I was visiting and ran out of oil, they had everything I needed. Good service.

This giant convenience store / gas station was very clean inside and out the bathrooms were very presentable as we wrote in with a minimum of 25 motorcycles and filled up. Management definitely has a good crew operating here. We had no weights at the pump and we had no weights at the register when we purchased our water and other small items. Its places like these that you pull into to fill up at detonate the trip on the road that much more special. Thank you to all the workers at Giant for the good job you do in maintaining this store.

I dropped my debit card as I was leaving the store and didnt realize it untill the next day.I returned to the store and asked if anyone had turned my card in and was told that it had been found and the manager had put it in the safe and I would have to return the next day when the manager would be there to open the safe .I didnt mind I was grateful they had the card .upon returning the next day the manager was not at the store and one of the clerks phoned the manager to inquire of the card and he was informed that the card was not in the safe . All the clerks of various shifts said they remember seeing the card sitting on the counter out front by the register but no one could explain what had happened to it and I never got it back .totally unprofessional and just no concern at all for the situation .I know i dropped it but once they say, yes!we have it ., I feel it is the stores responsibility to secure it untill I arrive to claim it.what a total waste of my and everyones time! An update to this review when i ordered a new card i had approximately 150 dollars in the acccount when i recieved my new card I went to use it and the money was gone except for about 5 bucks so one of the employees obviously sae me enter my pin and when i dropped the card and it was turned in i guess whomever used it couldnt resist, Im not rich and this really set me back .Karma will prevail.

Dairy Queen is a good place to get food or icecream and the staff is really friendly. Sydney is great worker and takes care of orders speedily and efficiently!🇲🇶

Great place to make a pit stop, get gas, yummy snacks and dog walking area. I just want dog owners to be responsible and clean up after their pets! It’s not Giants job to do that!!

The old man (cashier or whoever this low life is)with white hair was extremely rude to my family! Had my service dog with me and he forced her to leave which is against the law, as we were on vacation I did not have time to persue legal action so I kindly left and took my business elsewhere (after letting my dog poo poo on his lawn) eat that you jerk

Easy trailer fuel and dump

Manager of this location has terrible customer service. Too busy smoking out front to actually care about providing a good experience for his customer. Wont be supporting this location nor recommending.

Good place to stop for Shell Gas.

Zero stars. I live in Payson and have visted this location before, I will not be going back. I stood in line and waited to ask for propane, one gentleman was helping 5+ people in line and the other two employees were standing in the chip section not working. I asked him for propane and he was very polite but said he was unable to help and that I needed to ask the lady with the short hair because he was the only one working and the store was full of people, understandable he couldnt help. I went and asked the lady, she looked at me disgusted and said she was too busy (doing nothing) and that she would not fill the propane. Needless to say, I wont be going back there, and with so many other options within a mile of this location I would never suggest to anyone to go there.
