Never like to be in a situation where you need a tow truck... Today, we had a van stuck in the mud at Great Falls National Park. I searched for someone local and Generation X Towing came up. They answered the phone very quickly and were very helpful. They pulled us out in about 30 minutes. The pricing was very good and the gentleman who took care of the phone call as well as the service was very friendly. Highly recommend you contact them if you have a need.

I can’t say enough about this company. They responded to my AAA call when I got a blowout after 10 miles with brand new tires that cost $800. Not only did they respond within 10 minutes, in a beautiful clean truck, but Jerry was such a gentleman and made sure I was safe before anything else. He quickly cleared my trunk and released the spare. He was so efficient and cared about putting the dirty tire in my car, that he turned the mats over not to get mud in the car. Very pleased with the company and service. Thank you!

On June 18th my car alternator gave way, it was roughly 11:30pm when I made the call to AAA ; the call was picked up by this unprofessional towing genertaion X - with the worse driver on Earth (Damian) .He showed up 1hr 45min later with no contact from him during my excessive waiting period. (1:15am) arrival. upon arrival he told me he can not take me now because he has other local runs to do and that my drop off destination is a HR away and is far once he is done then he can take me. What a dumb schmuck he is.He said he will be back in 10min or so because his local pick up is only 2miles away and it was a 9mile tow. Guess what ? The dumb idiot Damian never came back and cancelled my call. This is not only unprofessional, unethical but worse off - a lack of a backbone and not even a man . A Coward move.AAA finally sent out a more qualified towing company called (5 star towing) . I waited until 2:30am to finally have a classy professional driver and company to drive me bring me1hr away back home.Never use Generation X - they are a disgrace to AAA Services and to AAA members. I hope they loose their contract with AAA and this punk damian looses his Job.

After two other towing companies could not get my light pickup truck out of a cramped downtown garage, Generation X came to the rescue. Justin was patient and kind and all kinds of amazing with physics and geometry! To make matters extra complicated, in addition to a clearance of only 74 in a sardine-packed garage, I was parked right up against the wall and my steering column was frozen so he had to use a lift and wheel dollies and pullies and the winch. He did things with his truck that made my head spin, and in 15 min, my car was in his truck and we were pulling awayIf you are ever stuck in a super tight spot, or just stuck in general, call GX and ask for Justin.

Absolutely terrible. They were sent by AAA. Almost pierced my tired as he tried to get car on flatbed. I had to put the car in neutral for him. Than argued with me for where I wanted my car put when we got to mechanics. No manners and terrible service.

Horrible driver. Almost caused an awful accident because he thinks he owns the road. Then, when he was caught, he gave other people the finger and cursed them out. He is nothing but low-life scum. This is a bad Towing company, the driver left my husband and daughter on the highwayBut before that he told my husband that there wasnt room for two people only one person could come with the truck, so my choses was leave my little girl with a stranger or leave her on the highway.. really really nice driver
