Ive only been here for a few days but I love it!! The staff is wonderful 😊 Crystal and Oscar were both helpful.. I would like to thank you both for everything that youve done. Oscarwent beyond I truly appreciate everything that you did for me!!!😊 The apartment itself is beautiful great amenities well kept great community. Awesome staff 😎I wouldrecommend this place to anyone

You should live here if you want your car booted in your own driveway and nonstop noise from the neighbors. I would never recommend this neighborhood. Look elsewhere. Theres better options.Avoid this neighborhood and poor management team - communication is awful, service is worse.

This community was on my top 3, and i was really looking forward for the tour i had scheduled at 3:00. I get there and go up to the gate and call the leasing office. And they don’t reply for the first 3 times i called. And when they did answer it wasn’t even the people that actually worked at that pines office it was people from other cities and states that were answering so they were no help at all. In conclusion i ended up waiting at a parking lot for 40 minutes and couldn’t even contact and complain to the right people. Horrible communication and management

If you looking for a new home try Bell Pembroke Pines, this is such a beautiful community. When you move here this will be like your own resort of living. The staff and people who resides within the community are very pleasant, you wont regret the decision on living here.

Horrible!!! Super disappointed!!! I scheduled a tour visit for a day and cancelled all my patients so I could do it at the time they had it available for.I drove over 30 miles just to get there and the person told me that he didn’t have any apartments to show me and that he “thought” that was an error of the system.I received 2 emails to confirm my appointment and 6 text messages also...Long story short: according to the employee “the system they have doesn’t work”, disorganized, irresponsible and disrespectful with a “future resident”!!!!

Highly recommended This place to live is perfect, the apartments are very well cared for, it is a super clean complex, very quiet, the swimming pool is very good, the gym, everyone lived there for a year and a half and no complaints. Very friendly people in the office for the paperwork, they help you in everything, congratulations continue like this ...

A tropical oasis! The office staff is amazing! Shout out to Oscar who always goes above and beyond! The maintenance staff is outstanding! If you love to walk your dog or simply walk or jog, the grounds are spectacular! The apartments are spacious and luxurious. As an extra bonus, the complex is close to shops, restaurants, amazing schools, and a beautiful library. I would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking to rent in beautiful Pembroke Pines!

Best place to live in south Florida, Pembroke Pines are. Beautiful apartments and great schools zone. People here are nice and management truly cares for residents. Oscar, Luis and Crystal are a great team along with the maintenance crew. Keep the great work guys is truly a pleasure living here. 3 years and going for 3 more it only gets better. Love this place love my home

Sheridan Village is the best! Im the owner of Saga Painting and Design and a current resident here. We work in all the neighborhoods west of 75 and all around from Miami to fort lauderdale.. This is by far the best place to live! The staff is amazing and very attentive. The maintenance crew do a very good job at keeping this place looking Beautiful everyday! Sheridan Village is the place to be!

Great neighborhood, everything is near malls, highways and schools. Family and pet friendly. Awesome amenities. Tons of parking space. Great views depending where you live. Very quiet and pesceful

Wonderful place. I moved here in 2014 and overall have loved the staff, community and neighbors. Perfection is unrealistic, but the friendliness and grace the staff has extended to address everything from maintenance to community issues, is the best Ive ever seen.

I lived here for one year: from June 2014 - June 2015 and had an OK experience. First off, you do not get cell phone reception in these apartments. At least on the first floor you dont. Perhaps things have changed now but while living there I had to leave my cell phone next to the window while I was home and step outside to talk on the phone. Very annoying. I wish I knew about this issue before I signed the lease! Second, the front gate is useless. Guests tailgate residents inside even to the point of breaking the gate arm down. Third, the mail system here is HORRIBLE. Ive had multiple packages and important mail stolen or thrown out because the mailperson doesnt care to place the correct mail into the correct mail box. You shouldve seen the mail area during tax season, highly sensitive IRS mail was just scattered everywhere/left on top of the trash can. Absolutely horrible. Also, my a/c unit broke twice in the first few months of living there.Two pros of this complex: the pool and the office staff are very nice. But overall, too expensive for a mediocre renting experience.

Johanna Rodriguez was great and she is the one who gave us the quote and too us for a tour. I made up my mind to lease and came back on a Sunday with all required payments. Johanna was not available on Sunday and some other leasing consultant was there to help us. But her reception towards us was cold (probably we were not her quoted client) and seems not interested in us leasing there. Also we found someone in office yelling at a renter for something. These instances made to rethink and decided not to lease there.For everything else about the place and community. I can give a 5 star.

Ive lived in many apartments, but this was my first home. Johana, Farah and the entire staff probably the coolest and hardest working people Ive ever met at a apartment complex. They always were available to help aND make living here super stress free and enjoyable!

Excellent place to live. The best place ever!

I took a client to this place and they told me that they do cooperate with realtors paying $500 commission. It is been almost a month since my client move in and I am been calling week after week trying to confirm that the paperwork needed to get paid was received and, they never pass me to the person in charge, she is always in a meeting and never return phone calls and never answer emails to confirm that the paperwork to process the payment was received. I think they do this to get people drained and tired and give up so they do not have to pay commission, they are so nice to steal your client but not fair to pay you for your time and effort. I think that all the realtors that have been going thru the same frustration should get together and put a big complaint to be respected, we do live on commission and it is not fair to waste our time and money taking a client to a place that will not pay us for our services.

Terrible experience. Probably going to pursue legal action. Came in apr 28th gave 1k down because I was told I would be moving in that day. Long story short over 2 months later I have still not received my refund and I was never approved. Save yourself the headache. Terrible management.

No accommodation what so ever the people at the office are so rude they wouldnt allow my guests to enjoy themselves so much for 3000 a month Im leave once my lease is up please heed my advice thank you
