroke Pines and that I choose Camden as my home.Sincerely,Suelay Soler
The apartment itself is decent but the front gates are broken consistently and parking can get really bad. The small amount of grass is literally covered in dog feces as they do not fine people who dont take care of their pets. Camden will nickle and dime you if you are not careful. There was an issue with my electricity account and Camden was charging me hundreds of dollars in fees without letting me know there was a problem. Spoke with the manager and he blamed me for not reading the lease agreement closely enough (they dont need to inform you of anything before charging you - sketchy). A lot better places to live in the area especially for the money.
Cons: rodent issues outside the apartment, parking situation sucks, too many cars per apartment, there is no handle on guests parking wherever they want- also- gate is always broken, so safety is non existent.Pros: Apartment is quiet, and maintenance is done within 1 day, friendly staff
Wow. I dont even know where to start. So first things first.... I have been scoping out this community for so long in the hopes that one day I can live there. Ive always heard about The Camden Portofinos unique layouts from other friends that have lived there and have always been intrigued of how it stands out from the rest of the apartment complexes in Pembroke Pines. So when the time came for my mom & I to find a new place, I just HAD to witness this community for myself because this was definitely on the list of options for us to take a look at. We did the usual viewings at other complexes. They all were great but we didnt find anything that we felt could give us bang for our buck. If you live in Pines you KNOW that there are so many different apartment/townhome communities and theyre all pretty expensive so you have to take alot of factors into consideration. Square footage, Amenities, the area, whats included in the rent, etc. Out of AAAAAALLLL the places we saw, this was it. Not just for the actual apartment & what it brings but for the people and how they welcome you with open arms. THE MINUTE WE GOT THERE (which was pretty late because they were near closing time) JENNIFER DASE was a Leasing angel sent from heaven. I cant even begin to tell you how perfect her customer service & professionalism is. She had NO problem showing us the unit we were interested in even close to closing time. The minute my mom & I met her we hit it off perfectly. Shes very personable. Her sense of humor, and outgoing personality just made the experience even better. And the unit that she showed us oooooh my gosh! (The ever so perfect 3/2 loft) was amazing. The layout is brilliant for those of you that like privacy. What makes it so unique is the 2nd floor that separates the Master bedroom from the rest of the house. Not to mention the vaulted ceilings, and perfect lighting that shines in the window overlooking the lake. Even though we went with a 2/2 due to some changes we made it is still a great unit. Super spacious and it even has a storage closet for all your extras! They offer a great Technology package that comes included in your rent as well as valet trash pick up (the boujee experience you deserve lol). The amenities are great. The area is fantastic. Youre literally in the heart of Pembroke Pines right next to the mall and so many other things. All in all though... What really made this experience one we could never forget is Jennifer Dase. She was beyond incredible. Quick on her feet, pays great attention to detail, and knows how to relate to people. She treats you like royalty regardless if you live there, interested in living there, or you just came by to see with no pressure. She handles her job with ease. I know that if we ever need anything while living there, shell be there with open arms just like the rest of the staff who also have been nothing but incredible, amazing, and God sent. I cant wait to move in! Thanks again Camden for making this experience easy & unforgettable!

I have lived at Camden Portofino Apartments now for 3 years. I find the staff both maintenances and leasing agents responsive to any service request, problems get corrected or appliances get replaced if needed. Kevin does a thorough job in keeping the grounds clean.When your children know and trust the leasing agents and the maintenance crew, you know they are doing something right. Jennifer is a gem, she is thorough, helpful, gets the job done quickly, Jabbar is an outstanding leasing agent and Henry is excellent in clearing the path for a smooth move in or transfer. Its time for me to renew, I visited other Camdens, but I cannot leave such a helpful crew. Additionally, my new apartment will be updated with hardwood floors, new bathroom fixtures, and the kitchen will have stainless appliances. Not to mention the wonderful natural light flooding my adorable modern apartment. Happy Renter
I fell in love with this place the moment I was given a tour! Now that I have lived here for over 6 months I can truly say this place is amazing! You wont find a better staff anywhere either!
My famliy and I move to weeks ago and it is by far WORST decision ever. I was sleeping when suddenly everything shook to the beat of next doors thumping bass reverberating through all our apartment wall. I woke up and went to my brothers room hoping they would tell me it was just a car outside or my own pounding head exploding, but their grim nod confirmed the worst, bombed by bass!, the neighbours music turned our apartment into a hellhole, zero respect at all for others. If this continues well have to break the contract. Not only is the noise from upstairs neighbors but also loud music from other apartments.
Nancy, Amanda and Claudia are always friendly and extremely responsive to whatever you ask. Maintenance crew has always been quick and efficient when you have a work order. Only thing I dont like about Camden is you are required to by cable from Comcast and you cant bring your own satellite dish for international content. Otherwise, great place with lots of kids. Staff just did a customer appreciation day which was well attended. Even there is free pizza you surely dont feel like they are making a show of it. You actually feel appreciated. Keep up the good work.
I was so impressed went coming to see the apartments i was exited to move finally found a place that look to be honest to their residents and look to be good i have been here for a couple of months had so issue with door closet and minor stuff but overall i was happy first month the water bill for 10 days was 54.99 i was like wow maybe we used a lot of water let it slide now this month we get a bill for 144 dollars just in water i was surprised since i been in this area for over 4 years never paid that much in water mind you my ligth bill is 80 dollars but water is almost double ? I email the staff trying to get some amswer all i got was run around and now threats went moving in i was told water was a normal bill 50 60 dollars a month around that area now is 144 .00 i now been threat if i dont paid i will get charge late fees and also was treated very rude henry clement i still dont get a bill where is says the rate am being charge and the amount of water used mind you the water is not regulated by the city but by the complex leading me to belive am being robbed at this point am very sad and unhappy am ok with paying my bill i paid my rent on time but i cant fell robbed and not do anything about it really expected a different attitude and attention to my issue very sad to see this how i get treated as a resident and more sad to have to contact my lawyer to figth for something that it seems crazy to me jane is great the place is nice even thougth parking is horrible and the apartment has a couple of details like water coming in and flooding my valcony but again is all great really the bad issue is that in water you will spend another 150 bucks a month be aware of that went renting because i will really throw off your budget sadly i have a 15 month contrac i now regret but if this dosent change i will be moving out as soon as possible and mr henry clements i been in customer service my whole life and i never treated or been treated so poorly two days to amswer and email and also to amswer with attitude and threats how sad of you and how sad for your buisness
I have been at Camden for nearly 5 years. I have not had any major issues except for an air condition issue with my rug turing black from the air ducts. They (old managment) and I went back and forth for a few months and then new management came in and the issue was fix and they placed down new carpet. I can honestly say I would recommend this community to others and I have. I love that there are many children for my kids to play with outside and I feel safe when they are out. The only thing I dont like is there are to many ducks and they like to go into your garbage.
Very expensive, no parking due to guests or people that dont live there park where ever they please and management doesnt care, gates are broken at least 3 times a month. Its sad how this place has gotten the last year.
Terrible, the kids there cant control themselves, the parking is terrible and my neighbors are always blasting music
I love this place, from the beginning Jennifer has been number one for me and my family, she is always on top of things and will go out her way to assist as possible, if she is unable to do anything as long as I know she tried.
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER REGARDING PARKING!!For the price youre renting here your parking needs to be redone for both Residents and VISITORS!
