I have been a patient for the past 4 years. Very friendly staff. Lots of Appointment availability even on Sundays. Very affordable services. My 9 year old daughter gets treatment at this location too. Speedy service and you don’t have to wait for them to see you. I am extremely satisfied. I have had teeth pulled, general cleanings and fillings. Considering cosmetic procedure next. Definitely check them out

This dental office is the BEST!! I have been here a few times with my special needs son and myself getting top notch service starting with the front desk to the examination room!! My favorite thing about this office is how professional and patient they are with their clients. Especially, with my autistic 9 y/o son. They were so patient with him and took good care of him. We will definitely be back for all our dental needs!!

Had my first visit yesterday for me and my son and it was such a great experience. No long waiting-very well run office. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything explained in detail and billing discussed in private. Both my son and I got our exams, cleaning and work done in the same day. Ive been looking for a new dentist office and this is it! So glad I found them!

CERCA DENTAL. for real the doctor and staff all are excellent. Friendly and very patient. I didnt feel no single pain during cleaning and extraction. This is my first time seeing a painless dental visitation. I will recommend them 100%.

I have finally found a dental family that I LOVE!! The entire staff is amazing! It is easy to tell when a staff gets along and when they dont. This staff works together seamlessly. Theyre so in sync with one another and make an awesome team! The level of efficiency and communication they exhibited was beyond any expectation I had.Dr. Pham was so kind and explained everything that he recommended. The administrative staff was very clear about what my insurance will cover and what my portion will be, and even gave me a couple of options so I could choose what was best for me. I never felt like anyone was recommending work that wasnt necessary, nor did I feel pushed to do anything I wasnt comfortable with or couldnt afford. I actually look forward to my semi-annual dental visits now! I also feel confident that if I ever have a dental emergency the Cerca team will be there for me.

Our family has been with CERCA dental for years! Amazing staff that are welcoming and treat you with the utmost respect. They do well with the youngest in our family who is 6 and they always do a fabulous jobs on all the adults, including myself, as well. I’d been suffering from severe tooth pain for three days. I was able to get an appointment on a Sunday and Van the office manager was able to work with my budget to do a wisdom tooth extraction. I will definitely come back! Awesome service!

I am not a fan of going to the dentists office, but Cerca Dental changed that for me. The staff is great and very knowledgeable! The dentist has a very light touch and cares about your patient experience. The office is exceptionally clean. They have extended hours and weekend appointments.

I was referred to Cerca Dental due to an infected tooth and new to Houston. I explained that I have really bad anxiety due a previous dental experience several years ago. Everyone was so understanding and provided too notch care. Special thanks to Dr. Tran for making sure I was comfortable the entire time and knowing how to deal with my panic attacks. I have now found my new dentist!!!!!

My son has autism and this is the first place I have ever been able to take him and they were wonderful and handled him very well. One of my daughters is deadly afraid of the dentist she thinks its child abuse and so is getting shots lol. She did not scream one bit. They have made my family feel so welcomed and warm. I have never been to a dentist like them before. I hope they dont change a thing I love them my whole family does and you will have the best care and experience here.

Loved it here they where super nice the whole time even as i was getting my tooth pulled the Dr talked to me the whole time which for me helps. I was a walk-in but I’ll be going back for sure for regular visits and with my kids as well. Oh and i promise i was in and out of there within an hour. They offered to help with the paper work if needed called in my anabiotic’s so when i got out they would be ready.

I came in for a root canal operation and was worked on by Dr. Pham and Dr. Richards, they did such a wonderful job. They were able to work on me despite such short notice due to the pain in my front tooth. I couldn’t be happier with my new crown! The office staff were so helpful and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Overall, I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Extremely friendly. Had emergency where I needed 2 teeth extracted on a Saturday and they were able to get me in right away. I am also a nursing mom so I had my 6 week old with me and when she started crying the ladies in the front walked around with her to keep her calm while I finished up. Will definitely recommend and will also returning for future services.

Receptionist was very kind. Wisdom teeth extractions are scheduled very far apart due to specialist coming in once a couple months but she tried.

I have dentist-phobia because the profession is about preventative maintenance. Being a senior citizen with limited resources and insurance made it difficult to always visit a dentist on schedule. So, I had to have major work done. When I was able to make a legitimate effort to correct my problem the doctor. administration and staff made the process, not only successful but within my financial means. That is the nuts and bolts and this is the sizzle...the folks at Cerca Pearland are the best... most...and almost make going to the dentist fun...still dont like needles. Thanks, Cerca.

They did an awesome job with my 10 year old, she had a very bad experience before and would get anxiety attacks at the mere mention of the dentist, until we found Finestone Dental! They made sure she was comfortable and explained everything they were doing. Highly recommend them to anyone

Update on this review I was contacted by Dr Pham and he was very helpful in getting me the help I needed and was denied. It was a misunderstanding and I was helped the next day. Dr pham and his crew were superb. I have no complaints about the way he handled everything and worked on my teeth. Would definatly go back to see him. He is the best. ...... .................The dental assistant and the one doing my extraction were not very professional. They burnt my throat with their spray and then decided they couldnt pull the tooth and they never even tried to pill it. Would not recommend this dentist to anyone. They didnt seem to care that they hurt my throat.

I have my wisdom teeth picked out here. They did it very quickly. But you need to request at least one staff to be with you when you are done with the surgery.
