I had to ship a large, weirdly shaped package. The man who helped me was very nice and took the time to make sure it was shipped as safely as possible. Friendly and efficient service. A pleasant experience. Thank you again!

I have been here three times to send out packages and have had three different people help me; they have all been VERY kind. My packages have always arrived safely and on time as well.

I use this FedEx location frequently when I have to ship a package, especially when I am returning items from Amazon. I have always experienced great customer service and fast, efficient processing of my packages. I have only used their shipping services so I cannot speak for other services identified in other reviews.

The worthiest place in the universe . Disrespect . Dis honesty . I had terrible experience with them . I went to fax some papers their manager Charged me more than I supposed to pay ?!. Apparently of looking on the wrong computer for the customer served before me . When I argued with him he described me of being a thief and that he will call cops . Thats all because I am refusing to pay them money thats I dont have to pay?!. I advice every one not to go to that hell persons place again to avoid his insulting and his cooked lies 😏

Great FedEx location. We dropped off our vacation souvenirs on the way to the airport, to have them shipped home. Everything arrived right on time, expertly packed, and in perfect condition.

Went in at about 540pm on weds. July 27th,-Slow service from the manager who was too busy shooting the time with a buddy than helping a long line of customers leaving a trainee to help the line. He thought it was funny when his computer went down delaying the process even more. He also thought it was okay to ignore the fact customers were irritated, rolling eyes and joking with friend/customer. Never an apology for the delay...it was ridiculous. Will never go back. Very unprofessional. FedEx needs to evaluate their team members better.

My wife and I went to this branch with the purpose of printing some wedding programs. Upon waiting at the front desk, we received no greeting of any kind even though the person working behind the desk - apparently the Assistant Manager(!) - clearly saw we were there. We asked for help with transferring files to their online site and were ignored. The Wi-Fi was having trouble connecting, we asked for help, and received none. We asked for a flash drive to transfer the files, they said they would get one, and then never followed through. Without a word more, my wife and I left the store.We have never experienced such atrocious customer service, and fully intend not to patronize this store. We hope you will do likewise.

Sitting outside at 8:15am but store is still closed. It is supposed to open at 8am waste of time.
