My son Joseph, came In for an exam and cleaning. I must say every staff member that I came in contact with were so nice to Joseph and myself. They were very patient and took the time to explain the treatments and financial part to me. Joseph can’t wait to come back for his next check up. My daughter went in to have her wisdom teeth removed. Everyone there was very professional and nice from start to finish. Dr. Radford is very personable and professional she even got my son in to get his teeth cleaned while his sister was having her wisdom teeth extracted. Devin was first class with his assistance, knowledge and politeness. I can’t say enough good things about the whole office and everyone there.

Today was my sons first appointment here. Long story short we had to move dentist because where we use to go kept canceling his appointment. We spoke with them on Thursday and they were able to get in the next day which is today Friday. From the beginning they were nothing more then professional and wanted nothing but the best for my son. Helped us with the paperwork and any questions we had. During his appointment everything was so smooth they showed him the office and made him super comfortable. They gave him some coloring paper and markers played with him. Once Dr.Radford came in did his cleaning and he answered every question I had. It’s such a relive that we were able to find a new dentist in short amount of time but also how caring, friendly they were. I would recommend this office 100% you feel a peace of mind. If your looking for a new dentist let this place be your new home.

Helpful staff. I had my tooth pulled and it was not painful. They kept me comfortable wish I had came there sooner.

Front office staff, dentist and assistants were very professional and friendly. They definately have us as a new patient! My daughter was 5 and of course she was nervous before we went. All of the staff made her feel comfortable and she wasnt nervous at all. Highly recommend!

This has been my kids dentist for a couple of years now, love Radford dental. The daughter and dad team is the best and the staff is just so courteous. My son had to have a minor surgery on his tongue and I felt very comfortable with it, was being notified every step of the way and he was absolutely comfortable getting this procedure done.Thank you Radford dental.

Definitely 5 Star facility…My son is now 6 years old and we have always felt at home . Any questions that would arise, would be answered appropriately and a resolution is never pushed upon you. As a mom, you want the best for your kid and you never want to feel pressured or bullied into making decisions. The Dentist always gives her opinions and let’s you know of things that you may encounter down the road. Kudos to the staff!!!

Staff is courteous and professional. Doctors and techs are very accommodating with small children. This was our first experience and we will be back.

The dentist was knowledgeable but the staff is where they truly shine there were a few people who were exceptional and one that came to mind in particular was a man named Devin he had a very comprehensive knowledge of everything that was happening. And although we did not get it fixed the first time I felt secure and confident which is what you wanted dentist that this job would be done properly Carrie and Chelsea and Rosa were great also I would highly recommend

This place is the worst dental place I have ever been. My son went there for a normal check up. We waited there for nearly one hour and the dentist took less than 5 min to look at my sons teeth. Later we received a $300 bill, which includes 3 dental check up fees each with $65.If you want better dental service and save money, stay away from that place.If it possible, i prefer to give them zero star.

Cant say enough good things about Dr. Radford. My whole family comes here. One of my kids has extensive issues, and Dr. Radford has always worked hard to make sure he feels confident with his teeth and with his life.Very lucky to have her.

I visited Redford Dental today for a routine cleaning. Kester was my hygienist and awesome, as usual.He was very attentive and made the process as fast as possible! He knows that I hate visiting the dentist, but he always makes me laugh and by the time I looked up, it was all over . Dr. G And Devin then did a filling for my cavity. I was extremely scared, but I was finished in less than 3 min.I highly recommend Redford Dental in Pearland. They really treat you like family! 🖤

Amazing appointment with my daughter Sydney. No wait. Long appointment because we discovered she needed a cavity filled and an impression for an appliance but the staff kept me apprised the entire visit. Very great team and highly recommend Dr. Radford.

Dentist office never answers phone. Answering service will answer and take down messages but they never return calls. I’ve tried to call to let them know they are charging me for services they did not perform on my child. My daughter is now traumatized from the experience of having 2 teeth pulled. The dental assistant came out to tell me they completed the procedure and I asked how did she do? He said “oh she cried” and he asked me did you hear her screaming. I said what? What do you mean did I hear her screaming I was waiting out in the hallway. He said I thought that’s why you asked me because she was screaming. Just terrible! My daughter came out in a wheel chair crying after the procedure saying it hurt so bad. They didn’t allow me to go in with her at all. The doctor never came out to talk to me only the young dental assistant. I also went back to get “spacers” done (6 weeks later) and the day of the appt they told me my spacers were not available yet. I had to take off of work and my daughter school. I asked why didn’t they check the day before to see if the spacers were in and they said “ we had new people training and they didn’t do it”. They said they would call me when the spacers come in and to this day almost 3 months no phone call. Yet they sent my insurance the charge of the spacers. I would not recommend this dentist office. My daughter had to get her procedures done else where.

Dr. Radford and team have been A-1 from day one. They have taken care of my children with Grace and ease. They put aside any of their fears and where taken care of with ease. Much appreciated for the service.

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years or so and i’m 17 now. Dr. Radford is the best dentist i’ve visited. Very pleasant and kind. There are a few assistants who are learning, but they are kind as well. The office ladies are attentive and understanding. I highly recommend you visit her office.

My son went there today! Everything went excellent! Dr. Radford, the front staff, and the Dental assistant were beyond GREAT! My only problem was the wait time! My appointment was at 8 am. He didnt see him until 9:21am.But other than that, they treated him great!

My children have had multiple visits to Dr. Radfords office over the last couple of years and each one has been a great experience. She and her staff take extra time with my more reluctant child and are always very patient and kind. Ive never had a single issue with my insurance, nor have we ever had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. I definitely recommend Dr. Radford and her team.

Worst experience! My son had to break up his dental work between two visits. First visit went ok, however, she was a total no show to his second visit! When her staff called looking for her, she asked us to wait, then still left us hanging. Had to spend $1,100 to fix the work she did complete with a real professional. This is not counting the time we took off of work and the time we wasted with her. Wish I could give zero stars. AVOID if you love your child!

Dr. Radford is a great dentist with a great staff. They do not try to sell you on additional services and she is very friendly with a good personality. I have had many bad experiences with dentists and a good one is really hard to find in my opinion. I had to get my root canal extracted and she did not rush the procedure and basically made the pain as minimal as possible. I will definitely be a forever patient here along with my children. This place is 5 stars in my opinion.

The dentist is very friendly, warm-welcoming, and marvelous people. Not only do they work hard but they interact well with people. Their chemistry is a five star just like theyre work ethic. Theyre all polite and very responsible people. Radford Dental is the best dentist to be.

Everyone is always so nice + helpful. We have always had a pleasant experience and excellent service. Its all one big family!

They are very nice and do a good job at getting me in and out. I never have a problem and i always feel good after a cleaning.

So these people sent me a bill in October of 2017 for services done in April of 2015. When i call to ask what this was about, they said they dont send bills out less than $20 until the end of the year. So, the money doesnt matter to you until the end of the year (2.5 years later) and now you want me to pay it. Oh and you cant go on-line to pay it because that link is messed up. Wow, this place has it together - NOT!

Great, family ran dental office. Everyone makes us feel welcomed and comforted every time. Dr. Rhadford and staff are amazing.

We arrived at 8:45 for a 9 AM appointment. Filled out paperwork, the staff seemed very dis-interested in us being there for our daughters first ever dentist appointment. They all seem very young and inexperienced. We were told they were having a staff meeting around the time of her appointment, finally got called back around 9:10 or 915. We continue to wait, I had to change my daughters diaper. The bathroom in the dentist office didnt work, so I had to use one in the hallway that did not have a changing table. Keep in mind, this is a pediatric dentist, so no changing table is very strange. Finally, at 9:30 AM, we asked if we would be seen soon. One of the techs went to check, came back and told us that the dentist would be there soon. At that point we realize that she was not even in the office. We ended up walking out.Completely unprofessional and disappointing for our daughters first dentist appointment. She was not even seen.

Workers were very nice and considerate also friendly. We love Dr. Rhea, made sure we were in and out pain free.

I absolutely adore Dr. Rhea Radford and her staff! She is extremely thorough and I feel that her input to parents is necessary to the benefit of the patients she cares for. As a healthcare clinician myself, far too often providers may miss opportunities to share their advice to parents and Dr. Rhea Radfords advise and guidance has ALWAYS been befitting to the situation for my daughters care. I think that is also important in the way she cares more than just the office visit. She is very good at making sure your concerns are evaluated and that your questions are answered before you leave. My daughter is 7 and has seen her since she was two. She has had regular visits and minor surgical treatment in her care. Your children will never fear the dentist again after they see Dr. Rhea Radford and her extremely engaging team!She is an advocate and will be sure parents will know her BEST recommendations for their childs care.I am excited because her practice now sees adults as well. So folks of all ages are now able to be seen in her office. She has two other providers now!!! Yeah!!!Thank you for taking excellent care of my one and only baby girl!Kesha

Arrived at 10:30 for an 11:00am appt. waited until 1:30 then asked to come back at 3:30, didnt leave until 630. Will I ever be back? No. Horrible time management. Dirty office. Worst dental experience of my life.

The Dr.and staff has a very pleasant and nice atmosphere. Professional staff and great attitudes towards patients.However from previous experience the time frame could be adjusted were a patients just needing General cleaning could be in and out within a hour. One of her dentist assistance has me waiting because he though my son theeth were already clean but it wasnt Dr.Rae and did her exam but we still waiting for a cleaning afterwards. So once I brought it to his attention he jump on it. Other than timeframe its a good dentist office education and knowledge about keeping your teeth healthy.

Friendly, clean, but takes a long time to be seen. If it were quicker Id give 5 stars!
