Walked in and got in chair immediately, the stylist cut my hair just the way I wanted,had great conversation with her while getting hair cut,will go back and get hair cut there again. Past visits were very much same way,they all do a fantastic job

Called on Friday, 5/8 for an appointment on Sunday, 5/10 for a family member. Upon arrival on Sunday was told they would not honor the telephone appointment and all appointments had to be scheduled online. Consequently we had to scramble for another location and for a haircut. I will never do business with this establishment. Do not waste your time or energy.

The owner cut my hair and it was fantastic. The prior time Ashley did and again, terrific. Other times, kind of hit or miss so good luck with that.

This was my 1st visit and I am very pleased with the service that was rendered. My husband comes here so I thought I would see how exceptional they are. I was very pleased with the amount I was charged. I have short hair, and was given a great price for my cut. We are retired Senior Citizens and I tell you we will continue to come here. I love this location because I can run in and get a haircut and grab some chick fil a on my way home.I would definitely recommend this location; Awesome Staff, better service!

Came in on Saturday 3/16/2019 to have my hair cut in layers. I believe the person who cut my hair was Mary. My hair was down to my waist. I asked for short, medium, and long layers since my hair was soo long.. I didn’t want the length cut. Well when I walked out of there there was a layer cut in the middle and that was it. It wasn’t blended in. It was terrible. The next day I went back because I was going to have them fix it, decided to go elsewhere. Ended up having to cut my hair to the middle of my back because the layer was so screwed up in my hair... will never go back there again. Definitely wouldn’t recommend her if you have long hair. Really upset about having to cut the majority of it off due to her mistake

Great place . I drive over 20mims just to see Amber, she is they only person that cuts my husband hair and not make him look thin on top.

I called to find out if they would take walk in. I was told Yes but hurry up because we are closing soon. I got there withing 2 minutes and had to wait almost 10 minutes because the lady who told me to hurry up decided to go get food. She than hurried to cut my hair probably because here food was getting cold. When done, I realized I got the worst hair cut of my life. I will not go their ever again and dont recommend to anyone. I would rather cut my hair myself and do better job.

Great service but pricey

Went here few months ago with my 10 year old son when they recently opened. This was our first and also our last time visiting this location. They messed up so bad it looked las if he cut his own hair, also nipped his ear. When I went to pay for my sons haircut I was baffled with the way his hair looked. I waited for the stylist to say something. His hair was unevenly cut on the sides and top looked like chopped lettuce. I wanted to leave a review a while back but never got around to do it. I don’t remember her name but she had blond hair with glasses, slim. GL to everyone who goes there.

Got my toddlers haircut and the lady was fantastic

This was the first and last time I get at haircut at one of these “Supercuts” places. My son and I were at this location over the weekend and just didn’t feel welcome at all (it seems not everyone is welcome the same way, noticed on the way out while another guy was walking in). There was only one lady working and I believe she was the manager who was working with a person ahead of us. She had no patience with my kid and completely messed up both of our haircut . She seemed to be rushing while there was only one person waiting next (super slow day it seemed ). I asked for a specific cut and she decided to go with a shorter clip with an ugly fade!! I asked her why, she said that Supercuts uses blades instead of a plastic clips, that I should of known that if I visited a Supercuts before (which I had not). Then at time of paying, my 4 year old wanted a lil lollipop so bad (you know how kids are), my child asked me a few times in front of the lady and had to asked her if I could grab one for my kid and she replied “he could grab 1” (seem to ignore my kid at first). Never had an experience like this one before, maybe I should gone dressed up or something, who knows!! All I know is that was noticeable when I arrived to my office this morning by a coworker. I should of gone back to ask for a refund; I don’t recommend this place at all!!

This placed just opened last week according to the manager. But instead of trying to satisfy new customers, she is outright trying to make big bucks. She said the grand opening is coming soon and will be sending out coupons for BOGOs. As a customer who gave her business even before the grand opening, she should have at least applied the same time as she is the manager cum hair stylist. I even told her that I can pass out free coupons to my students to attract new customers as this place used to be a kids haircut place but she was dead cold.I asked her questions about how she is different than the SportsClips nearby and wasnt able to give a satisfying answer other than saying that they are not just for males; they are for everyone. 🤔I wont go there or recommend this SuperCuts if you are satisfied with either of the SportsClips nearby and their MVP services. She didnt blow off the hair off my body or on my face. I asked for a steam towel service and it was only for wiping off after a head shampoo, nothing for the face. She did a good job though with the head massage.DISSAPOINTING!!
