Our heater stopped working in the middle of February, they rushed a guy out the day we called and were able to get the parts and make the repair the next day! The service men were professional and worked quickly. Well call them again.

Our AC was out this week, right at the beginning of summer! We called Nebo Comfort over the weekend and they immediately replied with compassion for us having to be in the hot heat. They put us on their calendar to stop by 2 days later. When they stopped by they fixed our problem within 10 minutes. My overall experience working with them has been great. A customer of mine had a water leak in their furnace room. We had to remove the furnace to get to the damaged area. I called Robert and he was able to replace the entire furnace, versus removing and reinstalling, for a little more cost. The customer replace a 20 year old furnace with very little out of pocket. Robert and team showed up on time, replaced the furnace, and kept the work area clean. I couldn’t be more impressed with the communication, the cost, and the quality workmanship. Weve had Nebo Comfort work on our heating and air for a couple years now. Just recently, we had them install a tankless water heater. They were able to get it to us much faster than we had anticipated... thank goodness, because our old one was going out. :D They were very considerate of us and our house and they are always very friendly. Turned on our furnace last week and it was making a horrible sound. Called Nebo comfort Systems and they were willing to come out the next day. Our schedule is crazy but they found a time that worked for us. Came out, found the problem tuned up our system. It was easy, comfortable and very reasonably priced. Great service.

Great people to work with. I have had 3 heat pumps installed by them. Had a couple of problems with a leak in the equipment (product defect) and Robert and Josh got it figured out and taken care of. I appreciated their hard work to get to the bottom of the problem.

These guys are the best. Robert knows what he is doing when it comes to helping us with all of our HVAC needs. He is clean cut, and honest, and an all-around great guy. Had Robert install a Navian tankless water heater in my home two months ago. Best decision Ive made since I proposed to my wife!! This thing is amazing and handled the cold weather in February and March with ease. Have no doubts that it will continue to make us believers for a long time. It replaced two 50 gallon gas water heaters and I cant tell the difference other than I can now get in the shower after the wife and kids and never worry about running out of hot water. If youre considering a tankless system from Nebo, just do it. Youll be glad you did.

We have been using Nebo Comfort Systems for a couple years now for our HVAC needs. They are great to work with and very prompt at responding to our calls. During one of their visits we noticed our hot water heater leaking. They said they install water heaters and gave us a very reasonable bid. They put in a tankless water heater with instant hot water at the faucet. We used to have to wait a really long time for the hot water to get to the faucet. Now water is available within a couple of seconds. We have had many complements on how nice it is to have instant hot water. Thank you Nebo Comfort Systems for the great work.

I paid half up front for Nebo Comfort Systems to install a high efficiency furnace. The night after the installation the house filled with smoke and it was determined the operation manual in a plastic cover had somehow fallen between the primary and secondary heat exchanges and burned when the furnace turned on during the night. Lots of smoke damage throughout the home! Mr. Moore thought all he needed to do was to scrape off the burned plastic and remove the ashes. My insurance co. said they wouldnt be able to insure the house with a furnace that had experienced a fire, but Mr. Moore refused to replace the damaged furnace and refused to refund my $1800 down payment. I had to pay another company to properly install a new furnace. Fortunately I have lots of photos showing the extent of the fire damage within the furnace. I do not recommend Nebo Comfort Systems.

Great family owned and operated business, very reasonable with their prices and provide great service.

Update:Called and spoke with them, the extra charge was for travel. I had asked if they service Nephi area and was quoted $69, nobody mentioned a travel charge (which I would have understood, I would have just used someone else). Anyway they immediately agreed to lower it to the quoted price. For that I changed it from 1 star to 4 star.Original review:I can overlook the fact that he was an hour late for our 930am appointment, that is just how things go. But what I have a hard time with is the bill for $110 when I was quoted $69. I wouldnt have had them come if it was that much and why quote almost half?Anyway they sent me a quote to fix the boiler. $2750. I looked up the parts, $500 in parts, super easy swap out. It is actually less since I ordered a Taco pump ($80) instead of Bell and Gosset that was $300. Yea I think Ill replace them myself, itll take me a couple hours the tech could do it quicker. Seems like a lot for labor. I about croaked at the $8000 for a gas boiler (Id still have to replace pump, zone control and pressure relief at $2700) or $13000 for a heating oil boiler (again would have to do the $2700 job as well) it all seemed really high. Which is fine, I dont have a problem with people quoting high I just dont use them, but I wonder if that is the price they would have charged? I need a good HVAC company for all the homes we flip, guess Ill keep looking. Just an FYI always good business to charge what you quote and if you are going to do any additional work beyond a service call, you should mention it will be higher BEFORE doing the work (these guys didnt do anything more then fire it up and tell me I had some bad parts, for which I would happily pay the quoted price) not right to charge higher, Ill let all my neighbors and friends know AVOID Nebo Comfort systems.
