Not a good experience, after spending a couple of hours on Sunday afternoon and test drive a car that I liked, they run my credit and said we will give you a call tomorrow morning leave a deposit, the next day at 5pm I had to call because nobody reached out to me and my file was at another finance office, they run my credit again just to say sorry the banks only can finance $37k even though I was putting 15% down-payment. I had to wait a week to get my deposit back. That happened Sunday on Wednesday I went to Land Rover of Sudbury and they got me approved with less money down newer Velar. Similar situation happened to a friend of mine at same location in Peabody. Is it they dont work aggressive with many banks or maybe because we were Hispanic. Very disappointed with Land Rover of Peabody.

Service department is a joke. A not so funny joke. Wrong paperwork. Slow, unprofessional and on top of all of that they want to charge you for the gas you use in their sad loaner they give you. Forgetting that youre paying 700$ for an oil change. Supposed to be a high end range rover/ jaguar dealer but they treat you like a Hyundai . Check what Porsche, BMW, Mercedes do for their customers. Once my lease is done Im taking my business elsewhere.

Land Rover Peabody is a class act, but really shines when it comes to taking care of clients when they require service, both routine and unexpected. I purchased my vehicle from Rover Peabody in 2015, and have had an excellent experience over the years, with very few issues.I want to give a special shoutout to assistant service manager Chris Tsaparlis for an outstanding job. Recently, the dynamic suspension on my vehicle had a fault, which required a part to be replaced. Due to the global pandemic, the usual supply chain was disrupted, which caused the part to be out of stock globally. Chris provided me with a loaner and kept me updated throughout the entire process, which took more than a few days to resolve. He exhausted every option, and I get the sense he was just about to beg/borrow/steal in order to solve this issue. He confirmed the part was out of stock globally through JLR, but located a suitable part from a third party, and now the issue is resolved.My impression is that the service makes or breaks a dealership, and it is people like Chris that keep Land Rover Peabody a five star shop. Honestly, I was very hesitant about coming to this dealership because when I tried to have my last Land Rover serviced here I was told they would not give me a loaner because I had not bought it from them. Easily the best customer service at a car dealership I have ever dealt with. When Rahmel contacted me after I requested further information on a vehicle, I was not sure if I was sold on buying or leasing, or even which style of car I was looking for.
