Great staff. Great prices. Nice and clean. I love the24 hour access to my unit.

I will never store my belongings anywhere else. Never had any issues thru a hurricane or freeze apocalypse. The facilities and people are top notch.

I had my things stored here for over 6 months. No break ins. Safe well kept facility withfair prices. Being outdoors though some of my belongings became musty. Thats just wat happens though.

About a year ago my husband and I sold our house before we found another in the Pearland area. We had to store most of our things from a large four bedroom, three bath home, with 4 acres and lots of equipment needed to care for it. Not to mention, my husband is a welder with his own equipment for that. We did plenty of research to choose a safe, clean, and easy access storage facility at a fair price.Knowing nobody in the business or anybody in the area, it was challenging, but welucked out and found Linda at Able Storage. A year passed before we finally foundour new home and are settling in. We still have our trailer and canoe there and most likely will for a long time. We never worried about our belongings, and I can tell you it is the cleanest and most pest and bug free as any place can possibly be in Texas.I should also mention she gave us the name of a local moving company who we used for our move to an apartment (and the storage unit), and from our apartment (and storage), to our new home. I have never had a good thing to say about a moving company in all my years (none of your business, but plenty), until Linda, the Able Self Storage manager, told us about A-1 Best Movers. We have lots of fine china and antiques, etc. and not one thing was damaged! If we ever move again, which we doubt, well be calling them again....ask for David. Well never ask friends and family for help moving again. Money well spent with both entities. Were almost sorry its over. They were a pleasure to do business with. This is unheard of in todays world. Trust a very picky and frugal person.....use these folks if your ever in the market. Youll be here writing the same sort of words as this not-too-tech-savvylady like me.

Great storage for the right price. Minus 1 star for not having an rv dump station.
