While driving to work today, Tire popped (BOOM!) SO immediately noticed it. But I was so close to my place of work. So I made it to work, finished my shift and afterwards. Lucky this discount tires was a HUGE help. I explained what happened I was a few dollars short on cash. And the awesome people let me go, In my work uniform sweating deeply. Ill never forget this day I told everyone that work there. Thank you since I work near Ill bring those guys some gift baskets and gifts. Everyone thats helped me in my time of needs. I went in today to replace my popped tire. John was very respectful, professional, and was also very knowledgeable. He explained how my tire ended up they way that it did, so that way I am prepared for this situation if it comes up in the future.While I was waiting, there was a difficult customer that ended up finding her way to him. I figured I’d get some entertainment since I was waiting for my new tire to be put on. He handled her very respectfully the entire situation. Nothing to do with me, but I think that deserves so much praise. It’s hard to find people that can still keep their head on during those types of situations. Thanks John!

A HUGE THANK YOU to Chad and Marcus for their generous and kind gesture today!!! My corvette had a flat tire about 40 miles away from home and these guys were so incredibly human! They did not have the run flat tire I needed and all nearby service dealers were unable to help me. My tire could not be patched either. Chad and Marcus were concerned for our safety and they decided to install a new tire free of cost to me. Yes, Free! They did not want to charge us for the tire as it was not run flat, and I would still need to get a different tire. We were able to get home safely thanks to this! They also advised I did not have to return the tire! This is truly an act of kindness and we are just incredibly thankful to you both! Thank you so much!

After having to fill up my tires about once a month, I finally decided the next time my low pressure light came on I would take it in to see why this was happening. Marcus got me checked in quickly and soon informed me I had two nails on the inside near the rim that was causing a slow leak and unfortunately not repairable. My tread on the other tires seemed to be worn down as well and suggested I should consider replacing all. He gave me a couple recommendations and had the team put the tire back on allowing for me to leave and think about what I wanted to do. This was my first time purchasing tires and wanted to be sure I was making the best choice. I contacted Marcus again a few days later with my decision. He got me set up that same day and out in less than an hour. Thank you Marcus for all your help and patience.

This store was amazing! They helped me out tremendously! Devon was amazing really a great worker who wants you to feel safe he has knowledge and great people skills. He helped me get into 4 new tires! I highly recommended him. But also every employee who works there is amazing they all greeted me and made me feel welcome. The manager is great he is always making sure the store is running 100 %. He really wants this store to be the best and it’s there! The back room employees were amazing also! They helped me get in and out in a timely manner. They did everything correctly and balanced my tires where they go down the road and no problems. They made me feel at home and very safe leaving the store. This is the best discount tire in Texas!

A few days ago I visited the Pearland location to check the tire pressure on my vehicle! The young man did a good job, and away I went. The tire pressure indicator on my dash stayed lit, so this morning 7/6 I returned to find out the problem! Devon was my service rep and he went about dealing with my issue! In a matter of minutes he returned and advised that he had just reset the tire pressure parts. Very efficient, very professional, and just one more instance of the service I have received at the Pearland location - and other locations too. You guys are 5 Star rated service. Thanks

Discount Tires 2020 means you get to stay in your car with the air on while you get your tires rotated and balanced. The fab-four that helped me were Jordan, Roman, Tauvon and Brandon. I had an appointment at 10, and I was out by 10:20am. Superior service, highly recommend. I didnt get the check-in guys name, but very helpful and kind. Ive been to a few of their stores, this is by far my favorite. 💯

I absolutely love the service at this place. Free air check and inflation. And free flat repair and rebalance. The staff was friendly and attentive, even though they were super busy. The text notifications are a plus but someone from the shop also called to let me know my car is ready. 5 stars!

The process to get your tires service due to COVID is faster and better, and should stay in place. Because I have a service plan, I never had to step out my vehicle. Those young men were hustling and getting the job done. Amazing process and service. GOOD JOB GUYS 10 🌟

So I went in to get to get my tire pressure sensors switched from my old wheels to my new wheels and in the process they lost 3 of my nitrogen indicating stem caps, cut out 2 of my brand new black stems and replaced them with old chrome ones, and scratched one of my wheels. I talked to Landon and he assured me everything would be fixed. I go pick up my wheels today (I didn’t inspect them in store as I should due to rain) and there’s more scratches but now where they switched out my stems. Horrible, if you care about your wheels stay away from this location.

I would like to thank Roman for taking care of us. We needed new tires for our SUV and Roman did a great job of advising us of the options available. We went with a set of Bridgestones that were cheaper than the Michelins we had on the vehicle. We had an appointment for 5 pm but were 20 mins late due to a storm bit Roman still got us in and out in 30 mins. Great job!

Techs didn’t seem like they cared or were careful at all. Bought some aftermarket wheels and had them installed here- center caps fell out in three days. Absolute joke

Customer service and work was bad. By work I mean a rotate and balance. Going to tire by design to fix the problem because it would be a 3 hour wait to fix their mistake even with a reservation. Don’t recommended

This location is really busy, seems like these guys are always on the go. Regardless, they have a good team and get things out quickly. Manager named Kim is great. Man of his word and trust worthy. Definitely recommend others to bring their business to these guys.

Place was a bit packed when I got there but the associates got me checked in quickly. Was looking to get my tires balanced and was given a recommendation to install a new plus getting an alignment sometime in the near future. That is what caused my tire to wear down unevenly and could have potentially become a hazard. Good looking out by the associate handling my vehicle.

I needed to have a tire fixed from a slow leak. It was pouring down rain and then my battery died before it was my turn to b have my car serviced. I sat their for close to an hour not knowing what to do. One of the great servicemen told my plight to a customer and this wonderful good samaritan came over and have me a jump start. Then then fixed my tire while I sat in my car with it running (did not want it to shut off)! Im so grateful 💕😊. I WILL RETURN!

Did my tire rotation for my Wifes Honda Odyssey & they messed up my lugnut & had to send me to a Mechanic to fix for free. But, that took too much of my day. So, next time I will ask them to put the caps on the lugnut by hand before screwing on by machine.

I got 4 new tires on my work truck a couple weeks ago and today I went in because one of the four tires had a bulge on the sidewall. Discount tire replaced it. Since This location has a small parking lot be prepared to park far away. Make sure to check in with the attendant and wait in your car until they come to you. They don’t allow you to wait inside unless your vehicle is being worked on . The employees are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. I couldn’t go inside because I had my one year old in the truck and didn’t want to get him off and one of the employees came out and took my payment outside. Thanks to all the crew at this location.

Best customer service Ive ever received at any tire shop.

Discount Tire is over stated. The tires are expensive and the wait time is crazy! 2.5 hours is a long time for a $179 Tire. Everytime I go there, I have to spend a lot of money on tires and sensors, etc. Nothing complimentary and the warranty I paid for never seems to pertain to anything I have going on with my tires. And they only change tires, balance, and rotate. What about a wheel alignment?? People with tires need Wheel alignments to! It would hell if you did brakes to, that pertains to tires as well. 🤷‍♀️I think its time to take my business elsewhere!

Only place I’d trust to get my tires done

Someone rounded out my VW wheel lock. Someone used an impact on my lock and put it back in my car, needed to take my wheel off and my lock was jagged and non usable. Some speciality tech, right? Take pictures before and after service. These people arent honest and will just send you on the way with no way to take your tire off in an emergency. The wait was horrible.

Brandon helped us out and fast service. We had a blow out on our way out of town on our travel trailer. They got us fixed up and out the door quickly.

I pulled up and before I was even checked in they had tires off and in total I was out the door in under 30 mins. If you need help picking tires just stop by and the staff will help you pick out what you need based on your budget.

These guys had me in and out with zero issues while also enforcing proper PPE protocol. Which is a hell of a lot more than I can say for most major business right now. Good job.

It is a heavy raining day today, my tires from discount tires had low air due to the rain and nothing wrong with my tires. I got my air pressure and along the way a big guy with glasses told me since my tires are from discount tires, go ahead and get it rotate and balanced because I stop by for air pressure. However, the customer service that I receive was not happy at all when I walk inside. A very negative guy name Sammy told me get myself over there, he talk to me like I am a worker or something. He told me to give my keys and stop talking a lot as he need to text someone on his phone. He also said he do whatever he wants and dont have to satisfy customer as he only get paid to work and not satisfy customer. I dont feel safe at all with this type of person. How can you be on your phone while working here? I saw his business card was Sammy Camacho is his full name. At the end, before I drive my vehicle, I told him I am going to find out who his boss before next time I come so I can report this rude attitude that he had with me. I been with discount tires for a very long time. There is something wrong with this guy and whatever his personal reason in life is, dont let it affect customer. Next service, reminder: dont let Sammy Camacho service you at all.

They were very nice and very respectful, had to wait about an hour to get tire fixed . two nice young men jumped on it and twenty minutes later I was on my way. They even told where to get my mother something to eat !!!! Four Thumbs up !!!! Discount Tire !!!!!

I was added to the waiting list via text but ended up waiting over an hour until my mother in law had to ask what the hold up was. Turns out we got removed somehow. After that the service was prompt but the system in place failed on us.
