A note to myself. If your hair stylist is quiet and unresponsive to your conversation they are probably in a bad mood and youre going to get a bad haircut. Well that was my experience here.

I have been taking my family here for more than a decade but finally decided to make an appt to get my hair colored...a service that requires quite a bit of time. I scheduled an appt online but was told when I got there that they couldnt do it because you also have to CALL them to tell them you made an appontment which is not stated anywhere online and makes NO sense. Whats the point of having online booking if you cant get an appointment without calling? Im super upset.

Dark oppressive place. Employees seemed unhappy to be there. Worst haircut ever. Asked for layers and the stylist left big chunks of hair that was not cut. Daughter went there for highlights and they even charged $12 extra for conditioning her hair afterwards. 20 upcharge for toner, 70 for extra foils. Was quoted $ 85 and walked out with a bill totalling $177. Talking about getting fleeced. Stylist was rude to daughter and kept being critical of her hair. Never going back.

My stylist Chris was amazing, I will definitely be going back to her!! The staff was very nice and the place was very clean and sanitized.

I only went to this place cause I needed a cut on Sunday and my normal salon isnt open. Needless to say...never again. Far overpriced for a lousy job. During the wash the lady didnt use her nails at all...she didnt work the scalp. It took her three separate times to dry my hair because she kept stopping saying she was done when it was still wet! It wasnt until I told her that people normally put my hair up and dry it in parts that she actually did it like a normal hair salon person would. She kept burning my neck because she wasnt drying my hair away from my head. Afterward...my hair looked like I did it. Which needless to say is awful typically and not professional looking at all. It wasnt sleek and shiny like it usually is after going to a salon. It looked dry and frayed. Then I had my eyebrows done. Another mistake. They didnt use a cooling agent after and when she was done she put some sort of sticky oily thing in my eyebrows. It felt absolutely gross. After that I had to pay 60 dollars. They charged me for styling my hair which I specifically told them not to do. Then the lady tried to tell me it was because of my hair length being long...but the charge specifically says style. That was an extra 25 dollars. They didnt even deserve a single penny. This is the first time Ive never tipped a salon and the first time Ive left a review. Dont go here.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because we’ve had good experiences in the past with Letty and Kendra, but after my experience today I will never go back. My “stylist”, Louisa, was not friendly and rushed through my entire visit. They didn’t have 1 other customer in there so I don’t know what her hurry was. I have thick, course, wavy hair and she never even sectioned it at all. Just brushed it and started cutting. I told her I wanted it sitting just on top of my shoulders with long layers, and I now have choppy layers shorter than my chin. I told her what side I part it on and she never even parted it, just kept cutting and cutting and at the end I asked her if she’d please part it the right way so it would be even. She parted it and said “oh there’s no layers over there cause I didn’t have it parted that way” and cut some more. She didn’t ask me ONE QUESTION about how I wanted my hair. My layers are horrible and the left side is longer than the right side. I am so upset. Y’all seriously need to take her scissors away because she should not be cutting people’s hair. I have never had someone rush so much during a cut before, I was mortified. I would go back and ask to have it fixed but I won’t let anyone there touch my hair again. Do not let this woman cut your hair!

I appointed for a hair dye and that they were to call me the day before to make sureAnd that when I came they suddenly jacked up the price compared to when I called in advance to place an appointment. Could have told me in advance of the price jack up and I would have not wasted time to drive to the salon to be disappointed and wasting energy and time.

Ms. S J is always fantastic. She is clean, fast, and precise. She has cut our 12 year old and our 1 year old boys. Just be sure to set an appointment because eventhough it isnt necessary she is a fan favorite.

First time customer here. I had a cut/blow dry done by Letty. She did an amazing job! I love the cut! I also have very thick hair and she did the best blow out I have had in a very long time! I would highly recommend Letty!

Went to get a haircut today. Three stylists working. Waited over 40 minutes while they kept taking appointments over the people who walked in and were waiting. I have been a customer for over 15 years and it gets worse every time I go. I will be finding a new place.

Im going to tell you how badly you butchered my hair, and youre going to apologize and say youll refer it to guest services and NOTHING will come of it. Im sorry I ever went into your salon. Im even angrier at myself for not walking out when I realized your operator didnt know what she was doing, even though I explained in both English and Spanish it didnt matter or make a difference. When I complained she blamed my hair. I am so disappointed, and needless to say I will NEVER go back. I DONT recommend this place.

Went in yesterday for a what I thought was a simple haircut. I think I may have gotten the worst haircut in my adulthood. The stylist was not friendly and very rushed. When the paper collar wrap came off and right before she finished, I made a request to trim the greys and she mentioned that she always does that. Instead of a trim she left me with a 1 on one side and nearly 2 on the other and she claimed it was because of my hair shape. I cant leave no stars or else I would have.

Most the stylists are top notch. If you are unhappy with a cut and they can correct it they are quick to do so courteously. If you like getting your hair washed let them know how much pressure you prefer, they listen!

My family and I have had our haircuts at this salon several times in the last few years. Its a short trip, but we drive from League City to this salon instead of stopping at any of the many salons in between. Although I dont use this salon exclusively, every time we have its been great. Good service and a fair price.

I have been here many times within the past few years. Never disappointed, great customer service and what I believe is fair pricing.They have discounted cuts every Wednesday and if you want them to be able to take a little extra time on giving you a quality job, definitely come on a weekday. Theres rarely a wait for a walk in and I believe they take appointments as well.

I know have hair that is about 3 inches shorter than requested and an uneven bowl cut. I had never seen this lady before and I won’t be seeing her again. I haven’t been this upset about a haircut since 1987 and this one is just as bad. I even brought a picture of a simple style OMG what a mess.

The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly and their charges very fair and reasonable.

My son and I came here yesterday for the $12 Tuesday mens haircut. There were 3 people cutting hair when we walked in and it was 20 minutes before one of them was finished. Then the sassy blonde on the right tells me that my son and I are 3rd and 4th in line as per the sign in sheet BUT 2 appointments would come before the sign in sheet. I ask her why they only have 3 people working on a Tuesday and she says, Two people called in and this is all we can do. So while I was waiting, I Googled barbers near me. We went down the street to Fanatics and were seated for haircuts immediately. Sure, we paid a little bit more, but the increased quality and service were well worth it. My only regret: putting up with this awful service for so long. Goodbye and good riddance!

Absolutely the worst experience ever, my wife took our autistic son to get a haircut, he doesnt like to wear the cape. The stylist Louisa refused to cut his hair. He has received his haircut there for the past two years and has never had a problem. Needless to say we will never give them our money again. Louisa, you are a pathetic excuse for a stylist and a complete waste of flesh.

Its a decent place for the price, its good if you want to get a trim or a quick hairstyle!

Just recently got a cut there. Showed a pic of how short I wanted my hair (short bob).I had shoulder length hair. After the cut I looked like a boy. Stylist basically chopped most of my hair off. Awful experience!

They got my mom in for a quick cut immediately, on a Friday afternoon before a holiday! They had deals on hair products that we took advantage of as well.

Dont go there, tried to rip us off. I went for a haircut for my 5 yr old, it was a really bad haircut that wasnt even on ends, you could see it from distance, but this lady was charging even for more than a regular haircut because she said she was a master stylist haha! I told her she never told me that so I wasnt paying for more AND went next day to fix my sons hair, so disappointing! Not to mention I dont think they ever clean the entrance floor is so full of loose hair
