I went for tires and some other work. 2 weeks later back for the items he recommended I take care of.Totally honest... 260 Auto is AWESOME!!! I use them for my business with my entire fleet plus my personal vehicles. I have been in the Payson Area just about my entire life. It is soooo difficult to find a good mechanic...I mean really good, and all of the guys at 260 are REALLY GOOD. Very knowledgeable, professional, fair with pricing, and just a great group of guys from a great company. They have my business FOR LIFE!!!

Justin and Robert and the rest of the automotive team are excellent to work with. I live in the valley and also in Payson so I always heave my automotive work done by them. I find this company and the management team to be honest and they do excellent work. They always make me feel like part of their family. As a disabled veteran you could not ask for better treatment.

Good and knowledgeable mechanic shop!

I broke down near Payson and had my car towed here as per recommendation of Carls Towing. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my life. Justin and his staff didnt call me back on FIVE different occasions when promised. I understand that businesses get busy, and they have their priorities, which is why it didnt bother me when they didnt call me back the first two times. However, in the end, their negligence could only be interpreted as intentional.Because of them losing parts, placing blame on vendors and not being prepared to install the parts once they came in, I didnt receive my car back until 6 full days after they promised. (9 days in total.)When picking up my car, I was met with 20 minutes of silence and an hour and half wait. After receiving my car back, the same part broke less than a week later, leaving my stranded once again. (I understand this may have only been bad luck)I had my new mechanic call them to get information about how they fixed the original problem. Justin contacted their vendor, and requested pictures and video from my new mechanic to be sent to the vendor to have them look it over. After sending the pictures immediately and waiting for two more days, no information came from 260. I contacted the vendor directly and learned that he had received none of the pictures from 260. We then worked directly with vendor, with zero replies or follow-ups from Justin.In general, do not use 260 Automotive if you want quality work or even basic customer service. I am a very patient person, and rarely feel the need to write a review. However, I can not more strongly recommend that you find a different shop in Payson.

Great place, honest and dependable

I was taking kids to camp and had radiator issues. Even though they were busy they put someone on it and it only cost $37.50 for 30 minutes work plus the coolant. Not many places would have prioritized us like that!

Friendly mechanics that know what they are doing on vehicles

Rent a truck and trailer was fine but they only had one trailer, if someone else had occupied it, there was no longer so I could take it. I think they should have at least two trailers.
