So I’m a new patient at Highland Dental but let me tell you I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office! For one I have terrible anxiety going to the dentist and Dr. Devlin made me feel at ease. He was so patient and kind. Not once did I panic. A very down to earth kind of guy. I have finally found my go to dentist! I also want to thank Mrs. Bernadette at the front desk for being so pleasing and patient. If your looking for a dentist I highly recommend Dr. Devlin!

I went for my first appointment at Highland Dental today it went GREAT. The staff from the reception to the dentist were all amazing. They were timely, kept me informed about the next steps and there wasn’t any crazy fluff. From check in to check out. My treatment plan was throughly reviewed and explained. I am telling you, I have never had this experience with a dentist’s office.Thank you so much to Bernadette, Maria, Sherita and Dr. Eldin. I look forward to coming back for further care.I gave 5 stars because this is truly how I feel, their hours are limited due to the pandemic and I can only imagine how busy they are. I had a small issue with scheduling (waiting for a call back) but I then reminded myself to call AS SOON AS THEY OPENED and got someone on the phone no issue.

This place hands down the perfect environment for getting anything dental done. Extremely friendly, was late one day and got a woke up call from the receptionist basically and she was so helpful and wanted me to come in asap to get my procedure done. Very professional and down to earth. They take your word and accept it they don’t try to scare you into thinking your teeth will rot if you dont get a (insert procedure here).

Dr. Devlins team at Highland Dental has been just great for my family. Great communication, wonderful staff, and a very skilled practice. Were very thankful for them, and my wifes seen them for over 10 years! If youre looking for great dentistry in the area please give them a shot.... Pun intended.

Unfortunately have to change my previous 5 stars to 1. Loved the care I received, but for some reason they haven’t returned phone calls or web requests to schedule a simple cleaning. When I call no one ever answers. Had been trying for months to no avail, and forced to go with a different office.

If your like me you are hesitant to go to the dentist. Well you have nothing to fear here from the moment I called to make the appt, to when I arrived I was treated with so much respect and everyone was very sweet to me! The dr. Came in and was very professional with me made me feel very comfortable. That made me relax and let him do his job, which I am very happy with. Can’t wait to have him take care of the rest of my dental issues! And the place was all super clean and organized too! So 10/10 for me!! Thank you Highland Dental!

They were quick to respond I went in for the repair and forgot that I needed to get a injection to numb the area 😳 the bigger the guy the bigger the baby 😂 but the dentist who was fantastic at talking about the holidays and some small talk I didn’t feel a thing. I was not sure if it was safe enough to visit a dentist during the pandemic. So I waited and waited until my tooth started to hurt really bad. When I called Highland Dental Care they could schedule an appointment for me in one business day. I wish it could be sooner but I am still grateful they could see me quite soon. I really liked the office, the receptionist and the doctor. These people really care! The doctor explained everything I needed to know about my tooth and the plan of treatment. I am glad I’ve chosen this place.

Very impressed with the staff and Dr. Devlin. They have great safety measures in place for Covid and were very attentive. I dont like dentists and only go when I have to, but the hygienist was gentle and thorough when she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Delvin was very upbeat, answered all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable in the chair. I highly recommend Highland Dental and will be back.

Dr. Devlin & his entire staff are most personable, yet very professional. To begin with, the office & equipment are incredibly clean. I am a registered nurse & very aware of sterilized instruments & clean environment. The dental hygienist, Alijah, is the best. She has been doing periodontal deep cleanings on my teeth & gums for the past 10 years. Dr. Devlin is always smiling, very upbeat, yet very professional. He is up to date with the latest in dental technology. He has also made a mouth guard for me to prevent teeth grinding. Both Dr. Devlin & Alijah are very concerned about comfort while doing any dental procedures. I truly cannot say enough good things about this dental practice. Overall, they are best that I’ve ever been to. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Ive been going to Highland Dental and Dr. Devlin for so many years now I dont remember. Which should tell you something about the great care I receive. He and the staff have a great bedside manner and they use modern technology. Ive changed insurance many times over the years and Highland Dental has always been an approved provider. I would recommend Highland Dental to anyone.

I left this provider to find a new one not due to the orthodontist or treatment I was given, but due to the reception staff. We made an appointment for a consultation and when I called back to verify I was told that my appointment had been cancelled. They insisted we made it online when we have never been to their website. They went as far to say there are two clients with my same name and phone number. When I said weve never been online they said well someone did!. They said they sent email confirmation of the cancellation and we never received any. As the date of the appointment they said they cancelled came near I received several reminders for it. Why would I be receiving reminders for an appointment they are certain they cancelled? Instead of taking ownership for their mistake they made me feel like I had done something wrong. I scheduled a new one letting that incident go. While waiting in the office I heard the receptionists discussing other clients calling in. After I was given treatment I thought of a question a few days later. I called the office asking my question but I had my husband be the recipient for the call back for me as I am not able to take calls during the work day due to my job. When he told me their response I called the next day again to ask further questions about my treatment. I was met with an attitude by a receptionist saying that she had already talked to my husband and she interrupted me several times talking over me. She made me feel like I couldnt ask questions and it was very upsetting because I was trusting them with the investment of my teeth. In the end she insisted that I come back for a 2nd consult just to ask a simple question about my retainer and bring my husband this time. This was after a few minutes of back and forth arguing with me about my previous appointment and making me feel like I am not important as a client I immediately found a new orthodontist office and canceled all future appointments. Again the care and treatment I received by my orthodontist was great. I will not be returning or recommending this practice due to the disappointing treatment from the receptionist.

I’ve been going to Highland Dental Care for a few years now and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The entire staff is super friendly. I’ve never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to get called in. I’m always in and out. Dr. Devlin is so nice and funny. My hygienist, Alija, is so sweet and gentle. She is the best!

They also worked with my insurance to get me the best deal. I liked my experience even though I had a tooth pulled.

Love the team at Highland Dental. They always accommodate my schedule and get me in and out quickly. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. When there was an issue with my insurance the office manager (B) resubmitted my claim to make sure it was taken care of. Dr. Devlin is great and really cares about his customers. Update: Highland Dental has updated their procedures to address COVID-19 safety requirements. I felt the Highland team was taking patient safety seriously.

My husband, two daughters and I have been going to Highland Dental for years. The office is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I cannot remember a visit where I had to wait an extended time. The team always greats us with a smile. They have diagnosed and treated our mouth health with the same care and knowledge they would a member of their own family. There is nothing I don’t like about this office. From the minute you walk through the front door you are treated like a friend. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I dread having my teeth cleaned but I always think at the end of my visit how easy it was. I have referred my husband, my son and my son’s girlfriend to them. They really are great.

It was my first appointment at Highland Dental. The visit was pleasant from start to finish. First, I didn’t have to wait long. Also, everyone was very kind and friendly. When I booked the appointment, I had to book the check up and cleaning separately so they could fit me in sooner. After my check up with Dr. Devlin, he told me they were able to fit in my cleaning so I wouldn’t have to come back. He was very nice and also professional. The dental hygienist, Amber, was friendly as well. I enjoyed my visit and already scheduled my next appointment in 6 months.

I had a broken wisdom tooth I needed to come in and see if it was infected and to see what my next steps where to do to get this wisdom tooth out. I loved that this dentist has booking online and by call so I booked it online which was a plus because this dentist office opens at 7. The receptionist was amazing she help me with all my insurance policy, give me the cost and I was in at 7:30 and out by 8. Just a great place from the dental hygienist to the doctor and the loving receptionist. I highly recommended this place.

I have been very satisfied with my dental care at Parmer Dental Care during my time with them over the past six months. The entire staff, from the reception, to the hygienists and the dentists are caring, efficient, and warm. Appointment scheduling is very flexible as well. Once I was able to get an appointment for the next day and another time I was able to get an appointment for the same day that I called. The office is always clean, and is conveniently located right off the highway. In sum, I highly recommend Parmer Dental Care for your dental needs in North Austin!

I always enjoy my visit at the Highland Dental Care. My visit today for my six months cleaning,and it was very typical,relaxing and the warm reception excepted a minor difference. My hygienist failed to clean between my bridge. She was very nice and polite. I always have experienced my bridge being cleaned amongst the other flossing. Other then that,the visit was great as usual. Keep the good work up. Thumbs up!

YES, YES, YES!!!!! Dr. Devlin and his entire staff are amazing!!! Prior to my procedure (tooth extraction) Dr. Devlin explained all that he was going to do and took the time to answer every question that I could think of. Other than the fact that I had to lose my tooth my experience was pleasant no complaints whatsoever. Dr. Devlin and his assistant made sure I was comfortable and constantly reassured and comforted me during the whole process. His bedside manner is an A+++

Highland Dental is a clean and tidy office with great staff that take care of you to promote better oral hygiene. My experience with Dental Hygienist Alija and Dr. Devlin have been nothing less than great! I recommend them. Alija has really help me take care of my teeth and gums. Dont go here if you are not financially ready for a deep cleaning. They should have told me up front before doing all kinds of xray that if they found that i need to have a deep cleaning then I would have to do that in their office or they would not do a regular cleaning.

My filling only took about 30 min. Didnt hurt at all. Dr. Is very nice and so are all attendants. A pleasant place to go.

All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. I had my braces done there when I was younger and I have kept going back there because they always bring a smile to my face with their wonderful attitude. If you have questions, the doctors and staff have always done a great job explaining to me what needed to happen.

The ladies at the front desk are very friendly . I’ve heard Dr Devlin is wonderful too. My frustration is with the Orthodontist turnover. It appears they sign a one year contract and then they are gone. The ortho you start with won’t be the ortho throughout your treatment. The previous guy was terrible!!! The new woman is great, but who will be next?

Below was my previous review. Still true today! I seem to be the queen of emergencies! Had my crown (no not the one on my head) fall out, and they were so kind to get me in right away!! And yes, laughed again! Excellent work! I love Dr Chris and his amazing office staff! (Last times review: Do you know what it is like to laugh while getting your teeth worked on? Not only did Dr. Christopher do excellent work on my chipped tooth and previous fillings, but his personality...well have you ever laughed at the dentist office? Me either until I visited with Dr. Chris!! Im willing to drive 20 miles to get there!)

My dentist Dr. Thompson is probably the best dentist I have ever been to, so nice. My Hygienist very nice explains everything. Sorry I cant remember her name right now but shes from Germany. Very nice staff and make you feel comfortable.Knowledgable and sensitive to your individual needs. They take time with you for any questions or concerns you have. I could go to a dentist closer to where I live but I dont mind driving a little further to go to them.On 10-11-16 I went for a follow-up and again was very pleased with how prompt and courteous they are.

Shipped a couple of teeth. Went on internet an set up an appointment 12 hours later. I have two temp caps...and with go back in 3 weeks to get permanent crowns...Didnt work out. Great staff. Would not use for crowns though.

I have nothing but great things to say about Highland Dental! The staff is Amazingly sweet and caring. I love Bernadette! She will check to the smallest detail with your insurance and double check on everything before they do any procedure. She explained several options I could do and made sure my insurance would cover what I needed. I have been to many dentist before, but at Highland they make sure you are aware of what your bill is going to look like before they do any work. I’ve had other dental practices that slap me with a bill after they do everything and don’t even bother to know if I have the amount in my budget or not. Highland is all about its patients and caring for them. They showed me that since the minute I walked in. My hygienist Amber is a sweetheart! She kept making sure I was ok during my deep cleaning and they follow up with you the next day to check up on you. Thank you Highland Dental, I finally found the Dentist I want to keep coming back to!

I have been going here for several years and love it. Alija is a wonderful hygienist. Dr. Devlin is a great dentist. I recently had to start going on Thursdays and met Dr. Thompson. Never have I had more fun with a dentist in my life. She is hilarious!

I would not trade my dentist for anything. The staff are caring and friendly. I have never had a problem getting an appointment on the day/time I preferred. Dr. Devlin is fantastic. He is gentle and does not pressure you to have elective procedures done. (They do give you all the options, but no pressure.) He has a great personality which is a big plus for those of us with a lot of fears. His hygienist is also gentle, friendly and caring. It almost makes me look forward to going to the dentist. ...I said almost. 😀 Seriously, I love this dental pffice and highly recommend them.
