Great place to get a cut. Diana was very professional and helpful. She didnt just go through the motions. She gave me recommendations and advised me on the haircut. All the guys in there can cut and the atmosphere is great! You can walk-in or make an appointment.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff always talking sports and life. Hot, straight shave and beard grooming plus a good cut and complimentary drinks for me every other Friday. Highly recommend

Do not sit in the woman’s chair. She did not sterilize her clippers and I woke up the next day with all type of pimples on the back of my head due to bacteria. I have never had pimples on the back of my head or anything. Just stay cautious from that woman. I have sensitive skin so I can easily tell if a barber didn’t sterilize the clippers. Absolutely gross. All the other barbers will get you right. Avoid the woman

Dont sit at 1st chair on right when you walk in . Bald guy, Very unprofessional, late, and bad technique . Received uneven edge -up,pushed back hairline and terrible customer service to top it off will never go back

Been coming to this barbershop for 3 years. Very nice establishment, reasonable prices, and the hospitality is impeccable. Personally I go to Derran, he pays attention to detail and is very reliable.

Had the guy to the left when you first come in with the gray beard cut my kids hair. Very rude and unprofessional with them. Was very snappy with them and even yelled at times. Not patient and very rude. My son said the barber was mean and started crying after leaving the shop. Will never go back.

I always enjoy excellent service from Barbers on the lake. Clean shop, friendly barbers and above all excellent haircuts. I’ll definitely recommend any of those barbers, but I usually go with Tim. He sometimes work around my crazy schedule and goes the extra mile to cut my hair even on his off days/beyond shop closing time. Hard to find such professionals around these days. I’m sticking with Barbers on the lake.

Tim is the man. I have been coming here for almost 4 years now. Tim takes appointments in advance for those of you who do not like waiting, they have TVs in there along with a good attitude. Constantly improving the shop, must be the new owners. Anyhow, ask for Tim in the back, you wont regret it

Great customer service, very professional and attentive

I understand I’m a white dude in a predominately Black barber shop, but literally sat in the shop for 45 minutes waiting for a cut. Dude said he would be right with me ..I watched him walk outside smoke a cigarette for about 15 minutes. Come inside and go to the back for another 15-20 minutes. Mind you I was the only customer waiting at the time and never got seated. Just walked out after about 45 minutes

All the barbers are awesome. You couldnt meet a better bunch of people. Great cuts too.

Been going to this shop for almost a year but in the past 2 weeks or so, some changes appear to have been made and the atmosphere SUCKS! Its lost that down home welcoming vibe. Also, music IF ANY, is outdated not even a recognizable music and makes the environment even stale. The ONLY GOOD SIDE are that the barbers like Tim have genuine skill that been cutting hair in my mama garage type skill. Theyre schedule accommodating, go that extra mile for their regulars.Other, than that I wouldnt see anything worth really reccomending.

Called and got a reservation to see Anthony and he took me right when I walked in. Took his time on my hair and beard and gave me a fresh cut for a good price. Had the classic barbershop vibesI’ll definitely be coming back

The rating is for Tim Greene rather than the entire facility. I asked for a taper, he took too much off. The sides are not symmetrical to each other at all. The back fade was arched. OK fine right? No, I didnt ask for it. Lastly, my hairline was pushed back tremendously and there are scars from him pressing the clippers onto my head. Ive never been to the facility and the fact that this occurred on my first appearance disappointing.

I walked in wanting a certain barber. They said he was out for the week, so he told me to wait and one of them would get to me. As soon as the first barber to the left (as you walk in) was done, he sat down in his seat and told me he needed a little break and he would get to me. I understood, but his whole break consisted of going to the back to talk to his barber friends, walking out the door to get Frenchys, walk back in to talk and eat, walk back out to sit in his car, then driving off. Is that what i waited for? Very dissapointed, i ended up leaving after that whole fiasco.

They got TV and the barbers are really nice and easy to talk to
