Theres a pandemic going on but the dentist and staff here have gone above and beyond my expectations! There are multiple medical grade air filters throughout the office, forms are done online through your phone before you come to the office, they check your temperature and oxygen level when you arrive, everyone is wearing masks, staff are tested for covid 19 on a weekly basis! This place is phenomenal.I was so impressed by their care that I took my father from Katy to visit the office in Pearland!The same care and effort they put in to protecting patients from covid is seen in their dental work. Dr.Pham is thoughtful in his analysis of issues found on the x-rays and is skillful in meticulously fixing problems I had from teeth grinding, cracks in fillings, to fixing crowns and wisdom teeth.

Hands down, best dentist office! My husband and I have been coming here for a couple years and our 2 year old for a year now. Never had a bad experience and each and every staff member makes every visit a breeze! If youre nervous about going to the dentist, this is the office you need to go to!!!

Came in for an urgent visit due to a chipped molar and they were able to see me the next day! The other nearby offices were either not taking new patients or completely booked for weeks. Dr. Pham, Stephanie and Mia were awesome and treated me with kids gloves as I have an unexplained childhood fear of going to the dentist! They quickly fixed my tooth and were very nice and pleasant. This visit definitely reduced my anxiety and fear moving forward...

Wow. Ive been see by several dentists I and this doctor is the best Ive ever had. I wish I knew about him way before. He provides phenomenal quality care not only his work in my mouth but also the manners. He takes time listening to the patient carefully without being in a rush like most others do. This doctor goes above and beyond. He was able to save my husbands tooth even though the other said he needed extraction with no other possible choice. Staff is awesome as well. Extremely impressed. Our 6 year old son had a major toothache this past few days and so we decided to take him into Karsil Dental today. The staff was super friendly and accommodating which made our son feel at ease. He tends to be very afraid of going to dentist. The facility was very clean and also very organized. Dr. Pham did a wonderful job and was able to give us a detailed description of what needed to be done. Our little one left feeling much better. Karsil dentalI was due for my 6 month cleaning and needed to book a dentist. Google led my search to Karsil Dental which was conveniently nearby. Their online scheduling sold me when I was able to see their next availability to squeeze myself in the next day. Filling out the questionnaires online was time saving. Check in was seamless. The hygienists will bring you in, get your xrays, and all that, right? There’s more. The hygienists here were really thorough. They walked through each step with me while explaining the tools they used. I’ve been curious before, but never enough to ask when they’re cleaning my teeth. The two hygienists told me exactly what was going on so naturally I felt at ease and content. I had concerns about mouth guards so Dr. Pham was able to give me guidance on the benefits of a customized mold versus store bought. The digital scan was pretty cool and accurate. The entire staff were so kind, informative, and professional, this a quality service I recommend.

This review comes from someone who has been guilty of neglecting her oral hygiene 😞 and at the same time illogically afraid of dentists and hygienists. The team helped me fix my problems (and they were plenty and difficult) best they could, taught and reminded me patiently how to clean properly and worked with my dental insurance plan much they could. For once, I felt no judgement while being taken care of well at a dental clinic.

I have a phobia of going to the dentist, I had a bad experience with a root canal and crown as young child and havent been back in 24 years. I am afraid of needles in every shape and form going towards my gums or body. With Dr. Pham all of my anxieties and phobias have subsided. The staff is amazing, caring, supportive, and knowledgeable they know how to work with a patient like me, because I can be difficult. When my anxiety peaks during treatment they know how to manage it. I currently go to the dentist with them regularly because I no longer have a fear of the dentist.

Usually, I go to dental appointments with a distrust, but Jenny made me feel at ease and did a really good job polishing my teeth and make sure I was comfortable the whole time.Dr. David was possibly one of the best (IF NOT THE BEST) dentist I have ever had. Wow! All of the staff at Karsil Dental extended great, caring, patient service from the moment we walked in all the way through the end of the service. Ms Mary greeted us with a huge smile like we were family as we walked in. While I have seen Dr. Pham for years, I got lost and had to call the office twice to get directions (Ive had some memory problems lately and the map on my phone was not working.) The lady answering the phone was very gracious as she had to explain to me THREE times the address and location.When I finally got there, Dr. Pham was just as sweet and professional as usual as she explained what was to happen and did I mind seeing a new staff member after the cleaning was done. I am so glad I found Dr. David Pham and his team. I have searched all over Houston for a thorough dentist and have only been disappointed until I found Dr. Pham. I had my cleaning done with Stephanie - she was very friendly, explained what she was doing thoroughly and overall very pleasant. During my exam, Dr. Pham addressed my concerns. Ive had these concerns for awhile yet Ive had two other dentists tell me everything was fine after a quick 2 min scan. Dr. Pham was thorough and identified my problems and explained them to me in terms I would understand. I am thrilled I found Karsil and will be taking myself and my family back here.

Dr. Pham is a very nice dentist and soft spoken. However there seems to be an unbelievable amount of staff turn over. It is a little concerning that the doctor herself might be a problem with the amount of employees that have come and gone. We recently had an appointment for a cleaning and were not impressed with the new hygienist. She is very loud and almost seems like she needs to be the center of attention for a show that no one wants to watch! Front staff is nice and the new gentleman makes you feel very welcome. Not sure if we will be back though.
