The female surgeon at Pearland has not lived up to doing her job. It took 4 attempts to correct my Oral Surgery plan. On the surgery date it took my oral surgeon asking me what I needed to have removed as I understood it. This may have been a formality. However based upon my dealings with her I feel it wasnt.

My husband had the worst experience weve ever had at a dentist here at Lovett Pearland. He went in to get fillings and they told him he needed eight. We got them done and he had pain in the spot of the fillings for weeks. I called to advocate for him and I was told it was normal pain however, two weeks of pain is anything but normal. We then switched dentist and after spending quite a bit of money, they were able to correct the issue and he can now eat without pain. He was in pain a total of about 3-4 months. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here. We only chose this dentist because it was in network and what a mistake.

The customer service here is unacceptably horrible. The staff here seem to not care for the patients. My appointment for an extraction was canceled TWICE and the staff manager made it seem like I was the blame for it. I still till this day have not received an apology from the clinic . I do not recommend that anyone goes to this facility if you are looking for a caring dental group. They turn patients away who are in desperate need. Didnt even want to give this place one star but Google requires some type of rating .

Love the place, it is amazing and has amazing customer service and amazing doctor, they finally have new staff so it is wayy better then the last staff

Will never go here again! Always at least an hour wait! Last time we waited over 2 hours and finally left when they couldn’t tell me how much longer it would be, and my son had had nothing to eat or drink because of sedation so he was thirsty and starving. I saw every single person that was in the waiting room when I got there go in and come out while we were still waiting. I’m going to try the Webster location and see if they’re any better, we have limited choices on pediatric dentists on our insurance and they’re the only ones in our area. Very frustrating!

This location is horrible especially with communication. The front desk staff never knows anything. The ONLY person that ever seems to know what theyre doing is the lady that works ortho. My child has been here more than once and all of sudden they have the wrong number on his account to where they never called about his appointment. It would probably be better if they got some better front desk reps since thats who we mainly deal with. So glad my daughter got her braces off so I dont have to really deal with them. Taking my son elsewhere for his.

Awesome experience. The staff and doctors are very friendly and welcoming. The facility is always clean, neat and orderly. I bring my children here as well who are 2,3 and 11 and they love it. I would recommend this place to anyone for themselves or their children.

I will never be returning. I waited for ONE HOUR AND FORTY-FIVE MINUTES before my children were seen. The place was not clean. I killed a spider while waiting. The floors and chairs were all dirty. There were two children coughing the entire time I was there and they WERE NOT asked to leave. There were not enough chairs in the waiting room for all the people there. I had a horrible experience as a new patient. If I could give less than one star I would because they do not even deserve that.

If there is an award for bad service this place should receive the top spot! The horrible service I received at this dental office has compelled me to write this review. When I arrived for my appointment the office manager made me wait an hour before informing me she will be rescheduling my appointment since her dental hygienist did not show up for work. Which should have been a good sign to not return to this place. However, still decided to come back. Second time around, the dental hygienist polished my front teeth followed by the flouride treatment again only on my front teeth. She barely spent 5-10 mins total before telling me she was done. When asked if she will do the actual cleaning by removing plaque and tartar I was told I dont need it. At the front desk the office manager charged me the promotional charge for the general cleaning despite there being no cleaning. I did not want to argue with the woman so left without saying much else. By the time I returned to my car a weird paste had formed in my mouth. I had to come home to brush my teeth and rinse off whatever stuff that was used. I wish I had read the reviews before going to this place. I paid out of pocket since I have no dental insurance. Complete waste of hard earned money, down the drain. Sincerely wish businesses respected and showed consideration for peoples time and money.

I can say I had a great experience since i scheduled my appointment to checking out. And the Front desk I believe her name was Stephanie. She explained the whole treatment plan to me and what I was looking at on my next scheduled appointment. The doctor the assistants very kind as well. Definitely going back.

Trust the negative repost about this location. Waste of time they need to close down or hire better staff. I gave my insurance info over the phone but yet it was not verified. I get there so they started verification to tell me I could not be found I been having this insurance for 5 or more years now. So I had to cancel the appointment. Now I have to wait and find another dentist.

The office was clean and organized, the doctor was really nice and explain procedures and treatment plan. The staff was nice and friendly .

Wasted my day. I set up appointment week before appointment. Filled out online registration (with insurance). I get there and they had to check on my insurance (nationwide provider- not sure of problem). This apparently takes 2 days to do. I took the morning off work to sit in a waiting room for 5 minutes and be told --- I could not have dental exam. This office claims same day service? How? I could not get in with an appointment. It would have been good if staff had checked in the day before if there were questions. Insurance had been provided at online registration. Poor office staff= loss of patient.

ANSWER THE PHONE . MY GOD NO ONE WANTS TO BE ON HOLD 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR. IVE CALLED AND BEEN ON HOLD, WALKED INTO THE OFFICE AND THEYRE JUST ON THEIR CELL PHONES WHAT IS THAT? EVERY LOVETT DENTAL IS THIS WAY? BELIEVE IN AFFORDABLE CARE BUT IVE SPENT ROUGHLY 3 GRAND FOR THINGS IVE HAD DONE. JESUS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst visit every. Be warned. I have too many issues to write so I will only state two.One it was suggested that I speak with the doctor about my wisdom teeth. Suspicious because they fit perfectly find and I have never had any problems with them. Second Suspicious thing the Doctor does the exam and then ask me if my last Doctor told me anything about tooth decay. I said no why are my teeth decaying and she no just making sure. WHY ask about my history if nothing is wrong with my teeth. I think this place is trying to over charge people...Not to mention I was there for over a hour and only got exams. I was told to reschedule for my deep cleaning no other work needed. SO no cleaning no deep cleaning simply an estimate for the cleaning and reschedule noticed. Why did I waste all my time in this office for nothing. Why do I need 2 appointments just to get a cleaning. So much more but I will end it with Please save yourself the headache and visited another dentist

Front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and you can never get ahold of them. I was on the phone for a hour waiting to speak with someone. Also this is the third time Ive gone up there for my appointment and the doors are locked. I never received a call. As for the dental if you can actually get in they hurt you more than anything other place Ive been to.

WASTE of time! I called to see if they had accepted my insurance. BOTH insurance website AND scheduler said they are in network, so I made my appointment. I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork like any new patient appointments. The Receptionist turned me away and said they only accept my insurance for 21and younger. So I called again and asked if they accepted my insurance and again was told YES THEY DO WITH NO AGE REQUIREMENT. Currently looking for a new dentist..

I had an appointment today at 1 pm for an x-ray and cleaning at this location. I live about 45 minutes away minus traffic. So, I ensured I made it there 15 minutes early. I walked in with my 3 year old and my 9 month old sleeping in his car seat. You would think it would only be courteous to tell the woman chugging the heavy car seat down from the car and into the clinic that she would not be able to do anything if the kids were present or to even mention that no one is allowed to accompany me on this visit when I called to schedule the appointment. I have been told this by various doctor offices, respected, and made accommodations. However, this lady has the guts to see me walk in, fill my paperwork, ask fir my ID and insurance card, and decide at 1:15 that I will not be seen because of my children. When I ask if I can ask my sister to pick them up who literally lives 5 minutes away, she refuses snd tells me my appointment will take an hour snd then it will go into the lunch break.... so, if my children weren’t present, wouldn’t it still take an hour? Why did you book me at that time slot? It was very obvious that she did not want to provide me the service for whatever her reason. She had to take off her mask fir some reason at the end to repeat the same sentence she repeated fir me the past 3 times and I clearly understood but she obviously seemed to use that as a tactic to evade my response. She was very very rude and I did not see proper covid-19 practices being followed. Also, who brings patients in while the room is being painted? Just sitting in the waiting room inhaling that paint as it was being applied honestly gave me a headache. Do not go to this location if you want to be treated with respect.

My children are patients at this location and the staff are very kind. Great customer service.

Changed my apoinment time, date and location. Receptionist treated me like i was crazy i have texts to prove it feom there automated system. I was upset i make the apointment monthes in advance. Im in horrible pain and have to find another dentist.

My children had a great experience here. I have a 10, 2 and 1 year old that came here and the dentist and staff were great with them all. This is one of the best dentist we have had. The office is nice and kid friendly. I plan to stay here until my children become adults.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Stephanie and Valerie were able to contact my insurance explain in detail prices for procedure. Affordable. Dentist assistant was very knowledgeable and gave me details on the procedure and what to expect before, during and after. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was real friendly. They all went over and beyond to make my 1st time experience here a great one. Explained to me everything that I needed done to my mouth as well as a break down of what I would owe and what my insurance would cover. Definitely will be returning to have work completed. Stephanie and Valerie gave me great customer service. Something you would want first thing while coming in all the way to the last thing going out. The dental staff gave me all smiles from cheek to cheek which is quite contageous. I always walk out more informed about my oral health with every visit. I highly recommend. 10 out of 5 stars!!

Front desk rep Stephanie is always professional with scheduling and insurance questions and quotes.. She goes out of her way to make sure you understand. Jeff the dental hygienist is the best in the business. Dr Hathaway is upfront and explains the necessity and importance on repairs to the teeth and provides the most preventative options for both short and long term.

Love this location! I’ve taken my kids here for years and have experienced nothing other than consistent professionalism by everyone on staff. They are always very kind, they explain things well and they’re great with my kids. My four year old is terrified of going to the dentist and they are so incredibly gentle with her. Do your research! Dr. Knox is no longer at this location for the last 2 -3months! I had an appointment 12/20/18 with her and was never notified that she has been on leave until a different doctor than I booked with was referenced. Not only was I not pleasantly greeted once I walked in but the host also tried to get me to sign a document without explaining or showing me the referenced document I was confirming that I read! The hygienist was nice and recommended I needed a deep cleaning that would cost over $200 supposedly with my insurance. I was denied a regular cleaning until I had a chance to think about the cost and told my insurance would only cover this particular typeOf cleaning but not at 100%. I should have insisted she call my insurance company to confirm but I waited an called myself. I did end up have complete coverage for the item with only a copay of $40! I’m so happy I walked away from these con artist! Don’t waste your time here! Keep looking for a better dentist office that looks out and takes care of their patients! On top of that I was waived good bye after declining the cleaning with NO tooth brush, no floss, or tooth paste offered! Now what dentist do you know that lets you leave empty handed!!!!!!

I took my grandchildren in for a dental checkup and my grandson had two cavities. He ask the dentist about the procedure, and she snapped at him and said stop acting like you dont know what to expect. I was standing in the room, and I said he was asking a question concerning his teeth. Suddenly she said youre right grandma, and proceeded to treat him like a human being. She recommend ed Nitrate as a sedative to fill his cavities. I was feeling a little apprehensive because of her initial interaction with my grandson, so after careful thought I decided to take him home and let his parents decide about going forth. I strongly suggest that to put a patient at ease allow him or her to ask as many questions necessary to make them feel comfortable. Im senior citizen and I ask questions to put my mind at ease. My grandson was offended by the way she spoke to him. I told him that she was probably having a bad day, and hopefully shell be more patient in the future. The woman that verify the insurance was very kind.

Great and friendly location highly recommend, Doctor was very detailed and knowledgeable. He explained with great detail to my husband the procedure that needed to get done and the time it would take to get his bridge done. The staff was awesome as well very friendly, big thanks to Valerie and Stephanie for making us feel comfortable with our visit!!!!

I brought my daughter in for a toothache and a cleaning, it was our first visit. The front desk staff, Stephanie greeted us very professionally. She was very helpful with all the insurance questions I had. The doctors made my daughter feel so comfortable that my younger daughter agreed to have a cleaning on her teeth. Neither of my kids were scared as the amazing staff at Lovett calmed their nerves a nd walked them through the procedures and tooling that were being used.We will definitely be coming back for check-ups!

Was treated very nicely, they explained to me the details step by step. The staff was wonderful. 100% would recommend for first time patients.

Dr. Pande and the entire staff were wonderful. She did an excellent job of explaining step by step what she was doing throughout my root canal and making sure I was comfortable. I didnt feel any pain during surgery (minus the jaw being sore from being open so long..which is to be expected) and am happy to report that I have no lingering pain the day after! Everyone in the office was friendly and competent.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. I took my son here for his 12 month (first) and 18 month (second) dental appointment. Reception staff was very rude each time. Never took us on time and I found out that they triple book patients time slots. When I asked why they booked like that the receptionist told me I just explained it to you. If you cant understand that Im not sure what to tell you. Insulting customers education level is unacceptable so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was courteous and got me and my son away from the rude receptionist by putting us in the dentists chair, but only to wait longer for her to come in. When she finally came down the hall she opted to talk to staff first and show them pictures on her phone before I had to walk out in to the hallway to request that she start on my son. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Like most working parents, I dont have time to sit and wait unnecessarily.

Wonderful staff and Dr. Knox is great on everything. The way she goes into detail and explains everything of the procedures was EXCELLENT!!!! The manager Valerie is great on going over treatment plans and financial fees. The assistants are great on taking x-rays. Front desk is great as well. I would recommend my family and friends to Dr. Knox great Dentist so far in Pearland.

I have horrible dental anxiety due to Lovett. I have very sensitive teeth and each experience have been horrific! If it’s not the discomfort it’s the poor service. Had 2 fillings done less than 8 months ago and felt a lot of the drilling and jumped a few times. Couldn’t do deep cleaning because of sensitive teeth and was not offered alternative. Came back for “regular checkup” and was told fillings need to be redone plus a crown and possible root canal!!! How can all of that happen within 8 months! And they did the fillings! Scheduled for the dental work and called first to make sure everything was good to go prior to appt. Went to appt. only to be told I needed to be prepped the night before and I was only scheduled for crown and not the fillings. If root canal was needed, I would have to reschedule! No meds for anxiety and they “think they may have enough nitrous oxide if needed.” Said uh... think I’m gonna come back...” Husband said I needed a second opinion an recommended Discovery. Boy am I glad I listened to him! Scheduled appt. next day. Fixed the 2 fillings that Lovett screwed up. Had first deep cleaning, and no crown or root canal needed!!! Best of all... NO DISCOMFORT!!! Staff was very attentive and didn’t talk to you stupid like Lovett, throwing numbers like you’re supposed to understand which tooth they’re talking about. Dr. Tran at Discovery listened to my concerns and made sure I was completely comfortable. Almost fell asleep! What an amazing experience compared to Lovett. And what’s with the dentist changing every 6 months at Lovett? Haven’t seen the same one in 2 years. “Only cleanings every 6 months from now on.” Boy do I hope so. Thank you for completely turning my dental experience and phobia around Discovery!!!

They explained to me thoroughly everything that would be happening and why my daughter needed work done. I love Dr. Knox’s team and their work. The front desk is the best I’ve seen. The Pearland dental office is awesome. The staff was so professional. Dr Knox is very sweet and treats you like family. She makes you feel so comfortable. She is a hugger the whole time I was there I saw her hugging her patients and that made me feel real good. During my dental treatment Dr Knox and the asst kept checking on me making sure I was comfortable. She really cares about her patients. Dr Knox you are my dentist for life.

Absolutely horrible place. I came in for an emergency visit and had to wait one hour. The attendant was so rude saying the doctor might not be able to do anything today and we will just examine you. You should have told me that before making me come in. I’ve had much better services at other dental facilities. Never coming here again.

Great dental office!! I walked in and was quickly greeted and felt welcomed by the receptionist. Once taken back Dr. Knox was great during my exam and made me feel at ease. I usually am a little anxious. Valerie then explained to me thoroughly everything that would be happening next and what my insurance would cover. The staff was awesome! I have finally found a dental office that knows how to treat their patients.

We were going to go to my sisters appointment with the pediatric dentist and we were 3 or 4 minutes late because my moms work is an hour away from there so the manager of the little kids was having a whole attitude with us since we came in, she looks super racist since we are Hispanics and my mom didn’t know English, she lied to the dentist and us saying that she called us two times and it was not even my moms number. We are never going there again, they didn’t even reminded us that we had an appointment. The other ladies were treating us super nice while she was having a whole attitude with us like we did something, and she didn’t even wanted to give us an excuse for my moms work, she can’t miss one more day of work now, y’all are going to loose 3 adult patients and one kid . I don’t recommend it .

I loved my visit to this office! Dr. Hathaway was very informative and easy to speak to. I needed a few things done, but Valerie made sure to walk me through my options. Honestly without the continuous calm and sincere approach given to me, from the moment I walked in to the minute I left, I would not have felt easy about getting started. I visited Lovett Dental and loved Dr. Knox and her staff. I hate the dentist and Dr. Knox eased my mind. She was very gentle and has excellent chair side manners. I would definitely recommend anyone to this location........ They will not disappoint:)

Ive decided to have my past due evaluation done here instead of my previous dentist and now that Ive done I realize Ive upgraded👍 I can no longer see other patients being worked on even though I can hear them, [understandable]. The Dentist and Stephanie here was nice and very detailed. Cant wait to let them loose in my mouth!😁 Reviews dont do them enough justice. Will give another review after each of my treatments, They have alot of work to do in my mouth🙃 Costly but highly needed!

This place was amazing. The entire staff was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Nina was a riot and had me laughing the whole time. She is a true gem! The manager explained my bill in detail and answered all of my questions. The front desk girls are very sweet, as were the hygienist and the dental assistant. The Pearland location is outstanding with staff that is always willing to assist and truly cares about you. They work hard to show they care too, so that you will feel comfortble and confident as being their patient!! Though there are many local dentist offices, they treat you with the utmost priority and respect. Not just as a patient, as an individual. Keep up the great work please!! Terrible ExperienceI went in to have a root canal and crown. The first half of the work went great. I paid in full. When I returned for my permanent crown no one could find it. I was told by the staff that records and crowns were lost when they changed staff and I would have to pay in full AGAIN. I tried contacting corporate office and was lead to a call center. There they told me they would email the appropriate people and I would hear back from them in 48 hours. This was 2 months ago. No one has bothered to contact me. I do not recommend this company nor this facility.

Staff is Amazing Dr. Knox was great during my exam and made me feel at ease. Crystal customer service was great. She made me feel at Home.. Valerie then explained what was needed having me understanding in detail what would probably be best considering my Insurance. GREAT STAFF!!!!

I had left a previous review about how long they took to get the results back to me. I decided to give them one last chance. Well, I got there at 8:45 for my 9:00 appointment. Took time off of work. The doctor doesn’t even walk in the door until almost 9:15. Then another 10 minute until I’m seen. Do not go here if you want a dentist that respects their patients time.

You must go visit the Lovett Dental in Pearland and ask for Dr.Knox she is the best dentist I have ever met. She is a God fearing woman and she truly loves her patients. The staff goes the extra mile and the Dr. Knox is very kind and respects your past dental phobias. Highly recommend

This is the most fun I have ever had a dentist office. I had to get a root canal on a badly infected tooth and they made me forget all about it. They were so friendly, funny, and did great work. Dr. Knox, Ashley, and Crystal, are the people who worked on me and I highly recommend them and this office.

Wife needed a root canal. She was told that they would “try to save the tooth” and that it would take around 3 hrs and cost over $1500. Then if that didn’t work they’d have to remove the tooth and do a bridge or implant, which would of course cost more. We went to an endodontist instead and he did the root canal in 45 minutes and said it was very routine and normal. Cost us $450. We decided to try Lovett for the crown, and were quoted over $1000 for that, with insurance. We’re going someplace else. Had we done everything with them, we would have been out over $2500 and who knows if she would have even been able to save my wife’s tooth. It seems like a place to get your teeth cleaned, but that’s about it.

I avoid going to the dentist cause i was traumatized as a kid but i forced my self to go. i have to say Dr. Knox and her staff made me feel at home. the ladies were very welcoming and so were the assistants. They told me what i needed and i have found my new Dental office.

Took my daughter here for her teeth to be cleaned and it took all of 7 minutes for them to clean her teeth. The guy work her on for a few minutes and then off to another patient and then back to her and back to the other patient...super rushed job.. horrible, you couldnt even tell that they had been cleaned. The dentist although was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. But in will never go back here again.

My first visit today as I have become very disenchanted with my last dentist!! They are great! Friendly, professional and great information. I am sad I didnt come sooner as I had issues they were never addressed at my prior dentists practice. Definitely a good experience!

I just love this office it’s very clean everyone is very lovely they did a great job! the wait wasn’t long they got me in and out and I was veryyyy happy about that if I can rate this office a 10 I would!

Dr. Nina was AMAZING! She explained everything very well, listened to my concerns, and was very patient. Shes also really gentle and very nice. Wilma was also great and really helpful. They made sure I got in and out really fast. Best dental experience Ive ever had. Entire staff was really sweet and willing to help. Would recommend this place to everyone. They also take CareCredit so I didnt have to pay everything at once and gave me a year without interest.

Lovett Dental is a great dental place, especially the one here in Pearland. I love the staff and Dr. Knox. Very friendly staff and they make you feel very very comfortable going in the dental office. I dont like the dental place, but i do now because they made me feel very very comfortable going in there.

I have never been more pleased with the service and attention from everyone at this office. Going to the dentist has never been one of my favorite things to do, but Dr. Salazar and all the staff at this office will definitely change your opinion about going to the dentist. Amazing and caring staff!!!! The receptionist was so up beat and welcoming, there was very little wait to be seen. Once In back I learned I needed some work (which I figured since I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while) the insurance lady was very informative on what insurance would cover. I think I found our my new family dentist!!! This place exceeded my expectations

I love this place. They are AWESOME!!!! They have taken extra good care of me. Fitting me in with my tight schedule when ever I need them to. Dr. Spencer rocks! She is awesome and has taken such good care of me. I will not go anywhere else! The staff especially Nikki are awesome. They are a great bunch!! I am sending my entire family to them. Very professional and just down right awesome! They make you feel very comfortable. I have put off going to the dentist for 15 years due to very bad experiences, Dr. Spencer and her staff have changed that. Thank you so much all of you!!!!

I Visited the Pearland Lovett dental I am so terrified of going to the dentist but Dr. Knox and her staff made my day. For the first time in my life I enjoyed my visit. Dr Knox took her time and explained the dental work I needed. I wanted a cleaning after several years not having one. But Dr. Knox and the hygienist Jeff were very informative and help me understand how important it is to visit twice a year. I will totally recommend them to all my family and friends.

It was a nightmare. Some of the staff were rude and the waiting time was too long (it took me 3 hours to get only 3 teeth cleaned). If they think that they cannot make the money through you as they expected they will treat you very unprofessional.The staff named Tracy was very rude. When she polished my teeth, she put my head down and feet up (the lower body was much higher than the upper body). I was very uncomfortable and asked her to raise my head up a little bit. She said “if I put your head up, I cannot see your teeth”. I was almost aspirated during the procedure. I had to sit up because my heart rate was increased and I had difficulty to catch my breath. She did not say anything, BUT ask me to lay right back down to finish the procedure.The office manager was not very happy after I told her my main reason here today was to get my teeth cleaned and I did not want to pay anything else; because they found out I have several dental problems. I have dental visit regularly, and my previously dentists have never told me I have these problem.Since I just wanted my teeth cleaned instead of additional dental procedures. They had me to wait for a longer time. They got mad because they cannot make more money than they expected. Finally, Dr.Mary E. Kuruvilla came in; she just scratched my 3 teeth and finished everything no more than 5 minutes.This experience is the worst one I have never had. Well, if you come there for a lot of dental procedures. It might be a different story because they can make money though you. I do not recommend it to anyone.

This is a great Dentist office. The staff is outstanding they above and beyond to make your experience wonderful. Dr. Bhatti is the best dentist I ever had. She is really caring and concerned about you. She is the model of what all doctors of any practice should be.

Very friendly and polite people. From the front office to the doctor and all in between. Quality services for affordable prices. They dont have a fancy office with coffee and treats but in return they pass on the savings to the patients.

Wasnt a fan of my first experience with my newborns first dental appointment at! We were not greeted once we walked in it was not a friendly vibe. The receptionist seems to had an attitude when they ask me for my insurance card as well as when they gave me paperwork to be filled out. When it was time for myself and my child to go back the office was messy. personal items were everywhere it was not clean or well-kept. when the dental assistant came in he didnt introduce himself and he seems have thrown items around with an attitude like he didnt want to be there. When the doctor came in she was nicer than everybody there but she didnt introduce herself and we didnt know that she was the doctor. all in all my personal experience just wasnt the best so I wont be taking my children there again. I understand that we all have things going on in their personal life but if youre going to be working in an establishment that caters to children you need to have a little bit better of an attitude!

Had a fantastic visit at Lovett Dental in Pearland. Everyone was extremely nice and hospitable. They solved all my issues and treated me as a person not just another patient. Happy to make this location my primary dental home.

(Wisdom Teeth Removal) I’m experiencing mixed feelings. The overall experience was AVERAGE and that’s due to the fact that I had to request they they verify my insurance again because the fees were incorrect, I waited over an hour in the lobby waiting on my appointment, and I had zero communication with the doctor before or after. I was extremely nervous after reading the consent forms and I would have really liked to have someone sit me down face to face to discuss the procedure with me. No one ever did. I went back to the operating room wondering if my jaw was going to break or I might need a blood transfusion.On a positive note, once I began to ask questions the staff was extremely helpful and kind. It seemed like I blinked and the procedure was over and I was being driven home. I am hoping that their overall lack communication of was due to the fact that they were running behind and did not foresee any complications.Would I go back, not if I can help it. But if no other alternative, I am definitely going to contact insurance beforehand with the medical codes for my estimate and do as must research beforehand as I possibly can.

Love, love, love this staff. Took my daughter to see dr. Chang and she is the sweetest lady ever. Also, great team work from the office. Always smiling and laughing! Not going anywhere ever again

It had been awhile since I went to the dentist and when I started going here the entire staff was very friendly, the wait time was not bad they came and got me quickly (unless if I got there late and there was already someone in the back I would just have to wait like 30 mins which only happened once from me going there for almost 1-2 years now.) They work quickly and know what theyre doing even the dental hygienist shes great 👏 This place really helped me out when I didnt have the money to pay for all the work I needed done on my teeth so I give this place 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
