I used to be a Facility Manager for a private High School in Chandler, Arizona. Cool Breeze remodeled our existing Evap Cooler system and ducting in the gymnasium to allow us to have true air conditioning and heating with Heat Pumps. The change was fantastic and everyone appreciated how it works. The units have been in for years and the work they did is still holding up. They are a great company, Charlie has a great work ethic and attention to detail. You get what you pay for.

Cool Breeze installed a new furnace and AC in 2017. Did a great job, friendly and least expensive by a lot.Today I tried to install a wifi thermostat. Didnt work. They were swamped. I explained my situation, they directed me to replacing a 3 app fuse. All is getting cool now. I have a liking for Cool Breeze.

Cannot say enough about this company Sherri was able to work us in quickly so we received prompt service, plus a great tech Collin. Had our home inspected for a sale, right after our inspection the AC quit qorking....go figure. Called a couple places based on reviews as I am not familiar with Payson area, and saw Cool Breeze had good reviews so i gave them and another company a call. CB was able to get out quicker so I opted for them, given no AC and it is still in the 90s. 1Collin came out, we showed him the inspection remarks and he went to work, fixed our AC, Capacator replaced, addressed our inspection remarks, and changed our filter....plus he was extremely pleasant and professional, what more could i ask for.....Will def use again if needed.

This business is everything a business should be. The office personnel were courteous and efficient. My furnace went out the day after the holiday and the technician, Charlie, responded the next day as promised diagnosed and repaired the problem the next day after having to order parts. He was friendly and very efficient. I cannot Express my thanks enough since temps in Payson were dropping and expected to get colder. Our air conditioner was mistakenly set at too low a temperature and ran too long. When it stopped cooling, I called Cool Breeze. I needed help, but because my wife and I are in our 70s, we wanted a contactless service visit. Sherry assured me Cool Breeze could do this. I described the problem with our air conditioning, and Sherry called in Mike, a service tech. Mike learned what happened to the air conditioning and suggested I do a counterintuitive fix: turning on the heat for 20 minutes to thaw out the over-used and frozen unit. I carried out Mikes fix, and it worked! Our air conditioning came back fully. Out of the goodness of their hearts, Sherry and Mike helped us fix our problem, and no service visit was needed. We thank them and Cool Breeze for putting care for those who need help above just commercialism. We did not use Cool Breezes service, but if we ever do need service for our cooling or heating, there is only one place we will go -- Cool Breeze. We thank them so much.

My air conditioning went out on a Saturday afternoon and I was certain that I would probably not get anyone out to repair it until at least Monday. To my surprise I called Cool Breeze and they came out within a couple of hours and fixed the unit in less than an hour. Dustin was also very helpful in discussing equipment options for the future. This company provides excellent service. We needed to replace our 30 year old heater at our second home in Pine. We also wanted to add air conditioning. Dustin did a thorough assessment of our current system and provided us three options to choose from. He explained the pro and cons of each which really helped our ability to make an informed decision. The installation went smoothly and they did a thorough job of cleanup afterwards. The tech, Dustin came out to look at my old broken unit late in the evening to ensure I received same day service. He then had my new unit installed the next day which was great because we had 105+ degree temps. Dustin corrected some of my duct work to the bedrooms and increased the size of the return for better air flow. He did thorough work on the install and the new unit is working great.

Dustin the technician was great and Sherry from the office was pleasant as well. However the cost for a relatively simple fix was extremely high, almost $600 for a switch. The problem is the Company provide zero transparency in their invoice. I would not use this company again based on relatively high price and no transparency of what you are paying for.

Cool Breeze came out the night I called to see if they could fix my AC because it was very hot. They were unable to fix my old unit and guarantee it would keep working but they offered a quick fix that might not last The owner came back out and took measurements and looked at duct work and figured out how to cool my cabin completely. I had never been able to cool my upstairs. Their team worked hard to get it done. It looks great and works perfectly. The bonus is they clean up everything and even vacuum and sweep. Our a/c unit quit working on Sunday prior to Labor Day. I took a chance and called Cool Breeze early Labor Day morning and remarkably they were open on the holiday. Dustin, the technician, arrived later that day and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, parts had to be ordered from the valley. Fortunately, Dustin was going to the valley the following day and would pick up the new motor. He arrived today to install the new motor, only to discover that the brackets in the a/c unit did not fit the new motor and the housing unit needed to be changed out, also. Not one to be discouraged, Dustin said he would work on coming up with a solution and would call back in an hour or so. He called and said he might be able to jury rig something and would be back within the hour. Fortunately, he was able to jury rig a temporary set up until the new motor, brackets and housing unit arrive. After being without a/c for four days, when Dustin finished up the job and I heard the a/c turn on, I told him if it were appropriate that I would give him a big kiss! Sherry, the receptionist/secretary, was very helpful and pleasant, and in constant contact with us regarding what was going on. Thank goodness for Cool Breeze, a very reliable, capable HVAC company in Payson. Great work Dustin!

It was Sunday afternoon and it was 90 degrees in the house and Cool Breeze was the only one that would come and help us. Charlie came earlier than we thought he would and had our air conditioner working in no time. They were just great!

We have been having issues for years. Have gone through multiple contractors. No success including a new unit. Dustin and Charlie stayed into the night, like until 9pm, diagnosed the issue and found that I have a 3 ton ducting system and a 4 ton unit. Duh! No wonder! We had used two ac companies in Payson and were looking for a new one so tried Cool Breeze. You can guess the other two. The dispatch person set us up for Dustin to do an estimate. He arrived exactly at the beginning of the time range they gave. Was pleasant, knowledgable, and answered every question. The price was higher than we expected but we decided, on Dustins recommendation, to go with a Mitsubishi mini-split. Dustin arrived on the install date at exactly the time he said he would. That kind of punctuality is rare in Payson contractors. They couldnt get the unit he quoted us so they upgraded the size without changing the cost. We are delighted with the work they did and delighted that we chose the more expensive option. The old adage You get what you paid for. Really was true for us.

Nothing is worse than the AC going out. Dustin came out same day we called. Our 30 something unit needed a refix on earlier issue. They offer different pricing and warranties based on price. We opted for pressure test and year warrantee. Well, 2 days & 6 lbs of freon later it paid to get silver plan. Our leak came back but so did Dustin 2 days later. We are stll cool. The price is never a good point. And a second trip might put you off. I was happy it was salvageable. I will call them again when replacement time comes.

I’m always saying that customer service is a dying commodity, so I had to make a point to give credit where credit is due, these lady’s and gentlemen at this company have really set the bar high, I have had some really bad experiences with the ac trades and when I needed to have a quote for a new unit I was not looking forward it, I had two companies out and I just really ended up disappointed by the lack of options and patience of these “hard sale guys” . So a friend came by and spoke very highly of a coolbreeze, so I decided to give them a try ( after all I had to have a new unit), I am so glad I was referred to this company, they answered the phone and we’re friendly, quickly scheduled my estimate, and Dustin came out took the time to measure my house to size the unit properly( something the others guys did not do), took his time to cover all my concerns and went over some options that I didn’t even know were an option, my unit had always been to big, my ducts were not sealed and I had terrible allergy’s, the install team installed the right size unit sealed my ducts and installed an airscrubber, WOW my house has never been so comfortable my allergy’s are gone and last but not least my bill dropped by 100 dollars a month, these people are top notch! Today I had Dustin Wilson from Cool Breeze out to my house in Pine. He is a welcoming joy of a person. He is well manored and speaks with kindness. He arrived on time for an early morning Friday call. I didn’t have to wait even for a minute. He was coming to fix my heat which was not working. He ordered parts and was out the next week. I was so happy for quick service because it was getting cold in the house. I felt comfortable with them in the house doing there work. No need to worry he is honest. I had three different hvac companies come out with three different bids. Each company wanted to replace the unit. Dustin, with cool breeze was the only skilled technician who throughly looked over everything from duct work to air flow not just the unit. He found the problem, no he didn’t try to sell me a unit, he suggested an easy fix. The heating strips were not working and I had a breach in the attic letting in cold air. To highlight his honesty he didn’t have to replace the heat strips which I was prepared to pay. He only had to fix one on the original strip. This was an absolute surprise as it saved me hundreds of dollars. I would not bother calling anybody else to service your hvac system. I’m also a local business owner in the Rim Country and I now a 5 star company when I see it. Everything about cool breeze is respectable. I plan on using them for my business. We run into rodent damaged duct work and rodent damage to outdoor units which we can proof and prevent from happening. The customer service is outstanding.
