I have tried this place twice. I am new to the area and love their location and how spacious it is. However, I came first as a walk in with my friend for a couple pedicures and they immediately put us in a chair in water. They were so busy the water overfilled on my friend because the tech already was working on another person and forgot to come back and turn off the water. We sat in those chairs with cold water for over 30 minutes to the point where I just started to get out of my chair. The manager ran over ASAP and said just one more minute as I was telling her politely I am happy to make an appointment to come back if they are too busy (which they were) at the time. Then a few minutes later a couple nail techs came over to do our pedicure. The service was good but I did not like how they sit you in chairs like sitting ducks and you have a lengthy wait.I then made appointments this time on my way out and just today we came back and while my friend had a tech immediately to help her I did not. Literally sat in water that turned cold for 32 minutes until I had to say something and then a few minutes later a tech came to provide service.I am so disappointed as they seem to be so busy that appointments just don’t matter to them. I would have given them a 5 because I loved the fact that they care about quality. I mean the work was very gentle and nice. I love my daughters pedicure result! ❤️We will be shopping around for another nail place to see if we can find a place that keeps time better. It’s a shame because I really like this place but I just don’t have the time to sit and wait. It’s like why even bother to make an appointment? They will get to you when they get to you is their motto. 😔🤷🏻‍♀️

I absolutely love how they does my eyebrows I never found no one that does them exactly like I like them.

I came for a pedicure and this had to be one of the most unpleasant visits of my LIFE!my foot was cut multiple times near the cuticle area and a black stain was left on my big toe after being polished … This place has the worse customer service, when asked to repolish my big toe, i was yelled at and told i did it myself and kicked out. This place is basuda… this is crazzzzy

Got a pedicure and 3 days later the posh started chipping my toenail is discolored and In pain not sure if there is an infection they reuse water and don’t clean the utensils I’m so disappointed and I notice they only respond to good reviews what about the ppl who didn’t have a good experience!!! SMH take your money elsewhere!

My experience here was great! There was a bit of a wait for being a walk-in on Friday evening but it’s a testament to their demand and quality. My technician for the standard pedicure was awesome and they even did a little leg/foot massage + warm towel too! Love these little things. Definitely found a go-to place for my nails since moving to Peachtree City. Thank you!

Super clean and pretty! Staff is nice too. My third visit and I’m very happy with this salon. If there is a complaint, I don’t think their prettiest nail color options are in the bottles up front when you walk in. They definitely have lots of colors so I would suggest requesting to see their other samples. Highly recommend!

I waited for an hour just to get a manicure and Im disgusted at the result. I dont think they used clean tools as I now have a nail infection. Its been a week and Im concerned its getting worse. I called and asked for a refund and explained what happened. They refused my request and I believe theyve since blocked my number. Dont ever go here!

They are very nice and clean and professional. They do a great job on nail shape which is a bigger deal than what’s on the nail sometimes. Great color options to choose from. I have yet to do any grand designs, so I have no review on that yet

I came to this place just one time and the things I saw and experienced still have me shook. My chair reeked of mildew and musk. I saw a rat run across the floor in the back area and everyone just seemed unbothered. I couldnt believe it! Clearly, they only care about the money and not the service because they had multiple customers waiting on services in chairs with no one helping them. When I asked when my nails would get done after 30minutes soaking, the manager got a very nasty attitude and started yelling and directing me to the door. I told her I would leave this review and she said, Doesnt matter. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. Save your money sis

My mother and I both had manicure at Superb Nails this past weekend. This was easily the worst service I have ever had. The technician did not fully remove my old gel polish and painted over the specs that were left. The quality of the paint used was very poor and was not applied smoothly. The technician did not properly pushback our cuticles or even apply lotion. It has been less than 48hrs and the paint is already chipping off my nails.

Im so upset I went to get my nails done for a wedding I was in over the weekend! The nail popped off the next day! Such an Inconvenience!! I had to move my schedule around to get back for a repair! They insisted I pay for the repair even though I visited the previous day! The lady was so rude and unprofessional! There is no reason a nail should pop of without hitting hit super hard. Im certain they are using cheap or old product for higher prices! Dont go here!

So glad I found this salon while out of town visiting family. It was beautiful inside, very clean, and the nail technicians were all very attentive and professional. Make sure you request Anna. She is wonderful! Ill definitely be back!

I have been to this nail salon twice, and what I notice is that the owner is only interested in the number of customers entering the establishment. She will send you to a tub with water to soak your feet, and you sit there for almost an hour before anyone comes to perform service. . Each time I have been there, I was in a pinch. Owner is very rude and unprofessional. Raised her voice at me yesterday, that’s when I walked away without my services completed. The majority of nail artists there need to return to training. I would not recommend anyone to go there and I definitely will not be returning.

Went to another salon closer to my home and was not happy at all. Went to Superb Nails the following week. Loved the relaxed atmosphere. The woman who did my nails did a great job. No rushing about, quality work.

I came into this establishment and felt so unwelcome. I was not greeted properly it felt they have not seen an African American before in their establishment. The wait time was over 30 minutes and then finally I was asked what services did I want. I told the lady that I wanted a mani/ pedi but I wanted a design on my nails she looked at me in disgust. After I left I was not satisfied with the service that was done and would not recommend anyone to this establishment.

Vorn is the absolute best nail technician in the shop. She takes her time to ensure you have a great experience and is a perfectionist, which I love. The entire salon is warm, inviting, and SPOTLESS. Mai is meticulous with nonstop cleaning and safety which I appreciate. Book your appointment in advance they are always busy and ask for Vorn.

One word. The roaches. I never thought I would see a roach infestation at a nail salon. Unfortunately, I was already getting service when I saw. I stepped into the restroom before finishing up with my mani/pedi and saw a 10 plus baby roaches. I could only imagine how many more are swarming in this place.

My mother and I did not receive good service here. It was my first and last time visiting. I thought I would receive great service when the owner did my nails however she was very distracted watching her employees and left me numerous times to attend to her patrons and employees. I only went here because someone bought me a gift card and I’ll never go back. Please improve your service!

Got a mani / ped from Amy & Vorn. Amy did a wonderful job with my SNS French. Super fast but you wouldnt know it from the flawless job. Vorn is my tried and true pedi artist. Awesome combo!

The pedicures are very comprehensive and a good value. I love my technician Vorn and sometimes Quinn, they are both fantastic and pay attention to the details!

At Superb Nails & More it is easy to drop-in and immediately be seated at a station and the foot bath started. It is never long before the technician begins your service. Today, the nail tech Vorn was amazing! She is one of the best I have met over the many years I have been treating myself to the luxury of having a mani-pedi. After I moved to the area, a friend turned me on to Superb Nails and it is my new favorite place to relax and get a great mani-pedi. Although I probably should not have told you how awesome Vorn is, because I do not want her to be too busy for me! 😁

My nail set was wayyy too expensive for them break the same day. I was totally disappointed especially after waiting so long for some assistance. They should also clean up the place.

My husbands foot was cut and bleeding after a pedicure requiring two trips to urgent care to get it to heal. The worker apologized but charged him full price!!! Will never go back there again.

I went in for SNS and pedicure. The levelof professionalism and friendliness was fantastic. I will be going back. Vorn was the nail technician for my pedicure and she did a great job. I did not get the gentleman’s name that did my SNS, but he did an equally great job.

My nails lifted in first couple days after getting a full set. My sisters gel lifted/peeled off the second day. She went back to get it fixed and they peeled again!A waste of money!!!!

The inside of the salon looks nice since they have redone it. Used to like going here. But the last 2 visits have not been good. Not even a week after getting my nails done they look like they need to be done again. Polish is chipping off on several fingers. Not happy paying almost $40 for this .

I go here often to get a lot of things done and they have always be very nice and respect. The nails are very good quality and they last for about 6 weeks.

I went to get my eyebrows done and they ripped my skin off, I have red stripes over both my eyes, and this is a day after my eyebrows are done, and my eyelids are burning and hurt. They should not allow someone who does not know what they are doing to do eyebrows, I have gone to other salons and never had a problem with getting my brows done. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I will never go back again, it should be illegal to let someone hurt a customer, I have red scars over both eyes now, looks awful, burns and I am in pain. Worst mistake walking into this salon, wish I had read reviews before going.

Never again will I go here. Been going for over 5 years. I walk in, do you have appointment, no. Next time make appointment, ok. Make appointment, wait almost 45 mins. Last few times I was there nails looked horrible. Last time I told Mae that 2 nails were crooked. Mae said oh no as soon as i put polish on they look good. 🤔No Mae they are still going to be crooked. She filed them to try and make them look good. Didnt work. Walked out and told myself never again will I step foot in there again!! Been going to Walmart in Peachtree City and Hannah is the best!!!

I only get my gel fill from Srey-Lin... she is awesome. She is friendly, makes good conversation and most importantly does a beautiful job on my nails. They last 3 weeks... rarely do they break off and if one does it is close to the 3 week mark. Salon is clean and prices are very reasonable. I would recommend, ask for Srey Lin.

Service was terrible. The owner started screaming and being disrespectful when explaining the prices. She made me wait 1 hour to get my nails done without telling me before hand even thoug the place was not busy at all. While doing my nails she would get up in the middle and start taking care of other people.

This was my first and last visit. Called an hour ahead and scheduled 3 pedicures. I understand its short notice so waiting wouldnt have been a problem. They had me soak for 45 minutes my feet were raw by the time the lady started. Yes they were busy but I never should have been asked to sit if they knew it was going to be that long. My mother daughter day was ruined. My daughter ended up waiting for 50 minutes while they did a regular pedicure. Maybe they do better with regulars but as a first time customer I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Normally I get great service. Today they made us wait a very long time. I went for 2 pedicures (1 was a child) also to have tips removed. In my experience of getting this done for close to 30 years, they have always been soaked off. Today they basically just ripped them off my daughter (after repeated requests to have them soaked off, and them telling me its fine. Her nails are completely destroyed, and shes in pain. It will take at least 3-6 months for them to grow back. I am just praying they didnt permanently ruin her nail beds. I am very disappointed and recommend anyone that needs to have their tips removed, NOT to go to this place.

Terrible costumer service!!!!! If I could give this a 0 rating I would. I went to get a pedicure and sat in my chair waiting for someone to do my feet. A woman named Jessica ( I know this from her name tag) came up to me and started working on my feet. No introduction, no hello, angry look on her face, and I should have left then, but against my better judgement I stayed. So the entire time she was doing my feet she stayed with the angry look and did not exchange any pleasantries. I am a tall woman and she did even show me the chair remote in order for me to push my chair back! She finished my pedicure and I gave her my card to pay. She didnt even hand it back to me!! She throws it on the counter in front of me!! DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY!!!! JESSICA, if you have a problem with doing someones pedicure, especially if its a black person, I suggest you find something else to do with your life because I guarantee I will not recommend this shop to anyone!!!!

This is a very professional nail salon. The owner has very high standards - she is always working hard! The staff is super polite, they are never in a rush, everything is very clean and nice and there is rarely a wait. Ive never had a bad service here.

Horrible place!! I came in on June 6 and paid for gel nails which was $30. Not more than week did the nails look like they needed to be filled in again! I come back to the salon today, showed them my receipt and of course my nails. The lady said yes thats because of the cuticle..... The hell! Then said they can fix for $15!!!!! Absolutely not!!! No way should anyones nails do this within 7 days of being done. No customer service skills at all. Dont ever get your nails done here at this place!!!!! I wish I could give this no star.... Doesnt even deserve one star!!

The worst customer service I have ever experinced was at this location with the owner!!! I was in the location and had my nails done by the owner the whole time she wasnt paying attention but was more concerend about hurrying to get done with me after waiting 45 mintues to get helped. She rushed over my nails and kept getting up to help other people I was very patience. I looked at them a week later and they looked horrible because she did not push back my cuticles at all. I went back and she yelled at me and told me that it would have been an extra $5 if she would have pushed back the cuticles. Since when do you charge because at every other location thats what they do when you get a manicure. She said she could fix my nails but it would be charge. Im not a person to complain but for me to already get a fill-in after them only being only a week old is uncalled for!! I will not be back at this location and the owner said good.
