Employee refused to fill propane. Told me he was not going to do it the only reason was he was the only one on duty. But yet he was standing outside having a cigarette. Best he was within 20 feet of the door. That is against the law in Arizona must a minimum of 20 feet of an occupied building. Will never be back ever
