Hello if you are looking for a storage facility Storage Choice by far has the best pricing. The employees are awesome and very friendly. I did some shopping around and by far they are the best in Pearland.

The management and staff at this site is fantastic and the units are all clean, this site is great.My low rating is for the automatic systems they have put in place to contact any individual sites. Its crazy long and inconvenient.When youre trying to get a hold of the people holding your things its a little nerve wracking to wait so long and provide so much personal information to a third party service.You dont sell food you have my things, direct contact is a must.

This facility has professional helpful staff that are very efficient. I was moving to the area and had to convenience of leasing a storage online before I arrived in town. They offered an awesome move-in special. When I arrived with movers the manager opened the unit and allowed to movers to start unloading my items and then I completed paperwork while the movers were unloading.Paperwork was completed immediately. They also have an online tool that allows you to estimate what size unit you will need.804

Storage Choice is a great asset for our real estate and property management business. They allow us to increase or decrease our storage size quickly and easily. They also have a box truck for rent which is mighty convenient at times. The customer service is excellent as well. When I own a storage building I hope I manage it as well as these folks.

The manager Phillip is very friendly and helpful. He showed me the unit I had originally booked online and then showed me a bigger unit which would work better for my stuff. I was able to change units and he even went and swept out the unit as I was coming back to unload my stuff. Im very satisfied with this storage facility. I like that they dont limit the hours you can come in. The 2nd entrance was very convenient. Pricing was competitive. Sign up and close out processes were pretty quick and painless.Im seeing reviews about someone named Jayne, but I had no experience with her. I dealt with Phillip (new manager?), and he was great to work with. Very pleasant and courteous. He even offered to help me load/unload my stuff.I cant really think of any negatives so I give them 5 stars.

Ive been dealing with Storage Choice for a very long time and even though Im not always renting a storage from them I know that when I need one they are the first and only ones I will go to. Phillip is the main person I deal with anytime I rent here and the service is great. I love that there is no limit on the times to get in and out of the gate, its a very clean facility. I dont remember ever getting a climate-controlled unit because I have never had a rodent problem here like I did long ago elsewhere and since that place I never turned back. I first talked to the call center about my storage needs. Even though the rep couldnt meet my needs at the moment, she was very courteous and helpful. The manager from Storage Choice gave me a follow up call 5 minutes after I hung up and he personally helped me find what I was looking for. The facility is very clean and spacious and they even have kiosk that allows you to make payments to your account any time of the day! I will be using them for all of my storage needs!

I called storage choice before I was coming in from out of town, they were very helpful in instructing me how to use the kiosk since their office would be closed. At first I was concerned about the Kiosk not working properly or not being able to rent a unit, but it was extremely user friendly and within a few minutes I was moving into my new unit.

Nice facility. Have had some gate code issues that were frustrating but have been resolved with Phillip. Hes helpful and nice. I would have preferred a smaller unit but had to get an 8x10 in order to fit a fridge through it. So wasnt thrilled with that but I only need it a short period of time

Storage Choice (Pearland location) has admirable service and has been such a major convenience. Being from the Northern end of Texas, yet remaining a college student in Houston, it has alleviated the burden of moving all of my belongings home every summer. I am a returning customer, (third summer) and am more than pleased. They offer highly affordable rates, and the temperature controlled units make for appropiate housing of any possessions.
