Never in my life have I have been so comfortable at dentist office. From the receptionist- nurse-X-ray- Dr. it was a really great experience. I will be recommending all my friends and family to this dentistry. I just moved to the Pearland area and from about 80 miles outside of Houston originally but I will be letting them know it is well worth the travel.

I highly recommend this dental office! All of the staff are very welcoming and friendly! I was hesitant to go to the dentist because it had been several years since my last dental check up, but this place eased my nerves and help restore my faith in going to the dentist! This dentist office is very professional, clean, and elegant. They have your name on the television welcoming you into you dental room. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They are awesome with my 3 year old daughter who has been going to them since she has been 6 months. She loves the dentist and the dental assistants. They go out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience and she has never cried at any of her appointments. She loves to wear the cool sunglasses that they provide and loves their treasure box. They give awesome tips on how to care for your toddler’s teeth.

The office was extremely accommodating and scheduled a rushed same day appointment. Every staff member I encountered was extremely friendly and professional and thoroughly explained every detail of my service. I highly recommend Dr. Jacocks!! She was thorough and ensured I understood my treatment plan and was comfortable with the recommendations for my future visits. She even checked on me a few days after my visit to make sure I was alright and prepared for my follow up appointments and offered to make herself available if I needed her in between time. Definitely one of the best dental experiences I have ever had and was worth the drive from Houston to Pearland!

I personally have had bad experiences with dentist offices since I was a kid. I had an horrible experience with having my wisdom teeth extraction at another office. Here I TLN I felt more comfortable walking in. All the staff was nice and comforting. The Dr, was very informational and helpful with getting my teeth and gum healthy. Absolute 5 star experience! Everyone was so professional and made us feel safe and welcomed. This was my toddlers first dental appointment and everyone worked to make her feel comfortable and at ease. From watching CoComelon in a kids chair to being allowed to raid supplies, my little one felt at home and Dr. Nickleberry provided just the exact care and knowledge we needed! I now have the tools I need to begin good dental habits for myself and family!

Tameka (the owner) and staff is very kind, professional and welcoming. One of my favorite people there is CJ. She has been cleaning my teeth from day 1. CJ is very thorough, personable, attentive, and always displays a positive attitude. She is a keeper!! I can truly say, my husband and I have finally found a permanent dentist.

The staff are polite and kind. They are good about providing details and options for treatment without being pushy. They are up front about costs and letting the customer decide how to proceed with treatment. The waiting time is brief. They have taken really good care of my dental needs.

This was my first visit to Dr. Nickleberry’s Pearland office and overall it was a great experience! The moment I walked into the door I felt like I had been a customer for years. I was very happy when my appointment started immediately with very little wait during the whole time I was there. I was looking for a new dentist and PLN met my expectations! We have been going to TLN for a few years now and we are big fans of all the staff. We make the drive from Montrose to Pearland for our appointments because we value the service we get from TLN, they are extremely accommodating, the most friendly and also very straightforward with dental work recommendations.

You should absolutely avoid this place as best as possible! Look at their yelp review, not nearly as good as the google review. Lots of people have terrible experience with this place.I went in Feb/March to fill two molar teeth due to very minor black lines. They filled one of the teeth way too deep to a point that the filing material compressed the nerve. What comes after is months of prolonged cold/hot and biting sensitivity. I went back numerous times to complain about the insensitivity and only consistently being told it is normal.Couple months later the nerve was finally fed up by the bad filling and developed a REALLYREALLY BAD pain. I blacked out and was sent to ER one night. The ER dentist told me the filling was too deep and my nerve is dead and the resulted inflammation is already eating off my jaw bones and need immediate root canal and crown. Since my insurance max out (all the follow-ups to TLN), I went back to TLN to see if they are going to be responsible and give me a discount on the crown. They showed very little sympathy and basically shrugged off and told me to pay the full amount for the crown. I ended up paying thousands out of pocket elsewhere for ER visit and root canal and crown.Terrible place! DONT GO!

TLN treated me like family. I’ve never had such a pleasurable experience at a dentist office before in my life! They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and walked me through the process. Everyone I encountered was super sweet and very caring. It’s not often you go to a place of business and they treat you with top notch care. TLN and their staff are simply amazing! Everyone was cordial & helpful. From Olivia scheduling my appt to Katerra guiding me in when my GPS failed and walking me thru treatment & payment options. I was changing dentists after about 20 years. My husband really liked Dr. Nickleberry so I decided to give her a try. I also took my 94 year old aunt for a checkup. I loved everyone there and they made me feel like I was one of the family. They were all very friendly and listened to my concerns. My aunt had to have a tooth extracted and she never had any pain after the extraction. She didnt have one negative comment which is usually not the case for her. I would highly recommend this dental office and wished I would have changed earlier.

This was my first appointment and I was very nervous especially since were in the middle of this Pandemic. I was very impressed with the friendly staff, Precautions taken, the Hygienist was Awesome and my visit ended with a Pleasant examination and Conversation with Dr. Nickleberry. Its been years since I found a dentist I was Comfortable and Satisfied with. If youre in need of a Great Dentist this is the office.

Stated that Humana HMO was not a Dental Insurance but rather a discount service. Untrue. Stated a process that I understand is priced by tooth quoted $340 for tooth cleaning. I will not return.

I recently had my first appointment at TLN Family Dental in Pearland and was extremely impressed!! I am always apprehensive at a first appointment at any doctor, but from the moment I entered the office I was put at ease by the receptionist. A great first visit, i Was given a treatment plan on the first day after having my X-ray. The next day I got scheduled to start the treatment. The experience was good and the staff is very helpful and informative.

Was probably the most pleasant dental experience Ive ever had to be honest, and thats saying a lot for the dentist!Everything was very clean, the equipment was state of the art and the Covid precautions (though I dont care) were top notch. The wait was not very long at all. The parking situation isnt that great with the limited amount of spaces but other than that - no issues!

I have not had any work done in over 25 years. To some having fillings done may not be major but for me; I had a bad experience as a child in a dentist office and I havent like them every since that day So try very hard to take very good care of my teeth. Once again TLN family dental proves why they are the best. Dr. O Was patient and walked me through every step. She was thorough and took nothing to chance. Thank you for great work today. Pain is minimal and I feel just fine. Ms. Katera has a promising future as a comedian lol. She always keep the patient calm while being focused on her job and assisting the Dr O like a Klay and Steph combo in the finals. I’ve been a patient for years. Dr. Nickleberry and her staff are friendly, patient and attentive. The facilities are top-notch. I drive a hour, one way, for my visits because I trust them just that much.

They were extremely professional and friendly. They took COVID seriously which made me feel very safe. Funny and patient, the staff gave me a great experience. Also they are much more affordable then dentist I’ve been to in the past.

Great experience beginning to end. I called for availability for new patients and got an appointment within the hour. The facility is serious about COVID requirements and I felt safe there. I was in and out quickly with no discomfort during or after any of my procedures. I look forward to going back for my next appointment. I love my new dentist and her staff. Beautiful people.
