I usually do not like filling out these unless the are positive. My children and I have been coming here for years. Crystal and Ashley have always been so kind to us. The tech ladies have been different but always nice. I was transferred to Dr Alkhiro these last 3 years. I was never happy with her bedside matter -very dry personality, but I continued to see her (my mistake), This time I could help myself and told her . She was explaining my options with attitude like I was bothering her and encouraged me to go to a different surgeon. (never explained that there was a very long wait) but just brushed me off. I work for cardiology doctors and I guess I am used to they way they treat patients with severe or mild problems. I have excellent insurance here in Baylor so finding another dentist will not be a problem - I was really just used to the great service with the ladies in the office. A doctor can be really good and smart but the way you treat patients is very important.

I feel as though it was a regular dentists office. Nothing to brag home about but at the same time a huge relief that I didn’t have a negative experience like I was anticipating. The staff exhibit quality patient service with professionalism and are willing to walk you through anything. I also felt as though they get straight to business which is what I personally do as well, so it was a good match. Their location was a part of a pharmacy compounding building so it took me a couple minutes to find them, but they’re right next to the main entrance so it isn’t a maze you have to worry about when it’s your first time. Overall a good experience

Loving Sage dental this far! Always a good experience clean environment and friendly staff that always know what they’re doing! Also my daughters teeth are looking so good so fast she got her braces October 2020 and they’re almost completely straight! We went to several orthodontist before choosing sage and they all said that she’d have to go with a specialist and we’re charging an arm and a leg. We are so lucky to find them.

I arrived 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time. I signed in and waited….and waited….and waited.1 hour later…..I was finally seen. The wait time was unacceptable. I don’t mind a long wait time, but an explanation and update while I was waiting would have helped.Service by the dentist and the dental assistant was acceptable. Both of them were friendly and inviting.The dental staff member who polished my teeth accidentally sprayed water on my pants and all over the floor. It was clearly an accident but I wonder if this was due to proper training or to faulty equipment.To conclude, I will not be returning to Sage Dental - Pearland for future dental services.

I had a great experience today. Overall appointment booking was simple and paperwork is filled out electronically. Dr. Alkhiro is my new dentist and she was friendly and kind. The staff were also very welcoming and attentive, ensuring if I had any issues with my teeth that I could communicate this to them. My visit was to establish care, X-rays and teeth cleaning. The DR identified a cavity and she was able to do the filling right after which saved me a trip back. Would I come back? Absolutely, and I would refer to my friends and family.

I love Sage Dental & all of the staff. I have never waited over 5 min to get seen. They always work with my schedule, and the staff is amazing - from the front desk to the Dentist! Dentist visits can tend to be a little on edge, but they have always made me feel super comfortable and ease any worries I may have. I recommend their services!

The front staff was very efficient, and I filled out paperwork while my insurance was being confirmed. The X-ray technicians were great! They explained the X-rays as they did them; the dentist cleaned my teeth and she explained about various teeth as she cleaned them. I am well pleased with Sage Dental.

Horrible timing skills ! I was called 15min before my appointment to be told my children Cant be seen. It is also very hard to book an appointment... Front receptionist needs better training to process insurance in a timely manner. I will definitely not be going back, I dont recommend to be seen here. NOT THE FIRST TIME ! VERY FRUSTRATING AND A WASTE OF MY TIME .

Great care and assistance provided by the dental staff at Sage Dental! This was my first visit to this dental office. I appreciated the dental exam and work provided by Dr. Pham, the cleaning provided by Belle and the support from the front desk staff. Thanks to all who made my first experience at this office such a good one!

Dr was very professional and courteous. Explained each step of the procedure and asked for understanding. I chosed in part based on dentists that had a reasonable price for what I wanted done, sadly all doctors that showed a better price and working at Sage in the dental plan website were not actually at the place when I got there, since I needed immediate attention I ended up paying more than 50% of what I saw in the plan website.

Faculty was clean and allowed for social distancing. Mask were worn by all staff and clients. Attending staff were professional and curious. Cleaning was conducted in a quick almost pain free

My 2 year old daughter actually loves going to this dental office .. I never wait long, my appointment was at 12 pm today and I was out by 12:40 !! Great professional staff

Called today at 4:47pm asking to speak to Emily who is very nice and accommodating. Krystal- The office manager is extremely rude. She placed me on hold just to pick up a second later telling me that Emily is not available. Persisted that I speak to her after explaining I wanted to speak to Emily. She said I have been discontinued as a patient. I have paid this company a lot of money since 2018 time and time again and my most recent treatment was last September 2020 I paid $269.80 (August 2020) after they told me that would be my financial responsibility. Krystal waited until I tried to set another appointment to inform me around January/February of this year that my insurance rejected payout for my remaining balance of service. She has discontinued me recently as a patient and sent me to collections because of retaliatory reasons. I told her that I have proof that my balance was $0 out after I paid for fillings the end of last year. Do not come to this location the office manager is rude and speak negatively about patients in front of other patients. I have witnessed her do it. I don’t understand how she is still there and yes I hung up in her face arguing with patients is such a tacky look and I hope her calls are being recorded because her supervisors need to address this situation.UPDATE: I received a call today from Ms. Garner. I honestly hope there will be a resolution in the matter. Of course I’m not coming back to this location due to me being a paying customer that has been treated worse than a criminal in my eyes by Krystal. I have all of the screenshots of every payment I’ve ever made at this location so for her to “Discontinue me as a patient” due to my insurance denying the claim to pay them is absolutely ridiculous. I believe you have to show compassion for people and treat people with respect. She truly lacks both qualities and I honestly want to speak with the highest superior possible.

We love this place. My girls didn’t have the best dentist before we switched. They were starting to be nervous about the dentist. Everyone here explains what they are doing and why. Then when my children have extra questions, they are patient with them and answer all of them. Then when it was time to get braces for my oldest, again they were patient and answered all her questions.

Dr. Shayan and her staff are the best. They are super friendly and very professional. They explain everything thoroughly and let you know what was going to happen. When I got my gums numb, Dr. Shayan did her best to make the needle as painless as possible and the result was that I barely felt any pain. I would definitely recommend anyone to come get their teeth checked up here.

They always remember your name!The doctors are all very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. As a patient and consumer, I always have many questions about the procedure or process and the doctors are always open with what they are doing and explain very well.Although just as any business, there are a couple of assistants that might not be the best or isnt doing their best to help you be comfortable. Please dont hesitate to share your concerns and let them know what is on your mind. Sage Dental really wants you to have the best experience possible!

I enjoyed my experience for the first time at the dentist. They made everything easy and as painless as possible. They were very caring and so knowledgeable. Its a great office with great staff.

Weve been taking my daughter there for a little over a year to get her teeth fixed they came up with a entire game plan and schedule on fixing her teeth, shes had teeth pulled and multiple caps put in and everything has been great we couldnt have been happier with the service we were getting but today we got a new dentist and all of a sudden they dont feel comfortable working on her anymore and referred us to a dentist all the way on telephone

I had an 11 AM appt, was checked in fairly quickly and rads were taken by the friendly assistant around 11. All great at first. I waited an hour and then decided to leave. I never had my teeth cleaned, my rads were not interpreted, and I was not examined by the dentist. Nobody bothered to give me an update on the status. Im extremely disappointed with my first visit. Definitely will not be coming back. As someone who works in healthcare as well, I understand when appointments can run over and hospitals are busy, but its important to provide updates and discuss rescheduling if someone has to wait an hour to be seen.

The dentist Dr. Shayan Alkhiro and dental assistant Shauna were absolutely amazing. They took very good care of my son in a very good amount of time with his tooth pain. Would definitely recommend and be back. Permanent dentist indeed!

First time to this dental office. The dentist and het staff were pleasant.

Sage Pearland would not do a regular cleaning which is covered by my insurance . They did it the previous years.disappointed .They would only do a deep cleaning, not covered by insurance for over $500.00.I left the office with no cleaning. MADI will have to find a dental service that will do treatment covered by insurance.Staff was polite. However I can NOT recommend them

Had an appointment that was scheduled 6 months ago for today. Took 1 hour and 10 minutes to see the dentist. The front staff is awful, walked up to the window said, “hello, I’m here for an appointment scheduled at this time.” Before I could even finish my statement the front desk cuts me off and says, “fill this out”. No good morning or hello.About 25 minutes into waiting, I get up and ask the front desk about my appointment and I’m told I’m next. 55 mins later I finally get in to see the dentist. At least give me the decency to let me know they are running over or something.Dentist was great! The dentist is always polite and respectful. After this experience I am changing to another dentist’s office.

The Orthodontist and staff was so hopeful and caring!! They corrected my retainer after 2 yrs ago of service. The doctor kept asking if I was on...making sure I was in any pain. His assistant was kind and caring also!

Just started bringing my daughters here to Dr shayan Al-khiro and she is such a great doctor. She talked my 5 yearold throgh the whole process while getting her crown and cavity filled in. We got seen in a timely manner. We were only going in for a check up but my daughter was complaining about a tooth and the dr fit us in right then and there to take care of my daughters toothache.

I decided to try Sage Dental in Pearland after seeing the great reviews. I was impressed with every staff member I came in contact with. I love Dr. Alkhiro. She is professional, gentle and detail oriented. I haven’t changed dentist in more than 20 years. I am glad I found someone I’m comfortable with that is in Pearland. If I could give theM 10 stars, I would.

I was concerned about going to the dentist during the pandemic, but Sage certainly made me feel safe. Social distancing was in place. I had the same conscientious and positive experience I have come to expect.

While I highly recommend Dr Alkhiro my main complaint is the front desk staff. They almost NEVER answer there phones! I’ve had multiple instances where I’ve tried to call ahead of my appointment time to reschedule and nobody ever answers the phone. Today for example: I had an appointment at noon. I called 11:30am to reschedule & no answer. I called multiple times throughout the day and no answer. I called again at 2pm which is obviously well past my appointment time and STILL no answer. Which is why I’m rating 4 stars. Besides this though Dr Alkhiro is great! Very good bedside manner

I did not receive the cleaning ordered. The dr told Me my bottom teeth Need a partial deep cleaning for an addition $135. I didn’t elect to have the partial deep cleaning as it sounded like the old bait and switch tactic. But The nurses were exceptionally pleasant.

Sage Dental is a fabulous dental experience. The staff is friendly, professional and enthusiastic. Office is a relaxing environment and treatment areas are clean and sterile. Appointments are timely and you get in very quickly. Highly recommend this office.

I enjoy going to SageDental. I’ve had numerous work on my teeth but this particular day I had an appointment for a filling with Dr Al-Khiro. I was dreading the shot😬she applied the topical and I anxiously awaited the dreaded painful shot but It NEVER happened!! I didn’t feel anything!! I’ve never NOT felt the shot before a procedure. I praised Dr Al-Khiro, she is an awesome dentist and explains so that you understand and is willing to answer any concerns you may have. I highly recommend Dr Al-Khiro.

I highly recommend going to Sage Dental in Pearland. I initially came in because I had pain on my lower right side and Dr. Alkhiro was able to see me for a full exam and able to diagnose my problem and tell me about my overall oral health. During my visit I was able to meet Dr. Pham who is another doctor that also sees patients at this location. They are both super nice and know what they are talking about! I trust them with my dental care any time! The dental assistant, Raylynn, took very good care of me when I was getting my xrays taken, which was super smooth. I’ll be honest, I absolutely hate taking X-rays because they are usually uncomfortable. After my xrays, I went to my exam room and Shelby, a dental assistant, got everything ready for the doctor to see me for my checkup. During my entire visit, Maggie, another dental assistant, would constantly check on me to make sure I was comfortable as I waited on my treatment plan.
