So happy with my visit to North Shore Automotive. Dana and staff were great and they were able to get my car in right away. They explained everything in great depth, even showing me the worn parts and explaining how it got that way. I feel their prices are very fair and they did a great job getting me in and out. I would definitely recommend if you are in the north shore area!

Fast response to my emails, but then as soon as I started asking questions the person became very rude. Just a fair warning for anyone that might want to know about the car before you buy it, they arent really happy about people asking questions.

Great service! I took my car to Dana for a second opinion years ago when I was told by another shop that I was looking at a $2500 engine overhaul. Dana diagnosed the problem as a spark plug replacement, and I have been taking our vehicles to him ever since.
