I felt welcomed and my concerns addressed immediately upon arrival. The receptionist were beyond kind and inviting. The dentist is very knowledgeable and kind and she cares about making me feel better. As my teeth really hurt and my confidence isnt there. They are all inclusive and have flexible hours which is great. Im so glad I found this dentist.

Not flexible at all with appointment rescheduling. Forces you to wait till next months appointment. Just prolonging the visits and Ortho care. Several different brackets fell off my daughters teeth, month after month days after each visit. Made her wait till next months appointment to fix it. With bracket just dangling on the wire all month. When calling and leaving message, no one from Ortho ever calls back.

With all the great reviews, I decided to book a new patient appointment was scheduled for today (7/29/21) at 2:00pm. I arrived to the office and greeted by two young ladies at the front desk. I stated my name and the young lady to right of the desk stated Great. The young lady then asked me to cofirm my phone number, she began to recite an incorrect number where the prefix of my number was incorrect this being the result of the scheduling person placing my number in their schedule incorrectly. I gave the young lady my correct number, where she proceeds to tell me that their process is they are unable to confirm the appointment in 24 hours of the appointment it is cancelled. The young lady states that I would be able to be worked back into the schedule. I am unaware of any confirmation because my number was incorrectly placed into the schedule by the scheduling person. Im thinking this may just push me back at least 30 min. I asked the young how long my wait would be exactly and she goes to the back to consult with someone and returns to tell me that it be an hour. I asked her so you mean at 3:00pm and she replies well maybe. I sit and think Im being inconvenienced for a mistake that I did not cause. I express my feelings (calmly) to the young lady that sits directly facing the door. She offers no apology but just looks at me and states so you want to reschedule. I tell her to just cancel me and leave. As a new patient, I am very disappointed.

Amazing!! I have always feared dentists, but having major brain surgery and having your head cut open from ear to ear made the anxiety even worse. The entire staff was so sympathetic and caring. I had to have a root canal done and the doctor and entire staff were wonderful. I can proudly say that I now have a dentist office I can go to without having to take an anxiety pill before hand. Thank you to everyone at this office for making my experience such a warm, comfortable, and pleasant experience.

I made an appointment for 9/18/21 for 1:00pm. I arrived at my scheduled time only to be told that I was not allowed to enter until my appointed time. Meaning if I had taken an Uber I would be force to wait outside in 90 degree weather. This information should have been mention upon scheduling.The receptionist informed me that she would call me when they were ready for me. I waited for 30 minutes no update nor a phone call. I waited an additional 15 minutes still no phone call or update. I decided to call the front desk to inform her I was leaving. No apology nor was she concerned why I decided to leave. I would not recommend them to anyone. Needless to say I wasted a whole day & left with the same pain I arrived in. Note to Ideal Dental in Pearland please inform your patients of the policy & procedures you have in place upon scheduling so they can plan accordingly. Not doing so is poor customer service also if youre operating on a Saturday with only one dentist please schedule accordingly.Why would you want your patients to wait that long in a car outside. Thats very unprofessional & subpar customer service. If I could give then a minus zero I would. I would NEVER return to that place again I was treated like I had no insurance. There are far to many dental offices to put up with poor customer service, poor communication & unprofessional service.

Teresa is very professional and truly cares for patients. She is very informative, knowledgeable and provides great advice. My kids love her because shes gentle and friendly. Shes such a blessing and ideal dental is lucky to have her!!

After coming in, I moved my family over to them. Great office, staff, and the Dentist is on point. I would suggest them for anyone. I also loved their customer service and willingness to help me get all the services I need. Plus they are one of the few who can get sleep apnea mouth device’s and will go to bat for you with the insurance company. They are great all the way around.

I have come twice one for exam then work. They are the worst when it comes to time management. They overbook. Appointment is for 3 along with several other patients. Sat in lobby for 30 minutes then room was available. it is now 3:58 and the dentist is still not in our room. If you go here please keep this in mind as it will turn into a 3 hour process. Time is money. My doctor doesnt even hold me hostage like this.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I absolutely hate going to the dentist for any reason but they made me feel right at home and comfortable. I went in today for mouth pain and they were so sympathetic of my pain and did everything they could to ease it. I ended up needing a root canal and they got me in the same day and were able to help work with payment being that it is Christmas time and I was panicking about how I would be able to afford the treatment. I highly recommend them for your next visit!!! ❤

Went in for an issue (tooth pain), left with a treatment plan. Issue was not resolved. Didnt even act like it was an option to resolve it on that visit. Dentist seemed very abrupt and almost inconvenienced. Maybe a 10 min exam. Maybe. Probably closer to 5 and she barely listened to what I was trying to explain. They were clearly overbooked. I wont be going back. The place has significantly gone down hill, and for the amount of money they want me to pay I expect far better service.

Very nice and caring staff. My daughter slipped and fell and cracked a couple of her front teeth. We walked in at 5:00 on a Friday afternoon and Dr. Pinckney and staff stayed open late to evaluate and x-ray her teeth. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Rare customer service.

Place is nice and have very modern equipment state of the art but same way their service fees are out of the roof, crazy high. Initial consultation was done throughly at a very low cost. But the estimates for service they provided are crazily over priced.

Dr. Pinckney and the staff at Ideal Dental were so helpful today after my filling behind one of my two front teeth came off yesterday. Ashley got me onto the schedule immediately and I even got my long-needed cleaning by Theresa after my fillings were complete. Everyone was so kind and professional and all safety precautions and protocols were followed. I fully trust the staff here.

Worst time of the year to get a root canal but what can I say it’s been nothing but such a great experience in this process. The receptionist name Misti at the front was super sweet she helped me understand my payment and anything else I needed help with and the dentist was super gentle, and it was over quickly. This also was my first time going there and I highly recommend it to a new customer.!

My office visit was not a good experience. I was charged unexpectedly at the end of my visit. Even though the staff told my wife that they did tell me and warned me, they lied. I was also told I had some $700.00 dentist work to be done for cavities, and I had never been told I had cavities before. I am seeking a second opinion. The only really good thing my wife and I had to say was about the hygienist, and that isnt enough to keep us going back to this dentist office. We believe they were fraudulent in their billing and their recommendations.

I had a great experience and would refer it to anyone. The staff is very friendly and very nice.

If youre considering orthodontics, be certain you understand they only offer orthodontic appointments two days each month. We are two months in and finding scheduling to be a frustrating catastrophe. If you arent available on one of the two days each month that they see ortho patients, you have to wait until the next month and repeat. We are out of trays for Invisalign and cant seem to get an appointment scheduled. We paid in advance, no refunds, so be warned and shop around!

Tori was very helpful. She thoroughly explained my next appointments and the out-of-pocket costs. Carla was gentle with my routine teeth cleaning and very nice. Both of them made me feel comfortable. Everyone in the office was friendly. I would recommend to others.

Attempted to schedule with this location for a few months now. The first time they scheduled us for a day that nobody was even at the office. They then rescheduled us to another day. When we called to confirm the appointment they had not put us on the schedule. Then they rescheduled us for this coming Saturday and I just received a voicemail saying that they wont have a dental hygienist available. They have some kind of issue with scheduling at this location. I am specifically saying this location because customer service at the other locations are significantly better.

I called with an emergency situation with my tooth. The pain was unreal. They got me the soonest appointment they could, which was the very next afternoon. When they had a cancelation, they even called me back to see if I wanted to come in sooner. I appreciated that so much. Everyone was incredibly friendly and compassionate of what I was going through. The doctor came right in and made sure to relieve my pain before we even started to talk about the options to repair my tooth. I could have hugged her if it werent for covid-19. The instant relief brought me to tears. They made sure to take care of my issue the exact day I went in. They made sure I had all the medicine I needed as well. They even called me to follow up and see how I was doing. I dont know if Ive ever been to a more friendly and professional place than this. Thank you all for your compassion and your help! My experience was phenomenal from the very beginning. I needed an appointment, as I was experiencing pain. Tara was fabulous and was able to provide me with an appointment very quickly. I was a new patient with a toothache. Everyone in the office was wonderful. They worked me in and worked through lunch. I was given a prescription for antibiotics and a referral to another dentist for a root canal. I could not believe how reasonable to cost was. This was the first time in my life that I can honestly say that I was completely satisfied. Normally. I fringe at the mention of a dentist. From the first call when I spoke w/Misti, I was made to feel warm and completely eased. Upon going to my first appointment, Misti, Charlotte, Dr.Teresa, and Dr. Ashley Pinkney all welcome me with the most warming introduction. I dreaded having any major procedures done, Dr. Pinkney assured me that it/I would be just fine. My second visit i was very terrified. Charlotte spoke with me concerning my procedure, and she was totally honest w/me. Dr. Pickney has an Excellent bedside manner. I was there for four hours and during that time I was in absolutely no pain, this was a first. Would I recommend/suggest this dental office? Most definitely w/o having to think twice. I have more work that has to take place and now Im not worried nor afraid about returning. This Ideal Dental office in Pearland is awesome, from the time you walk in until the time you walk out of the office you will be totally taken care of. Also a very clean and pleasant office/atmosphere. If youre interested in a new dental office and dentist this is the place to put one of the most important part of your body place it in Dr. Ashley Pinkney magnificent hands. Also i was asked several times by all parties did i have any questions, if so dont be afraid to ask. If it did concern them they would get the person that could properly give me resolution/answer. The most impressive part about my visit with Dr. Pinckney was when she administered my Anesthesia. It was painless! Ive never in my 42 years of living had a painless injection, and certainly not at a Dental office!Ive shared with my adult children and my husband about how great my patient experiences have been at this office so they too have made the decision to switch to Ideal Dental of Pearland. We live nearly 30 minutes away but its totally worth the drive!

This practice is hands down the best Ive ever been to. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. Dr Williams is extremely professional and takes care to explain every step in the procedure. My hygienist today was so thorough. The best cleaning Ive ever had. Even after he had finished he noticed a spot on the images that he had missed and he came back to address it. He couldve just as easily ignored it but its clear he takes pride in his work enough to fix it. That is rare in this day and age and was very much appreciated.

Going to the dentist is often a stressful and anxious experience but even moreso when you know that you will not be getting a good report on what needs to be done. From the moment I called to set my appt (my sister referred me to them because our old family dentist was twice the cost), they were so kind and helpful and reassuring. I explained my situation over thee phone and she made sure to calm my nerves about the extensive work and therefore bill that I would have coming. She said that they have multiple payment options (given that I dont have insurance), which was already ahead of my previous dentist. And from the moment i walked in, I felt taken care of and the little details that they had made the experience less stressful (friendly, beautiful serene lobby, offered me a water, and Seinfeld was playing in the exam room while I was getting my xrays and waiting for the doctor). Highly recommend them!! Start to finish, they were just fantastic.

I was driving by and stopped in. The office is updated and clean. They fit me in for a consultation and I saw Kassie, Tori, and Lauren. They were very nice and helpful. Dr. Williams was prompt and informative. She made me feel at ease and I was impressed with the amount of knowledge and information she was able to share in a way I understand. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago for a routine cleaning and was told that I was there for a checkup. This was a waste of time. I would not recommend ideal Dental.

After looking for a new dentist I am pleased to say that I could not have made a better choice. Dr. Shannon Williams and the staff listen to your concerns, answers all your questions, calm any fears you may have and are truly professional and amazing! I think they go above and beyond to make sure you are truly happy with any procedure you may be having which is rare and hard to find these days. I have told my husband and kids to kick their dentist to the curb because this is the place to go!

They didnt run my insurance in advance so I had to wait in my car for 20 minutes (called prior to verify insurance)Technician overlapped my X-rays and was almost misdiagnosed with cavities in between teethDentist looked at my teeth for 5 seconds before diagnosing me with FIVE CAVITIES! I take care of my teeth, see my dentist every 6 months, and have NEVER had a cavity!Was made to wait another 30 minutes in the chair before receiving a bill and informed that I couldnt be treated because they overbooked that day.Went to a different doctor for a second opinion and she said I had NO cavities. The tooth I was concerned about was actually a really stubborn piece of food.I was about to get charged A THOUSAND DOLLARS (insurance + out-of-pocket expenses) for fillings I did not need. They dont know how to run a business and are just looking overcharge you unnecessarily. Dont trust that this office with your oral and mental health!
