Ryan Seely gave us outstanding service in every way. He was warm, helpful, authentic and professional. I have extra COVID risk factors and he managed that with care. From the video images of my 2009 A4s brake decay [thank you Scott] - to the pdf booklet report - to the application of the special incentives I was aware of and had the mailer with me, but didnt have to ask for - to the loaner car - it was an ideal experience. Happy to have new brakes at all four corners now! I recommend Audi Peabody Service Ctr enthusiastically
