I was pleased with my haircut and the prices were good. The automated check-in process takes some getting used to.

They cut my 2 year olds hair and did a wonderful job it was hard my son was fighter but he got a great hair cut and the stylest was patient i will say the clipers should be cleaned before the next person comes along I did notice some one elses hair in the razor and quite a bit of it but other then that great experience would definitely go back

Lady cutting my hair was kind of rude. I started coughing and she acted like she no longer wanted to touch me. She did a really good job on my hair though.

Its hit or miss with the stylists. I had Andy as a stylist and she was great. Cut it right, cut it quickly, and gave me a military discount which I was unaware that they offered

Guess it was a stroke luck I got chosen by Madison. She has a good soul, great personality, perfectionist and knows what she wants. She did a great job on cutting my hair. Definitely will go back with her.

I had one of your business cards that a stylist had given my son for a free Varsity Hair Cut but received only a cut --none of the extras that are included such as hair wash; hot towels or massage. I still tipped $5. Trying to promote for new repeat customers fails with cutting services. People will go some where else. This has happened twice in 3 years to me.

I was blown away by the courtesy, skill, and efficiency of the Dee and the Sport Clips Haircuts of Silverlake team. The capability to check-in online is the cherry on top. Val is great. But the wait times are just ridiculous. Ive tried to get a haircut half a dozen times, and only succeeded once in under an hour wait time. I just waited 45 minutes and there was still someone ahead of me.If theyd just have a few more people cutting hair during peak times, this place would have a higher rating.

I have a stylist here that knows how to cut my hair !. So it’s always a good experience for me. Only negative part is the traffic around this location.

The online check in is a joke. Never works out for you and if you get the stylist you want you’ll be waiting there over an hour when you checked in an hour before that. First come first serve was better. Start looking into appointments sport clips. Until then I’ll be going across the street to roosters.

Ive had nothing but good experience when coming to this location for my haircuts. I dont have a regular stylist here and for the sake of time, I always go with whoever is first available. I have yet to have a cut that I havent been happy with. Theyre ALL very professional and good at what they do. Theyre also all very friendly. One thing I DO notice is that I see new faces more often than not. And because I dont have a regular person that doesnt really bother me. For those that like having a regular person, that could possibly be an issue. The location is very easy to get to, and service is quick and professional, granted you dont go during the most busiest times of the day.

Was very skeptical of getting my hair cut at Sports Clips. This was my first haircut since moving to Texas. My stylist, Ariana, was a soft talker, so I had to ask her to repeat her questions. Simple #1 on the sides and back with a little off the top. Was extremely pleased with the results. Opted for the basic $20 haircut.

Went today to get a haircut and the lady who cut my hair messed it up completely! She left one side bigger than the other. I always go here and never have they messed up before. Going back tomorrow and expect them to fix the side or I’m calling corporate.

If you request Marlen or Valerie you won’t be disappointed. They have both been cutting my hair for over 7 years. And for those who complain about the wait times, you can now pre-check in online. This allows you to see what stylists are working there currently and sign in with that person before even leaving the house. This was a recent addition, so take advantage.

Marlen is my go-to stylist. She does a great job. Barbara is another solid choice. Ive had some decent cuts from other stylists there, but Marlen and Barbara take their time and Im always happy with the results from either of these two.

Never go to sports clips in pearland my husband went in to get a fade the manager cut his hair the fade look more like a soup bowl and his tape was not even..SPORTS CLIPS SUCK!!!!

My brother went to get a haircut and he was mad about his hairline being crooked and bad service and I paid 24 dollars for the haircut and they asked me if I wanted to put down a tip and I paid 3 dollars for tip
