Had a small issue with my furnace. Called Shelby who walked me through the minor issue of cleaning a sensor over the phone!It’s nice to see people who are so nice and willing to help you if you can do a minor repair! Our furnace starting producing a squeaking noise that progressively was getting worse. Fearing what may come I started seeking out services to help me diagnose the problem. I hate the feeling of getting taken for a ride on these things because I know so little about it. After much research I took a chance with Drake’s and I’m so glad I did. Shelby came over very quickly and spent a lot of time looking things over and trying to figure out what was going on. As you can imagine, squeaks are hard to nail down. Shelby was very honest and worked hard to figure out was exactly was the problem. Long story short, squeak has not been a problem after his fix. Even though he said he can’t guarantee the problem isn’t going to get worse, who can really, if it does I’ll be giving him a call for sure. If your looking for an honest technician to come service your HVAC system heavily consider giving them a call! I was so relieved to get someone real and helpful.

Okay. I couldnt rate this guy higher. My igniter went out in the dead of winter. I called him at 11:15 PM and he was at my house within 20 minutes. He had to get a little creative with my furnace (didnt support universal parts very well) and he was finished within 20 minutes. Prompt, friendly, and timely service and at midnight no less! Definitely won a customer. Thanks Shelby!

Shelby replaced my home furnace with a much better than expected furnace and upgraded parts and it still cost us less than was quoted by another company. He also upgraded the heating system at my office and has done furnace maintenance there. He has been efficient, affordable and honest! I would not hesitate to recommend him to my mother.
