This place is great. They know what they are doing and they are honest and trustworthy. I have been bringing my old truck there for ages and they keep it on the road in safe condition at a very fair price. They want to help. They don’t want to rip you off. I have a new truck now, but I will always go back to them when things start to go wrong with my new truck.

I started having a rough idle and sputtering upon acceleration with my truck that was accompanied with a knocking sound from the passenger side of he engine. I read a few good reviews about this place and decided to try them out. We had gotten a rental so i could still make it to work, in Boston. They told me that they wouldnt be able to get it in until Tuesday. This was Friday, so ok, a couple extra days of paying for a rental @ $50/DAY. I drop off my truck on Monday night and get a call on Tuesday that to find the cause of the noise I am looking at 3 1/2 hours of labor @ $115/hr. I told them t just do it. I didnt hear from them until Thursday, where they told me they didnt think they would get to it this week and that the lead mechanic would be in on Monday, where it might be something he could diagnose in ten minutes. So $350 for a week with rental so far; being told that I could wait a few more days (and keep paying for a rental) to have something diagnosed in ten minutes, instead of 3 1/2 hours, and my truck still hasnt been touched. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I could have been told from the beginning that they wouldnt have time, instead of wasting my time and money, not to mention the frustration of not having my truck, since I am a carpenter.

One of the BEST specialists. They walked me through what I should do for alignment specs for my track/street car. Very detailed folk who know exactly what theyre doing with preformance in mind. They are honest about all the pros and cons of various setups.If youre a preformance minded driver for the; track, autocross or a just sprited driving enthusiast, look no further and go to the very best!

The service at Certified was awesome. I was in for an oil change. I do drive several miles to come to Certified. It is well worth my drive because I trust their work. I had to wait a little longer than I anticipated but all was well, when I left I was one happy camper with everything perfect with my car.

Jamie is super informative and Sean knows his stuff. Theyve serviced two of my cars and I wont let anyone but them touch my vehicle. They are honest and fair in their prices and time management. Its unusual to have to wait for anything with them. I can call them one day and come in the next day no matter what the issue is and be good to go in typically an hour or so. They get their parts from their own guys and always make sure it top quality. Love this place and these guys!

These guys go far and above most shops. They are also willing to work on special build projects without hesitation (even if theyve never done them before). Very happy with their Alignments, BBK install, Drive-train swap, racing shocks / spring setup etc.. cost is on par with less professional shops! Scott will work with you on whatever your auto needs are. His crew is also very knowledgeable and courteous.

This is the only shop I trust. They are honest, fair, and do very good work. They also dont grossly overcharge like every dealership does. When they quote you a price, that is the price, period. And if they end up catching other issues, they actually call you and discuss it. They dont just do extra work and surprise you with a huge bill.Parents, they also have a changing table in the (large) bathroom.Try this shop out, you will not be disappointed.

These guys are the most honest mechanics my husband and I have ever had! To say theyre reasonably priced is an understatement. There were so many times we felt like we were cheating them for the low price they were giving us. Weve had work done from oil changes to new brakes, axles, and tires, and we were always so happy with their service. It was worth the 45 minute drive! Were just sad we moved to the South and cant get our cars serviced by them anymore.

Fastrack Automotive is an excellent shop. I have only been there a few times for some basic service like alignment, but I will be returning for sure. My initial alignment was slightly off so I spoke with Scott and he said I could bring it back in to be fixed. Scott ended up re-aligning the entire car instead of just fixing the steering wheel position, free of charge as an alignment warranty. I strongly recommend Fastrack for anyone, especially for performance/track alignments like mine.

After a not so great customer service experience, Jamie and Scott did turn my experience around and did everything in their power to make my latest experience a great one. Much appreciated from a car ignorant consumer!

Its a cool shop that is owned by two racers (hence it being cool). Ive always had a good experience here for alignments. I like to use different shops for what they are known for, in this case FasTrack is known for their suspension/alignment work so I only go here for this. Im very picky & I want things done exactly the way the manufacturer specs them out to be, so I use specialists/dealers for non-tire/alignment work.

I needed to get new brakes and since my dealership was paying for it I brought it to their mechanic, FasTrack. They were extremely nice and helpful. The problem for me was that I was going away on vacation so I left my car there for a week so they could repair it while I was away. I was extremely nervous about doing this but wanted my brakes fixed and didnt want to wait any longer as it could have been a safety issue. I picked up my car and it was parked right out front. I deliberately took a picture of my mileage and gas when I left it as I have heard horror stories of places where they joyride in your car if they know you arent going to be around... Well, there were 25 extra miles on my car and a half a tank of gas missing...also when I got home I found someone must have knicked the back bumper because there is missing paint. Very upsetting and I have no proof other than the fact that I know I didnt have missing paint on my bumper when I dropped it off... Lesson learned... Never leave your car at a garage.. wait for the work to be done. :(

Im trying to keep my 94 Miata on the running and on the road. I tried to do some shade tree work on the car and messed things up pretty badly. Had it towed to FasTrack and, working thru Jaime, it was brought back to life and at a reasonable price. It helps me that Jaime is a Miata fan but Ive seen all kinds of vehicles in the shop. They are very responsive and helpful and their work is expert.One story; I was leaving after having the work done and there was a little buzzing coming from underneath, a loose exhaust heat shield. Jaime insisted that he bring it back in, put it on the lift and tighten because it bothered him.Great work. Im looking forward to a long partnership with FasTrack.

Lied about 4 hours work scheduled.3. Lied about checking brakes that cost me a failed inspection sticker.4. Lied about checking fluids that cost me over $1000 in damages for a known issue and then said they dont do transfer cases on Jaguar X Types aka Ford Fusion, Mazda 6, Volvo S60.
