Worst towing company! Theyre unprofessional and they dont take responsibility when they damage property!!! Not good I do not recommend them. Wish I could take back the one star I gave them if I could, horrible service smh...

Nissan attempted to hire them twice for my roadside assistance. I was told to call Nissan and ask they to give the company more money for the job. They did not have the equipment to do the job. Nissan cancelled the service call. They called a company in Hackensack to come to my house and take the vehicle after it had been towed by another company who did the job in minutes. Not only do they not know what they are doing but to call in another company to take the car after not speaking with me for hours is extremely unprofessional.

They helped me move my car without any scratches or dents. They drove carefully and always had a smile on their face. Very friendly and kind people.I want to thank BDJ Towing for their great service.

Something if you say unprofessional is this towing company, they give you eta and when it’s over they won’t update you or anything. At the end they cancels the tow after making you wait for hours.
