A little bit over my budget, Yes, but it was worth to try a new place and know that my son is happy that what matters the most. Hairstylist was great.🙂

After waiting too long to get my hair cut, I decided to give Roosters a try. I booked an appointment for a haircut and shave with Doug. I had an idea of what I wanted up top, but am not an expert on how to express that. Doug was extremely helpful in making me look sharp with my limited help. although my hair looked great, the shave was the best part. It with came with a couple of hot towels, some nice smelling facial moisturizer, some prescision, and a refreshing cool towel. The shave was the best part! I highly recommend this place and I will be back soon.

Loved it.Ive been far too thrifty in the past. Ive been a few times and have received EXCELLENT service from Victoria. She is precise, careful, and not rushed. These are very important to me; I dont like a single hair missed; I like to look very neat and clean. She takes the time to do the job right, and shes a pleasure to be around.I recently had my first professional shave and what an experience it was. So relaxing.Im really happy to find a place I can enjoy; relax, and get a great haircut.Absolutely recommend and Ill keep going back.

I brought my significant other to the salon today on Fathers Day! I must say that Ms. Dawn got him all the way together. Went today and had a appointment with Victoria. I was early and she got me back with a smile on her face. Loved they way she paid attention to details and was very friendly and personable. That was the best haircut in years! Very clean and professional environment. I can not say enough good things about Victoria. If you want to look your best hit her up!!!

Booked an appointment 9 days ago, arrived for the appointment to find out my favorite stylist is out for a few weeks (no big deal for me). Then I’m told they could work me in over the next hour and a half but “had nothing available” for the booked time.....this is the 3rd time (in 2 years or so) I’ve had an appointment that they couldn’t fulfill. No issue with the stylist being unavailable, just thought they would have moved me to another stylist to keep the planned appointment, not toss an appointment on the back burner for the customer to figure out a solution. Don’t waste your time, there are better places to get a cut and shave in Pearland.

This place lacks consistency. Been here a few times, different stylist, barber. One time I had a stylist jack me up and the other barber had to fix my haircut. Poor service and management. Wont come back

Mixed experience.The first time I went to Roosters I had a fantastic haircut with a nice gentleman.This time there were issues however, from family members of the employees hanging around and being distracting, to the messed up haircut that is the back of my head.I only saw this after I had gotten home and realized theres probably a reason why the stylist had forgotten to show me what the back looked like.Definitely will not be back again; and quit bickering so much it lost its charm after it affected my haircut.

I’ve been going to this location a little more than a year. I’ve had trouble finding a stylist or barber that is able to provide a clean fade and cut/style the top which I like to keep long. Bibi does an amazing job every time of come in for a haircut, very professional, and personable. I’ve received haircuts from most the other stylist and everyone does an amazing job, for men looking for more than just a fade I recommend this establishment.

Bel did a excellent job on my brothers shave and cut. He loved it and enjoyed the experience. A great gift to him from me.

My barber, Amber, was absolutely amazing! She did an awesome job with my cut and was very professional. The only thing that caught me off guard was the pricing. I was well aware of the $28 but had no idea it was just for the haircut. The face was an additional $30. I dont mind the price, I just had no idea. I will definitely be coming back.

I could not give it a zero. I booked an appointment for Amber, was not told she no longer worked there. They allowed me to book and then when I got there she wasnt there. They led me to believe she was there. Of all the employees there she was always there with a smile and I would hang around just to talk with her. With out Amber this place is down hill. She had been cutting my hair for almost 2 years, everyone else there has been there less than a year. She was your familiar face for once. Great loss to Roosters. I am going to find her on social media to figure out where she is these days, and get my AWESOME HAIRCUT, & service with a smile and personality. :-(..... not the case to the owner or whom ever replied. You really went out on a limb with your assumption. I definitely wont ever be back ever, and nobody I can speak to will either. I did find Amber and do now understand your demeanor.

Roosters Pearland is awesome! They are always very social and attentive to my needs both hair and beard. They also have Shiner to drink while you enjoy your haircut! The manger is awesome and does a great job at creating an environment where I feel very comfortable each time I come in! Would highly recommend going to Roosters Pearland over any other nearby barbers or sports clips. Its the old school barber with that modern day edge.

Nelis is One if the Best Barbers there, she always cuts my hair and I am always satisfied with the result! I recommend her to everyone from a kid to an adult!

Mediocre at best. I got a hair cut and shave. It was $65.00. For that amount I expect a near perfect cut and shave. The haircut was not perfect, I was edged up and it look lop sided around my temples. The shave was the worse part, they did use many products and hot towels which was nice, but the barber left hair under and in front of my ears. The barber also left a lot of hair around my lips. I had to finish the shave at home.

I recently got my hair cut here for a second time and I found my new permanent spot. For years I have been going to national chain salons and have never ever been satisfied with my hair cut. Here they do an absolutely phenomenal job. The location is well maintained and the staff really seems like they enjoy what they do.

The appointment times are a joke. My last straw was waiting over 20 minutes past the time and walked out. Previous haircuts have been okay. Some good and some bad. I have done two shaves here and 1 was mediocre and the other I was cut to shreds. Ill go somewhere else from now on.

My 5 star review only applies to Meg - shes the best one there and is always busy. I dont think of this haircut in terms of how expensive it is. I cant afford to have terrible haircuts at places like Sports Clips anymore.

This place is fantastic. I am beyond pleased with the cut my boyfriend got last week. The decor is this really awesome wood & leather look, everyone is super friendly. Truly fantastic cut, 10/10 he’s definitely coming back!

Under new management! Before I went in for a head shave I read the reviews and got kind of nervous. I figured Id walk in an get a feel for the vibe and if I didnt like it Id leave. But the new manager (whose name I neglected to get) was very welcoming and actually shaved my head herself. She used a straight razor and was very careful. I walked out with a smooth shave better than I can do at home. If youve been dissatisfied in the past Id urge you to come back again. I dont know how it was in the past, but if my experience is any indication for the future, I see nothing but excellent service ahead.

Nelis is the best and every time I go get my hair cut or beard trimmed, I walk out with a smile. Very happy with the staff and service they provide here.

My beard was completely ruined. I should have trusted the reviews. I walked in with a 4.5” beard that I have had for years, and walked out with a beard under an inch long. I specifically told her NOT TO TAKE ANY LENGTH OFF THE SIDES but clean up stragglers... just to square the bottom, trim the moustache, and clean up the neck line. When she sat the chair up I saw that she had cut the sides and jaw line down to under an inch and I had a 4” goatee off the chin. I was near speechless. I looked like a complete joke. The beard that I have had for years, was completely ruined. I had to tell her to cut the rest of my beard off. I am still in disbelief.

Over priced haircut. The stylist butchered my hair, she obviously had no experience with style. I had an appointment with one stylist and she tried to pawn me off to another one for what reason Im not sure. I made an appointment for haircut and a shave. Didnt even offer the shave but I was ready to get out because of the haircut. Had to listen to tejano rap on the stereo. Very disappointing experience. Could have got a better haircut at Sports Clips.

I had gotten my haircut three times here. Each haircut was satisfactory. I have them my debit card and I added the tip. What showed up on my bank statement was not correct, they added $2.00, next time same thing, next time same thing. Enjoy those six dollars you will never see me again!

Nice and fast. Well crafted and looks like an expensive salon haircut but without the hefty price. At the end she will gently wash your hair and give you a scalp and shoulders massage.

I got my haircut here before college and my first few years away (Under old Management). I recently moved back to the area and was going to make my second visit, before being turned away. This is not a complaint about the haircuts- they have always been great! However, I stopped in on a weekday 1 hour and 20 minutes before closing( 5:45 and 7 respectively). I believe there were four on staff, 2 customers in the chairs, and 0 in the waiting area. After hearing a “really” and sigh as I came through the door, a young man told me they “we’re booked up the rest of the day”. It has taken me 20 minutes to log in and write my review in the parking lot and no one else has gone through the door. If you don’t want to cut my hair because it’s getting late on a rainy day that’s fine, but don’t lie about why. I worked in customer service for several years and understand how tedious it can seem at times but lying has always been resisted in my business and personal life. If this kind of behavior is normal, as it seems to be, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ill spare the name of the stylist that cut my sons hair yesterday because nobody likes to be embarrassed... like my SON. Weve gone to different salons in the past and Ive only been satisfied with one... finally. But we moved here to Pearland, and the trip is too far. So, I searched out an actual barber shop thinking wed get better results. Boy was I wrong. My son has been letting his hair grow and it was all below his chin. Found a clear picture of a man with a hair texture very similar to his and a length/ style that was totally achievable. We left and his hair was ALL gone with some swoopy bangs, and worst of all a side burn on one side BUT NOT THE OTHER! Nothing like the picture I showed her. I paid and left, because I needed to gain my composure before asking that it be fixed. The only good thing I can say is that the manager that was there evened it out when we returned. BUT my son HATES his hair and people were making fun of him at school. 9th grade is hard enough... thanks for the disappointment. Should have gone to Supercuts.

Even though its a 40 min drive to get there (for me), Rachel M., who just came over from the Friendswood Sports Clips, make it worth the drive. Youll leave smelling great and with a great haircut.

First time I had the beard trimming, I payed $17. This time I got the hair cut and beard trimming and they charged me $65. It was just a basic service on both the occasions. No facial, no hot towel, no shampoo. I would think twice befor I go next time. Service was great but its just not worth it.

I have visited this place a handful of times and always seems to be different people cutting hair everytime I have been there. Today was the worse experience and I want everyone to know the lacl of customer service this place has. By 6 year old was a walk in along with an older gentlemen. We were never told how long the wait was going to be. There were 2 barbers not tending to anyone. One finally packed up and left after 10 minutes past of her standing around. The manager was cutting someones hair and never once did she acknowledge us. The other girl was then went to help the young boy that was cutting hair. Seemed like he was a beginner. What pissed me off is another man walked in as a walkin and he was taken right away. I packed up my 6yr old and 4 month old and walked out. Called back to complain about the service and the lady assumed I was waiting for someone getting their hair cut. Which was a LIE she knew my son was needing a haircut 😡

I take my three boys here (17, 15, and 4), and they always do a great job; they do what (whether I ask or my boys ask) and theyre not expensive.
