My experience at this location was excellent. Jeannette did an outstanding job on my hair. She was very polite and made my experience at this location great, even with a couple people in line. I Definitely recommend this location.

Angie was my hair stylist and I had never been into a sport clips before today. She was absolutely fantastic and completely took care of me after working a double next door at Bucc-ees. She was very profession and welcoming; make me feel good, with some polite conversation along side her awesome personality! She 100% won me over with the massages, simple politeness, and of course, a great hair cut! I will Never go to Great clips again!

Service has always been good - make sure to book/get-inline before you decide to go otherwise youll wait for a long time.

Descent and clean place. Received good haircut unfortunately the lady said i had too much fuzz on my face so she started cutting hair off of my cheeks and eyebrows. Really hated that did not approve of that at all...

If you are looking for a quality haircut you need to come here. As a first time customer I was beyond impressed not only was my haircut styled the way I wanted but I was pampered in a way I never felt in a barbershop. My hair was shampooed scalp massaged, while having a hot towel wrapped around my face with a small hole for my mouth and nose to breath. All while me feet are prompt up in a vibrating chair. Come on man I aint never had this done to me in a barbershop, had to catch myself from smiling. Once my head is washed off they took me back to the chair and gave me a back and shoulder shoulder massage, relieving me of all my stress.Bottom line they earned my business.

To expensive for what you get, i think if you expending more that 25 dllr, is better to go to a barbershop

Quick easy in and nice work done.

This is my local location. Have been here twice now and Ivone has been my stylist twice now. Shes very good and easy to chat with. The facility is well kept and very clean. The ability to check in on your phone before you arrive is very convenient.

It really depends on who you get to cut your. Some ladies in there that make it feel like they are taking your scalp of. Others have no issue and are very kind.

Ive always had an excellent experience at this Sport Clips facility (Shadow Creek in Pearland, Texas) and the last visit was no different. In fact, this was one of the best haircuts Ive received. The stylist was friendly, professional, thorough, and superb in her work on my hair. I was completely satisfied and will come back again.

Checked in and asked since l had a 57 min wait could l go to the store. They said yes. Came back and still had a 13min wait, but yet Roxanne still skipped my son and added another 26min wait. I was sitting in my car with my sleeping child, but since l wasnt in the building, my two appointments got bumped. Poor customer service and they always just have 2 barbers on staff. Dont waste your time unless you feel like waiting.

It’s a convenient location for me and Evelyn is one of the selected few that I let cut my hair. Online check in is a plus, saves me time also lets me know who is working that day. Should definitely give it a shot!!

I’ve been all over Houston looking for the right stylist. Found her at this little gem of a salon. Evelyn is where it’s at! Perfect cut everytime and always good conversation. Already bringing my 20mo old in for cuts now, check her out!

The staff here is always nice. Nita is very professional and personable. Guys treat yourselves try the MVP...come with a cut, massage shampoo, and neck & shoulder massage.

Fully expecting a half-price haircut Sat.,4/13, I presented my 5-punched card which says: GET YOUR 6TH HAIRCUT AT HALF PRICE, Receive one punch per full price haircut. I had 5 punches when I walked in.At checkout, I was given another punch (6th) and told: no, next visit will be half price and my card was punched for 6th time. Paid full price?

Leslie was great! Excellent conversation and even better hair cut.

When you find that special stylist I will follow her and have been for several years. Rosanna (new Mgmr) is a great person as she is a great stylist. I have been to this location a couple times and the staff have been polite and professional.

The lady gave the haircut that SHE wanted to give and not what was requested. She cut off 2 years of hair growth though she was told just a trim!

Literally, I got the best haircut ever and the worst. Be carefull who you get a be specific. I think The girl that gave me the best hair cut was new and the bad one has been working there for a while.

Always get clean cuts here and staff is very friendly.

Ivonne Gonzalez is wonderful she cuts my son hair just the way he likes it we drive all the way from Stafford, TX just for her to cut Richards hair.

They stylists are very friendly and patient with my 6 year old son. He loves it.

Very poor customer service we waited over 45 minutes for my 18 month old grandson to get his haircut. When it was his turn we were told a client hadnt sign in would need to go before us. He was in the chair before I could stay no. So, we left.
