My appointment was at 1: 30. I let them know I was here via confirmation on my cell phone and they told me to come up around 1:15. i was out of there literally in 6min lol and they are nice

I will just pray for that guy worker and hope he will change the way he treats the patients. Read the Bible guy. As you read the Bible, you will bind your heart with passion to the patient. Treat the patients right so god will be with you. Try to copy your co-workers. They are very nice to the patients. I can see their love to the patients. Hope you will not ignore this comment and you will take action for the better of your attitude. Turn to Christ. Repent and God will forgive you. When I do the bloodwork in there again, hope you will be a better person with love to the patients.

Today was great I didn’t felt no pain in my arm when I got my bloodwork done until afterwords i felt the pinching when I had the bandage on and now I feel my arm bruised and my vein that was green looks a little purple but hopefully it will be fine for next time and the people that work there were good especially this one lady with a bun she was the best, kind to her patients and asked someone to get water so the other lady brong my sister water and ice packs for her but I loved and appreciated the lady that speaks Spanish and english both that had a bun on today I gave her a hug and she said thank you

I went today to get bloodwork and I got attended by Angie she was a really big help and gave amazing service, I have a fear of needles and she made me feel comfortable, good experience there

Why bother setting an appointment for a specific time if theyre going to keep you waiting for an hour past the appointment time anyway?

The ladies Ive came across are very friendly and understanding I dont remember all names Wendy and the other two ladies are very professional especially dealing with a difficult patient as my self.

Never had any issues. I always make appointments and no matter how packed the place is, my appointment is honored. Longest wait 30 minutes .The phlobotomist is very gentle and after telling her I bruse easily, she used the finest butterfly needle .

If there was half a star, I would do have done that. This is by far the worst lab I have been to. As I entered the lab, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I provided her with details and she was very unkind in explaining me with what I needed to know. When I went in for the test, I asked her to be gentle and she poked the needle so harshly that it bruised me. I had a terrible pain for two days on my arm. I would not recommend anyone visiting this place. I would hate that to happen to anyone.

Office is small, patients often bring their children which causes congestion and there is not enough seating for patients who need to sit and its disappointing

Front end Staff are a bit on the lazy side. But to friendly

My expiriencia is that people have to wait long time to do the blood test and the did not send sometimes the resultd to the Doctor.
